Was driving towards Waco and craved an iced coffee, I thought the service was nice, my only problem were the actual drinks, at my usual Dunkin' Donuts I just order an iced coffee sweetened and it comes out great. Worst Dunkin I have ever tasted in my life. Had to throw out 4 coffees because they were watery and gross.

BRENDA... is the rudest employee at Dunkin Donuts. Her attitude made me want to throw up. We came to the front and order a small iced coffee and a small frozen vanilla chai. When the clueless young man recited his price he said that the total came up to $8.50. We asked how that was since both drink were on 2.59 each ( we pointed it out on the big screen) he said he didn't know and said he will get some help. After his coworker came to help him we thought they were just going to lower the price but no. She said "prices on the screen don't always match the one on our kiosk" I asked her " can you void it?" She said " no do you want it or not". No stupid I just ordered w /o wanting it. We left in disgust with our drink. Her parents,employees and manager clearly did not teach her manner and or how to fix a problem. NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK HERE. read more

I gave two stars because the location is convenient and the bathrooms are clean in the gas station in which this Dunkin is located. I'm not sure if two of the three person crew here this morning are new to the job or are just forgetful, bumbling idiots, but I should've known to just get back in my car when the line to order was longer than the line waiting for drinks. The curly-haired guy at the register was very friendly and sweet, but probably still in training because the older blonde lady was hovering over him until he got a drink order and then she would go off to make the drink. So I finally get to the register, order a handful of munchkins and a medium iced macchiato. As I'm handing over my card to the nice kid at the register, blondie goes "iced mocha? Cream and sugar?" Um, no. I repeat my order, the kid hands me the munchkins and directed me over to the other line to wait for my beverage. And I wait 15 minutes before asking the third employee (who came out of the back while blondie was trying to fix a drink order that she had screwed up for the customers in front of me) for my beverage. I get another deer-in-the-headlights look from him, then repeat my drink order. As he's slowly trying to remember how to make an iced macchiato, I see what must have been the half-made drink blondie started for me and forgot about on the counter behind him. So he finally hands me an iced coffee beverage. It isn't a macchiato, but at this point any caffeinated drink will do because I need to get back on the road, so I take it and leave. I wish I'd stopped at the gas station's coffee bar to add some flavored creamer and salvage this thing... Sorry Dunkin, you've got some good stuff, and curly-haired guy seems like he'll be a real asset when he's trained up a bit, but as for the other two, well, you can't fix stupid. Thank the powers that be that my local Dunkin is manned by capable and friendly people! read more

Just a warning- I stopped by here on a road trip and they do NOT accept the Dunkin Donut app for payment. I seldom carry cash and always use my app for payment but the guy said they don't accept it. I also ordered a med hot coffee a specific way and he made a small without the cream. Since I've never had this problem in a DD before, I felt I had to let people know. read more

Brinda! You messed up. NEVER GO TO THIS DUNCAN DONUT EVER!!!. I asked for a Frozen Vanilla Chai because I wanted to try something new, so I continued my order and the bill turned out to be 8.50, when the drink was only 2.09 on the screen. I asked the cashier why was that price, and he said it's actually 4.09 and the screen is wrong most of the time. So he called his girl Brinda over because he didn't know what to do. He was illiterate as all can get. Brinda came over and she asked "do you want the drink or not". I was shocked. I got my iced coffee and left. But I didn't get my Frozen vanilla chai because of her attitude and the horrible service. I hope this Duncan donut joint closes. read more

Stopped in here for breakfast. We purchased donuts, and eggs on croissants. The sandwiches were mediocre, we have had better. In my opinion this chain could use a revamped menu; fresh eggs wouldn't kill them (so long as they are washed and handled propery). And a croissant that would at least keep some fluff would be great. I'm not expecting amazing buttery layers in a fast food chain but once they are sliced and warmed they turn into smashed burger buns with holes. The donuts were altogether a disaster. 'Donuts' is a part of your name and they need to at least get that right. I uderstand that they have frozen and prepackaged foods but they need to go back to making things fresh and edible. At least the donuts. They need to realize that donuts expire and need to be thrown away and not sold to the pubic. They need to realize that glazed donuts are dipped in glaze and not one sided. Filled donuts should have filling in every bite, be it jelly, or cream. It's unnecessary that they suck this bad. I remember being a kid and this chain was a treat; you could smell the fresh baked goods and rich creams. Nevermore. P.s. whatever happened to the wax paper linings? read more

For some reason this is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations. It's right along I-35E on my way between Dallas and Austin, the people there are always fun to chat with for a few minutes, and the coffee is delicious. I always like to stop here during my drive and it never disappoints! read more

The rudest, worst employees I have ever dealt with. I just left there. The first girl that served us was very rude and looked like she hated life. I got my bagel sandwich to the car and the bagel was hard as a rock. Neither my husband or I could get our teeth into it. I took it back in and nicely asked the other girl if I could just get the same thing on a croissant. She told me "we don't do that." She then goes back to make me a new sandwich and says "this is bullshit" as she puts her gloves on. Then tells the other employee "ring her up for a sandwich." I told her "I'm not paying for something that is your mistake. The bagel was a rock." She proceeds to tell me "that's what a bagel is." No a bagel is edible. This was not. I asked if she would like to see the bagel again and she says "I know. I cooked it." She tells me "well you have to pay for something." I just left without a sandwich at all or getting my money back because I am not going to deal with people like that. Literally the worst experience I have ever had in any place of business. They don't even deserve the one star that I have to give. Who argues with a customer in that way and even cusses? Trash. read more
