The lack of basic customer service made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Due to this experience, Foxtail will never see my face again. Dutch Bros. is super popular and offers a lot of flavorful options, but this morning's coffee was not bueno. The staff are always super friendly - which I appreciate - and they have a couple of parking spots for those wise enough to Order Ahead. Make sure you do sign up for their loyalty program as you get freebies and you get a free medium drink when you first join. The associates at the drive-through are certainly awesome and quite positive and helpful. They are unmatched in their hospitality and they aim to please. As a part of the Dutch bro Model, you can either order their product through the drive-through or through a walk up area on the opposite side of the building. In the drive-through, you do not owner through a speaker; but, to an in-person associate who actually zigzags between the cars. If there is an extensive car line at the drive-through, I would recommend just parking your car and heading to the walk-up guest area on the opposite side of the building. I would say probably 70-80% of their business is drive-through so you should have less waiting at the walk up area.

However once I walked through the door there were so many fun food items to check out from locally sourced meats from farmers around the area as well as French and Italian pastries and local ice creams that I would make this trip maybe once a month Just to try something new. They also offer a decent selection of vegan and gluten-free pastries and you can also purchase gluten-free pastas which is a nice touch. Now let's get to the iced coffee bucket I chose the biscoff which is their biggest seller so I needed to go with that of course. Since I am a lactose incoherent person lol I chose almond milk for my coffee and let me tell you this was definitely worth the drive. I wish I would have gotten the employees name because she was so kind and she even offered sweetened up the coffee if it wasn't sweet enough for me but this coffee was on point. They also have a nice little seating area for you to enjoy your pastries or your ice cream or your coffee. Since I wanted to take a pastry home for my mom I decided to press my luck and get the mystery bag of pastries which are day old pastries and it's a bag of three for $8 I can't wait to see what I am taking home pictures will be posted. I am not the only one that has driven over an hour they've had guests as far as salt Lake City that have visited them so you know they've got to be good you need to check them out.

We ordered ahead recently, and the pickup process was incredibly easy--fast, friendly, and smooth from start to finish. I had to try the new Berry Velvety flavor, and wow... EVERYTHING. The red velvet cake batter ice cream paired with graham cracker pieces and cream cheese frosting was a true blessing. Rich, velvety, perfectly balanced, and dangerously easy to devour. This flavor alone deserves a standing ovation. My wife went with one of her all-time go-to's, the One Smart Brookie--because if cookie dough is involved, she's already sold. A classic for a reason and just as good as ever. While picking up our order, the team included a sample of the Falling for Chocolate flavor, which was such a smart (and appreciated) touch. It was packed with decadent chocolate goodness and instantly made us want to come back for more. Marketing genius--and it absolutely worked. We were blown away not just by the flavors, but by the top-notch service. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming--especially impressive for a quick pickup order. Elite pro tip: Just order the Gotta Have It size. You'll have leftovers and won't feel compelled to eat it all in one sitting... though temptation will be strong. It had been a while since our last Cold Stone visit, but we were so happy to return. Delicious flavors, easy ordering, and excellent service reminded us exactly why this place remains a favorite.
