I'm not sure I've ever seen good ratings for a dunkin but this one is slow and unprofessional. If I placed my order in person before drive thru people it should be no reason why their orders are made before mine and mine isn't thought about until 12 minutes later. And of course dunkin doesn't do refunds read more

if there was an option for a zero I would give it. the absolute filthiest Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been in in my life inside and out. Disgusting. read more

This location drive thru is very narrow compared to other locations. I order with in the go at all times, so it's pretty easy, I just have to say my name at the ordering window, and the lady was very friendly and told me to drive around. It was a Saturday afternoon, my Iced Coffee was ready when I got to the pick up window. So no complaints on my end. Keep up the good work. read more

Bathrooms are filthy. No running water. No toilet tissue. No paper towels. They are unlocked. Employee bathroom is locked. Huge bag of garbage by the counter. Planned to get coffee but the flies talked me out of it. read more

The girl at the drive thru was most unfriendly, not even a smile. She looked like she either just crawled out of bed or from under a rock! Coffee was horrible! read more

Our first time at a Dunkin' Donuts we had to pick this one. The girl that waited on us had quite a harsh attitude. She was angry at her boyfriend; which we heard a lot about as we were trying to sit have our donut and coffee. She was hollering at the top of her lungs about her boyfriend to her other coworkers. The bathrooms are not marked. One side going back to the kitchen was a bathroom. I opened the door oh my gosh "Horrible condition,""absolutely filthy." Bathroom on the opposite side was marked employees only and locked. Our donuts were OK and the coffee was OK. But not very excited about stopping at another Dunkin' Donuts if they do not have more stringent rules about how their store is kept I can't even believe they would've passed the health code. There was another couple there that had purchased items and had gone outside but the girl needed to use the bathroom so she went back in and she did use the bathroom and then her friend also came in and use that bathroom so they both were aware of how horrible and how filthy it was. We chatted with them outside, and both of them could not believe that that place was still functioning with such horrible filthy restroom. It was also their first time at a Dunkin' Donuts there. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks if they can't clean up the bathroom that the customers use. Plus put up signs. read more

The worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been too. Hardly busy and it still took 15 min to get my coffee. I asked for oat milk, no oat milk. I got to the windows and the employees were cursing each other out over their hours. Extremely unprofessional. Once I got to my destination, I checked my coffee and it didn't have the caramel I had asked for. Do NOT go to this Dunkin if you don't have too. There is one further down the road if you have the time to go that is a lot better. I would have gone here but my route didn't allow me too and I was short on time. read more

It was so disgusting inside/outside and the drinks where even gross when we asked for more syrup to make them better she told us she had to charge us for it! We also got a gilled cheese and it looked microwaved the cheese was melted but the bread was soggy. It was overall a BAD experience and I would not go there again or recommend it read more

Not a bad location. Seem to have improved recently in terms of service and food quality but still sharing location with another unrelated deli doesn't seem to be doing it any favors. read more

I can't emphasize how bad this dunkin is. Rude service, unprofessional service, takes forever to get one coffee, and didn't have any ingredients. They were out of turkey sausage and caramel so I basically couldn't order anything I wanted. It's not worth your time. Oh and I just realized they also gave me the entirely WRONG sandwich...ZERO STARS. read more

0 stars manager sharon, older lady w tattoos. i would consider retraining on your position, and hospitality or seek another position that fits your quality of professionalism. to simple request to fix your mistake. not once. but twice! then become aggressive for the pathetic excuses you provided, which then i reply idc. i just want my coffee. your mistake was escorting me out the store stating you don't have to serve me. w a cherry on top purposly hitting w me the door and laugh read more

Awful. The people here don't know how to make their iced coffees, or talk to people at the window. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels (their current deal $5 for 2) and I don't understand how she gave me 2 everything bagels and ran up my total. I then came back and explained to them what I ordered and what I got and they told me to pull around. I pull around and the girl at the window stares at me and says hi. I was confused. She didn't say anything about my sandwiches and didn't ask me for the old ones back, I had to initiate any and all progress and reiterate my issue to her and she stood there staring. I don't understand what it is about the places on Seven Bridges Rd but I'm steering clear of this place. Awful location, awful service, go to another Dunkin'. read more

Worst DD I've ever been my wife was ordering us stuff while I went to use the bathroom only to be told the bathrooms are closed. I drive all over NJ and never had a problem using the bathrooms before at DD After being told this I told my wife to cancel our order and walked out lost a customer read more

I stop into this location about once or twice a week to purchase 2-5 dozen donuts for work. Today I stopped by to purchase 2 egg and cheese croissants. They have 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants on sale for $5. They insisted that I would have to pay $5.19 to remove the bacon. I am vegetarian as a life chose and can not see fit to pay $0.19 more to remove product and same the establishment money while helping to protect the lives of animals in factory farms. The worst kind of customer service. read more

The coffee is incredibly weak. None of the workers seem to understand "light and sweet." A lot of the younger workers seem like they would rather mess around and chat with each other than take a customer's order. This place is a mess. read more

Would not fill my water bottle for my dog in the car. Did the girl just not feel like it, or was there some stupid management rule about it? I have no idea, but I'll never go back there. read more

The staff here are not friendly, I felt like the staff feel like they are doing me a favor. They seem super annoyed to serve the customers. I asked for my coffee a certain way and they were not paying attention, I had to repeat myself three times. Avoid this DD if you can. read more

Only giving this one start because I can't give it zero. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Still sitting in line for one coffee and it's barely busy. I've been in line for 20 mins and there isn't even a spot where I can leave once I'm in line. Literally don't come here. read more

Love this Dunkin!!! Always a friendly face and GREAT service...love it when I am down this way!!

This is the worst damn Dunkin' I've ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins waiting for a mobile order. Then got to the window for them to tell me it's not ready! The fact that I have to lose money. I had to be somewhere and because of all the time wasted waiting I was late! Drive thru's are supposed to be fast and mobile orders are supposed to ensure your order is ready before you get there. I'm disgusted by the horrible service! I would give zero stars if possible! Went through the drive-thru. On a not so busy Saturday. Giving our order the cashier, it seemed like he was doing other things while taking our order. We had to give our order several times over. Pulling up to the window he asked which donut we ordered after repeating it several times at the speaker. We spent a total of 9 minutes at the window waiting for one large latte, a double espresso, and one donut. It took to the 4 minute mark to receive the donut. The 5 minute mark for the latte and the 9 minute mark for the double espresso. Upon retrieving the latte I noticed that the stickers indicated that there was 3 extra shots of espresso in the latte when only asking for one. Also the double espresso was watered down. Would not recommend this location! Mohammed (regional manager), need to work on this location regarding customer service, speed, and logistics of operations. read more
