Hm, well. It's dunkin donuts. Customers were getting there orders BEFORE me that came in AFTER me. Even a customer with no shoes was served her order before me. So much for no shirt, no shoes, no service. Hm. Horrible donuts. These cheap foreigners obviously stretch the amount of donuts they are supposed to make with a given batch of ingredients. Break out your microscope if your trying to find the cream in a Boston cream. The glazed donuts look like they air brushed on the glaze. Being skipped and finding a hair I usually come here all of the time and they are helpful, but today the employee Laura skipped me in line and completely ignored my existence. I waited patiently as she helped other customers and after waiting about 10 minutes, until I told her I was skipped. I was still charged full price and I found a small black hair in my ice cream. DD / BR is a well known franchise and they offer a fine product. Normally I wouldn't review this type of place because they are all pretty much the same. However, I felt the need to rate this one simply because they close ridiculously early. Even during the summer and on weekends, they ate closed by 9pm sometimes earlier. There is a demand for coffee or ice cream later than 9pm and I don't understand why they close so early. How they stay in buisness is a mystery. read more

I've come to this DD & BR a few times when I was in the area for work, and I've never had a problem with them. Even during the morning hours, they worked efficiently in getting orders out. It's in a nice, convenient location, and they have a large interior for anyone who is looking to sit down and get some work done during a lunch break. They never seem to get my drink order spot on. The employees seem to goof around a lot and I avoid this Dunkin and prefer other locations.

Very displeased with the service I received here. Went on Saturday to place a cake order for my moms birthday. When I went on Tuesday to pick up the cake I was told after 15 minutes of waiting oh the cake was not made here you have to pick it up at another location. How does that make any sense if I placed the order here why am I going to another location to pick it up? Low and behold I go to another location to pick it up after 10 minutes of waiting to be find out it's completely wrong and not what I ordered. I'm usually not one to rant on social media but everyone needs to be made aware before placing a cake order with this company. read more

Pretty good DD with fast service, get orders correct. Major complaint with cinnamon raison bagels that are either burn or tough as cardboard. Some workers are better than others. read more

Curious as to whether or not any adults actually run this place as both of my encounters have been SOLELY with kids. The first time I tried to call twice before getting a frustrated sounding "YEAH??" As an answer followed by an attitude when i asked if this was in fact Dunkin' Donuts. When I arrived the store was completely empty save for one employee a very young man working the counter alone. My presence appeared to be extremely unwelcome, bordering on annoyance. Whatever, got my ice cream to go. Today I returned in hopes of a better experience, to find 3 VERY young employees behind the counter seemingly throwing things back and forth at each other. I come up to the counter and receive THREE blank stares and silence. I ask to get some ice cream and the girl says "what???" I explain again, and tell her the ice cream I'd like, she then puts her ungloved hand with TWO dangling bracelets in the ice cream to scoop it out, while her entire pony tail is resting over her shoulder into another tub of ice cream. She gives me my cup of ice cream with no lid, no receipt. I ask for a lid and a receipt and am handed a lid and an apology saying "haha sorry I'm retarded" (extremely offensive to those with special needs family members by the way) and no bag and again no receipt after being rang up by a girl who was standing around LITERALLY slobbering on her hand as she chewed her fingers and then put them all over the register to ring me up. This still doesn't even touch on the conversation these kids were having while serving me either. read more

Ever since this location got a new manager (Nicole) it's been horribly run. Not only is she rude to customers but she treats the employees terrible. 2 of my daughters worked there for about 5 years before she came in with no problems. They quit this past year once she became the new manager because of how horrible she treated them and then she refused to give them their w-2 for last year! They had a new address and she refused to change it for them and then refused to hold their w-2's in store so they could pick them up and instead deliberately mailed it to the old address. When I called her she was very rude and hung up on me. I then called the owner to try and get new w-2's sent out and he never returned my call. Extremely unprofessional and a horribly run store. read more

Very skimpy on the ice cream portions. They also seem to quite often run out of hot fudge, which I think is really just the help being lazy and doesn't feel like opening a new one. Last time there I also had a hair in my ice cream. Disgusting. Wont be going back here, thats for sure. Guy who I think is the owner also got very nasty with my wife ones because she didn't specifically say she wanted a sundae on the BOGO Tuesday, and he tried to charge her full price.
