Love this location and we go there often but every single time the employee Krystal is there she is always unpleasant We just stoped by the store and I asked specifically for a CHILD HOT CHOCOLATE- ONLY WARM with Oat milk and half of the powder When she gave me the cup it was clearly hot even on touch. Right away I said that it was hot. He got mad and argued that it was Starbucks temperature for children. I did not want to argue so I asked some ice. This lady acted like a tantrum making faces This is unacceptable and not the first time The other day my son said HI to her 3 times and she completely ignored him If this woman have any issues with children she should not be working with the public. As I sip my coffee, I wanted to see what I initially rated this Starbucks as lately Starbucks is using a new machine called the Clover Vertical. Lately, the OG poke place brew at other locations hasn't been the same but at this location, the essence of drip brew coffee was still apparent and good. I asked the barista (I failed to get his name!) and he was telling me some factors as to why it may have been different and I appreciate him explaining it to me! I like this location because it's easy to go through the drive thru. My order is always the same, and the employees are always kind on the other end of the order. They always double check my order, and never make me feel like they are rushing me. Today I got an unsweet iced tea, lemonade, and a cup of water. Whenever I have multiple drinks, they always ask if I want a carrier. I never take one because the other drinks are for my kids inn the backseat. Yes, sometimes the line is long, but today it was quick. Easy in and out. I also like that I am often asked if I want to save money by using stars on my visit. Most locations don't ask me. It's a Starbucks so nothing out of the ordinary about this place but it's a solid 4 star. Price is the same as any, the location is always clean and the staff is friendly. Only issue is they always add whip cream when we ask for now, lol. I'm not sure why this Starbucks is not rated higher. It probably has a lot to do with the parking being so limited and the number of cars that are almost always in the drive thru line. These are definitely downfalls for being the only Starbucks in a busy area but it is of no fault of the employees or the product. Otherwise the employees are always super sweet and accommodating. You can have any drink the way that you want it. They make sure that they pleasantly greet you and they keep the place very clean. If you are going through the drive thru they offer a "pup cup" if they see that you have a dog. The Very Berry Refresher is my favorite drink and I love their breakfast sandwiches. Of course I can never seem to get enough of their holiday drinks when they are in season. read more

Standard Starbucks inside and out. Plenty of parking in the lot, inside and outdoor seating. Coffee was pretty much what you would expect.

I placed an online order and the approximate time to pick it up said 218 I showed up at 2:17 guy couldn't find my order. I pulled up to the window where another car was in front of me and I guess they were having issues with that order too. When it was my turn, the guy told me that my total was 17 something I told him I was the online order I waited there for a couple minutes he handed me my drink, and as I was getting ready to pull away, he looks at me and he says "next time you put in an online order give it a few minutes so that we can actually make it" he said it was such attitude it made me so mad I went in and talk to the manager. She was super sweet props to her. I go back to my car after everything I just went through and take a sip of my drink and it was absolutely disgusting!! this place is going downhill fast and I really hope that guy gets fired. Snaffu with pickup order that was clumsily managed but they were pleasant about it The rating is about allowing staff with long nails handle food without requiring gloves. It's a pet peeve of mine. Common sense and knowledge of toileting necessities aside most people would have some knowledge of the pathogens under long fingernails after the news stories- eg neonatal deaths in an ok hospital linked to this. read more

So the team here is great for as busy as it gets. They always make the drinks as ordered or fix without any issue. My kids love to go here and most of the baristas will interact with them when they are sitting at the bar. Yesterday they had one of my mobile orders at the drive thru instead of mobile, but had found it when I asked about it and apologize. I do typically always mobile order here since they get SO busy and it works well for me. It is a standard Starbucks for pricing, but they really do try to get to know people. read more

This is a typical Starbucks. This location is close to my home so my husband and I frequent it often. I'm giving it only 3 stars because the dive thru line moves at a snails speed and there is always a line. Yes I could get out and go inside but the parking is horrible because there is quite a few stores in the center that all share a small parking lot. Quick stop for a cup of coffee. I placed a mobile order and it was ready in 4 minutes. The bagel balls were filled with a veggie cream cheese and topped with items that look like are on an everything bagel. This is probably my go-to Starbucks because of the location, but that's the problem. For being such a centralized location in Winter Garden Village, it is way too tiny. There's hardly any seating inside and the parking here is horrendous during peak/busy hours. They need to expand or move to another location in Winter Garden since there's such much traffic in this particular lot. As for the employees, they're all welcoming and friendly, and I personally haven't had a bad experience here. Drinks can take awhile to come out if they're backed up, and it's a bit chaotic because there isn't too much room for people to stand. I've only had one wrong drink order here, and they gladly gave me another one for the mistake. Until there's another location on this side of Winter Garden / Windermere, I'll keep coming back here. read more

We have visited this Starbucks before but tonight was exceptional. While they weren't accepting app orders as it was getting close to closing time. We decided to park and walk in to order. Kieran greeted us enthusiastically and sincerely as we approached the register and he took our orders. Our orders were filled pretty quickly and he noticed that I had ordered a piece of pumpkin loaf not warmed and they served it warm, he was quick to remedy that even though I was fine having it warm. For me it's just a matter of not wanting them to have to take the time. Another barista gave me both the warm one and one not warmed. That was really cool and unexpected. I know that Kieran has served us before and he always provides quick and friendly service. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. They may all have the same name but the experience is a bit different at each one, based upon the baristas. Thank you for being awesome Kieran. read more

This is my local Starbucks and its a good one! There are Starbucks all over the place but what makes this one different is the people who work here. Granted, there is one girl who never smiles but besides her, everyone else is friendly and always have great conversation. Consistency is the key to this Starbucks. They are all so friendly in the drive thru. I can count on this location for a superb quality of drink creations! My favorite drink is a Lemonade/Passionfruit tea with half the sweetener and it's such a thirst quencher. I also feel better drinking that then all the caffienated beverages that make you crash hard hours later. I never get that with this drink. Also, I've found I can sorta make it at home with lemons, ice and the passion fruit Tazo tea you buy inside the store (just saying). They also have awesome breakfast sandwiches! read more

Are you kidding me? I stopped in and BOUGHT a trenta iced whatever. It was given to me as the smallest crap ever so I let them know it should have been trenta. This nasty girl poured it into a trenta cup and splashed the other 3 ingredients in it until it was full. Right in my face. It taste like complete garbage for my 6$ drink. I'm in Orlando for business and am craving a late-night Starbucks for dessert. Checking out my Yelp! at 9:30pm I see that the only one open till 10 is this one so I hop into my horrid Nissan Versa rental car and zip over there in the hopes of not getting lost like the tourist I am and making it there before they shut their doors for the night. The soy chai latte gods were with me as I made it with 5 minutes to spare. I run to the doors thinking they may have locked them early but my fears were unwarranted - they were open! I then expect some grumpy person wanting to go home at the register but instead am greeted by a smiling lady with a headset. This Starbucks is a drive-through too? She takes my order then proceeds to ask whether I want it with 100% soy or 50 soy and 50 water - that most places will do the 50/50 and people don't realize it. She then says she'll do it with 100% and if I don't like it she'll do it with 50/50. I was dumbfounded as not only was this barista nice, but at closing she was basically telling me that she would stay late if I wanted my drink done another way. I'm totally amazed at the level of service at this Starbucks. Those of you who live near here and get to experience this all the time - I'm jealous!!! read more

Great service. Been coming here for years. They are always super busy but get you in and out pretty quickly. Today in particular I came for a quick coffee before my kids doctor appointment and was tight on time. I was in and out. The barista was was extremely friendly as well. Another thing I have to point out is most Starbucks are out of at least half the menu mid day and they normally always have everything in stock. Will definitely be back!! read more

This place could be better if it was located somewhere else, and by that, I mean anywhere still within the mile radius, just not THAT parking lot. I've been lucky a few times while visiting this location. But by in large, it has been during non-peak hours of the day. But the nature of Starbucks is to be somewhat busy during all times of the day, so that in itself makes it difficult to get in and out, as most people like to do. The sitting is limited here. Which is unfortunate since the location is quite busy. There is some outside sitting and that also gets busy from what I have noticed. I have anticipated this and ordered through the app when I'm about 5 minutes from the establishment. This helps a little. Still doesn't help with the parking. As for the customer service, I have noticed people are either SUPER nice, or just pleasant (which I'm totally okay with). So in terms of having a nice experience with service, you should get it at this particular location. This is probably why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 4. But as it is the only Starbucks location in the area (and no, I'm not going to the Target across the street for my coffee), I will keep coming back here when I am passing through, which is at least once weekly. read more

Amazingly slow drive thru line for a place shucking various sundries and coffee.

This Starbucks location really has stepped up their customer service which prompts me to write a review for them. When I moved to this area about 2 1/2 yrs ago I had some awful experiences....drinks made wrong many many times...which at a drive thru location you can't always just go back right away for a replacement. Over the past year or so I moved to a new place so this location was on my way to work and I started going more frequently and I am impressed on how much they have improved. I haven't had a drink made wrong at all, the employees are very friendly, the drive thru line could be 10 cars deep and i never spend more than 10 minutes waiting, i could go on. The Winter Park location on Orlando Ave is my favorite but this location moved from bottom of the list to a solid #2. One ongoing complaint? I can never sit outside to enjoy my coffee because they allow smoking in their outdoor seating area and i dont enjoy smelling like an ashtray. I feel like this Starbucks is in a challenging location because the parking lot out front, while big, is always full. Every single time I have come here, I have had to drive around to find a parking spot and it's usually in the farthest corner away. They also have a drive through, which is nice, but it's always a really long line. Also, once you are in the drive through, there is no way to get out because you have the buildings on one side and the curb and grass on the other side. The Starbucks inside is pretty small and narrow. There isn't much room for a line, which there has been every single time. The service is always very friendly and helpful. The drinks are always consistent. If I'm looking to get a quick coffee or drink, this would not be my choice. read more
