My Iced Latte with Lavender was well-made. It was a good mix of creamy, sweet, and floral along with the caffeine kick I needed to start my day. The barista was super friendly and knew what he was doing. However, the person who took our orders was a bit unfriendly/cold which didn't help considering it was our first time there and we had questions. There isn't any seating at this location but there is a park across the street to enjoy your coffee while taking a stroll!

I enjoyed every bite of my breakfast almond croissant. Their iced coffee is so delicious! I usually take long to drink my 16 ounce cup of iced coffee but Modcup coffee's iced coffee I drank it so fast because of how good it was. A very cozy cafe and the food is made to order. We just came for an iced coffee but we ended up also ordering a beef empanada, a vegetable empanada , and a banana strawberry smoothie. Everything we ordered was great, but in particular we were surprised by how good the vegetable empanada was! Very freshly fried, and the vegetables were also fresh and not the prepackaged kind like at other places that sell empanadas. It's seems to be a husband and wife operation, and since they make everything to order, you might need to wait a bit for your food, but it would be totally worth it!
