Love the outdoor seating, not particularly in the summer months but beautiful in the winter and spring. Very pet friendly, always being the pups with me and enjoy a pup cup here and there. read more

If you're in this area, do yourself a favor by going to Three Birds, Piccolo, Foxtail, Axum, or Rosalie. You'll get better coffee, support local, and not leave disappointed. This Starbucks consistently disappoints me with their inconsistent drinks. As a past Starbucks employee, what I loved about the store is that they give you very specific and easy recipes to ensure that when a customer orders their drink, it's the same regardless of which store they go to anywhere in the world. This location ignores the recipes. I consistently get the easiest of drinks (iced coffee with milk) with way too much milk or a plain latte that is literally 1/3 milk foam. If I am paying over $6 for a latte, I expect a latte, not a cappuccino. I have even asked them to remake it due to it being mostly foam, and it came out exactly the same. I'm not one to send drinks back unless it's terribly wrong, and what is terribly wrong is how they charge top dollar for mediocre drinks. read more

Used to frequent this location & for no intentional reason, stopped coming. (Just stopped getting coffee regularly, but still sometimes get one at another local Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.) It's been about a year since I visited this location, but today I went to get one of my favorite Starbucks options - Shaken Oatmilk & Brown Sugar Esspresso - & asked for a "grande" (medium) & received this (shown in photo). I double-checked with the staff member at the window to be sure my order was accurate & she confirmed. Idk if company-wide they have changed the sizes or just this location, but clearly they've down-sized the portions. If they haven't discounted the price (not sure what I used to pay m for the same size), then I probably won't be back. I would've rather paid more, due to inflation, & got the size I was expecting, then to have gotten this miniature "grande." Lol. I have consistently had great experiences at this Starbucks. I can't attest to the speed of the drive-through because I always go inside. I typically mobile order, and even if I only order a few minutes before arriving, my drink is always ready to go, hot and fresh. I have no idea how they get to it so fast. Even when I order inside, they are very prompt, and I usually am in and out in no more than five minutes. Perfect for getting my quick coffee fix and still making it to the office on time. The customer service there is always great! Very friendly staff, always have a smile on even at the crack of dawn. The coffee is amazing. My order is spot on and always delicious. Everyone working there is doing a great job, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxing to get some work done in. One of the staff members was singing along in a rather fun way to a few Christmas songs, and I chuckled a few times. The store is pretty clean, efficient, and laid out well. As i was about to leave the store, I almost forgot that Puppucinos exist (see photos) so I asked the girl at the register, named Natalie I think, for 2 for my parents dogs to enjoy. There is Nitro brew but for a new location it really is lacking outlets to charge up... What did I get? I stayed here to study and also got the Blonde Flat White (My regular) The drinks isn't the issue, its the services that comes with working here that is. Environment This location is really nice, its part of their new looks. With a long bar area and also plenty of seating inside. Very modern looking. There is also seating outside. I am very surprised that not a lot of thought was put into the technology for this location being a Starbucks. The internet service is very very very very slow! I am just streaming music on my phone and it is buffering a lot... Also there is a whole corner that doesn't have outlets for people to plug in their phones and laptops... They don't want us working in Starbucks....? The lack of outlets is a no good... Niceness of the staff Didn't have much interactions with the staff. I was able to place my order and was able to get my drink with no issues. Dollar Typical Starbucks Dollars. Yes? Yes, but I will take note that it doesn't have many outlets to go around. I love the service at this location. It is by far the nicest Starbucks that I have visited. It's huge and offers plenty of seating. Like most Starbucks it is freezing inside so I almost always bring a light sweater if I am going to stay awhile. The drive thru is often backed up but it moves fairly quick. They have messed up twice on my drive thru order and once mixed a refresher incorrectly. It's never pleasant when this happens to orders that are to go because you almost never have the time to return for a correction. Now I taste everything before I drive away. This small act saves me from the possibility of being frustrated a mile or two down the road. read more

I have had nothing but great experiences here at this location. The baristas are so fast and friendly, I could come here every day. I'm super grateful that they can keep up with the long drive-thru lines and still get the orders out so quickly! Great clean location that's really new! It has a drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. They have outdoor and indoor seating - I mean this place has tons!! It was great because it was a beautiful day and I wanted to work outside and I was so thankful they had plenty of plugs outside for my laptop!! There's nothing you can't get here since it's totally full service. The only reason for the 4 is the staff. They weren't all that friendly (not rude but not welcoming), were pretty slow (it wasn't busy inside, I just ordered iced coffee and had to wait a good while for my order even after taking a restroom break), and when I asked about plugs they didn't seem to know where they were. That seemed pretty basic to know about your location. Maybe since it's a fairly new location they have a new staff?... Anyways overall a super clean location with plenty of seating and a drive thru. I live in Clermont and there is a Starbucks much closer to me but I choose to come to this one because the Clermont Starbucks truly sucks. Yesterday morning I was on my way to do a few errands with my daughter and this is a treat for her. I go through the drive thru and order a Vanilla Bean Frap for my daughter which is her favorite and I'm sensitive to a lot of sugar so I doctor up the Coffee Frap and ask for it to be nonfat, and use sugar free vanilla syrup but I overindulge and ask for the whip cream and the caramel drizzle. The drive thru in this location is always super-fast which is so awesome and their employees are always professional and personable. I pull up to the window, pay and grab both of my drinks and mine seems a bit off but I pull away because I didn't want to hold up the line. I pull into the parking lot and taste my drink and find it to be lacking flavor and watered down. I could only assume that they had missed the base. Can't lie, I was a bit irritated but I walk into the store and the vibe of the store instantly calmed me. I walk up to the counter and was instantly met by an employee asking if I had an issue. I explained what happened and she addressed my concern by making me a new one. It was amazing! Check it out in my picture. New location that just opened up. We stopped in to grab a snack and found the location easy to get in/out of, lots of parking, and lots of space inside as well. There is also a drive thru option for when I need to get going a little quicker. We have had 3 stops in this new location since it opened (2 inside, and 1 drive thru). Horrible Starbucks. The people that work here never check the orders and they could care less when they get it wrong. I've been here at least 10 times and my order has been right less than half the time. Starbucks is known for being better than this. I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and everyone is always friendly and my orders are always right. The past two days I have gone inside and sat since they reopened the seating area. Yesterday I didn't know what I wanted apart from my refresher. The barista that helped me asked me all of my likes and dislikes and I stressed it had to be decaf. She came up with an iced flat white with cinnamon dolce syrup. It is SO good... she picked through my favorites and put this together. I am so happy that the inside seating is available again so I can pick the barista's minds and try new creations.
