This is one of the worst Dunkin's I've ever been to I would not recommend spending your money here. Why does it take 15 minutes to get a coffee and one donut in a line consisted of 2 vehicles?

The delicious aromas that linger the restaurant are not what you are going to get for your taste buds. The sandwich was toasted to perfection but that was the only perfect thing on the sandwich. The eggs had no seasoning and the bacon was a bit chewy. Also, towards the middle of the sandwich it got a little cold and felt like I was trying to chew through ice cubes. The hash browns were seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The coffee at Dunkin never disappoints. The coffee is always tasty and worth the money! 10/10 recommend the coffee and 3/10 recommend the sandwich. read more

This place screams mediocrity. I've heard several horror stories about the management here but they seem to have worked out those issues and are doing much better. The dining room was clean and despite being a little slow, the staff was very friendly. I have tried their donuts and coffee a few times in the past and it's safe to say they are far from the best donuts or coffee in town. I usually go through the drive thru and haven't ran into any issues but this was my first time going inside the restaurant. I stopped by for a quick breakfast before work and was left disappointed and unsatisfied. I ordered the maple sugar bacon sandwich with a side of hash browns and a water. The croissant on the sandwich lacked the fluffiness and and crunch that I desired, and the bacon had entirely too much sugar. The hash browns were delicious and perfectly seasoned, however they only come with six making it feel like an item off of a kid's menu. Overall, the subpar food and donuts combined with the limited options for coffee leaves a lot to be desired. Unless you are military and looking for something quick on the way to work, I would look to other places in town to get breakfast and your coffee fix. read more

The taste of the coffee is not consistent. Sometimes they'll have donuts sometimes they don't. Sometimes they're closed sometimes they're not. Even though the sign says they're open till 1500 a lot of times they're close earlier than that. Coming from New England I definitely would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts read more

Mediocre at best. I was visiting from out of state and was floored that the only Dunkin' Donuts in the whole city is located on FE Warren AFB. Good thing the reason i was in Cheyenne was for a 30 year military reunion and i have access to the base. The coffee was just ok but my apple fritter tasted like an apple fritter so thats good. The Baskin Robbins located inside is a nice touch. read more

Do not go through the drive thru in the mornings before work. It's incredibly slow and made me almost late to work both times I gave it a chance. I've been in line 13 minutes with only three cars in front of me. And I'm still not to the window! read more

Finally open after several delays . As expected, long lines and wait on opening weekend. Hopefully it will scale down once the novelty passes. This now brings Cheyenne closer to modern age....now we are like in 1991. Was wondering how the high altitude affected the baking...but they look as normal as a DD back home in NY. I hope the small community in the area is enough to keep the establishment in business, since it's inside the military air base, and access is limited. read more

I suggest that the airforce does not run on dunkin, at least not this one. an adult should definetly start working here. The kids are attentive and sweet, typical. They are trying to give you their full attention when talking to you. But. It's a terribly childish atmosphere. We walked in and waited for 20 minutes for a sandwich and an ice cream sundae. Why? Because their coworker was getting off work and they decided to serve her first. There was one male working who was very kind and tried to get our order out even though the girls were very flippant with him and basically told him to make the order himself. Poor kid was already working the register and trying to be good with the costumers. They ended up giving our sandwich to the girl who worked there who was walking out. Overall this establishment is clean and they genuinely mean well. But they need a supervisor. Someone who will create order- and get orders out in time. They did give us extra stuff in our sandwich for our wait, was just a little goofy Another note: the drive through is very fast and I suggest not going into the store. I would also like to note that this is only a few days after opening. There is always bound to be hiccups in any business, but, I was severely disappointed in the "opening" staff. Even as we sat there an older gentleman came in for an interview so I hope it goes well and they possibly get some discipline and order. Donuts are great! Coffee is awesome. The Girl Scout coffees are really good. The place is empty on Saturday mornings.

This place needs a manager! You have one person taking orders and no one filling them. We went yesterday and the donut racks were empty. I asked if they were all out and they said no there are donuts in the back and all kinds of bagels. Well you wouldn't know it by walking in. Many people walked in and left because it looked out. Who is restocking???? The people taking orders are not communicating to those that are supposed to fill them and no one has a clue what their position was. Very disorganized and inefficient. GET SOMEONE TO MANAGE IT AND TRAIN THEM! Not even gonna go into how long it took to get service with only 2 people in front of me. read more

This should be a no star review if it let me. Literally sat in the drive through window for 25 min waiting for our food/coffee. The cashier was visibly upset and it carried over into customer service. One of the coffees didn't have what we asked for and we couldn't wait any longer for them to make the second order. Either get more people, or close it down. read more

Orders get messed up every time, cream filled donuts come in the box dry, without filling, sandwiches get mixed up and stale donuts!

Thinking I left my debit card at the drive thru. I call the number listed and no answer. Tried several times and no answer. Live on opposite side of town...really don't want to waste a trip.
