If you guys come to this location 499 Howland Blvd Deltona, FL, they might night always have the donuts I love because they sell so quickly. I have to recognize their staff is patient, nice and definitely put a smile on each of my kids face and that's totally worth recognizing. I guess I haven't used the app in a while so it took me a few minutes and when I say a few minutes, I mean a few minutes to download it again and reset it again and they were super patient with me as I was in the drive-through with my three kids. I will definitely be returning back to this location again. Patience and good service is always worth recognizing. Thank you for the team who worked at 4:00pm when I came by the drive through on September 3, 2026. ;) read more

Dunkin' - My kids were happy!! Thanks! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Deltona, Florida

Food: was acceptable and as expected Service: HORRIBLE- the drive through server initially charged me $8.50 for one doughnut and a small iced coffee. I questioned the server on price and he immediately went to the register and rang up the sale. The price came to $5.52. The server was charging me without ringing up the charge the first time. The coffee was ordered with cream and sugar, but no sugar was put in the order. Something was very wrong with this transaction. Ambiance: it was a drive-through and the counter was clean. read more

Terrible, bad service can't tell a color between yellow and red. Messed up my order 3 times while sitting at the window charged me for items and didn't receive them. Usually we stay away from this Dunkin because it's trash, trash service, trash management and always screw up and don't take responsibility. Avoid this Dunkin at all cost because they suck. This was the last time going to this Dunkin. Charged for adding egg on sandwich yet no egg, ordered a mango pineapple refresher handed me a strawberry lemonade when I said that not what I ordered not even the right color he said it's what's on the screen lmao and then said we can charge you for another one. When I said it as he handed it to me. I'm sorry I laughed at that. Checked my food cold told them I wanted a refund they said the manager is busy and they do refunds so I would have to wait and asked me to pull around. Like what the F. Never again. trash since after Covid everyone moved here and destroyed the area. read more

This place has done a 180! The staff was very friendly. Plenty of fresh donuts. That was the only thing my girls and I tried that day. Not sure about the coffee yet. There was a post on fb from the new manager asking for people to come give it a second try. I was so happy to see this place is improved since it's so close and my girls LOVE donuts. read more

I believe that if they are out of something or they have a machine that is broken, they should not advertise it. Take it off temporarily from the menu. As a paying customer i would like to get what I ordered online. read more

The drive thru this morning moved fast. The ladies at the window were kind to me. The shamrock macchiato was super sweet and not worth the $4. I don't know if they made the drink wrong, based on other reviews I've read. read more

Got Milk? Cause these guys never do. Unreliable service that is sometimes unkind. Can't keep the basic things stocked like milk, straws, or cups. America doesn't run on this dunkin. They might want to realize that there is a Starbucks coming to this area less than a mile down the road from them. read more

On the occasion we go to this Dunkin Donuts, there's never enough staff to properly wait on you so it's always a long wait. Also, I was overcharged the last time and when I questioned the girl she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. The manager did come out and her explanation was they were in the process of changing the prices. Although she did offer to give me the difference back, I would suggest they start changing the prices on their sign first, then the register. read more

Man, now that I'm reading everyone's experiences. How the hell does the owner of this location not read these and feel embarrassed of this establishment?? I can second every single one of these complaints but most importantly the lack of effort the workers give towards anything to do with the craftsmanship of food presented, preparation, taste, etc. same for the coffee. I mean to make the donuts wrong when your literally named Dunkin donuts is nuts. I wouldn't even say wrong they're just disgusting. If I'm saying this along with 20+ others, id be looking for the next steps to fixing this place up to be better. Or just go out of business already. You've hired staff that gives zero fucks about the place and clearly who ever is in charge doesn't either for allowing this to go on so long.... Maybe we should get trump down there to make "Dunkin great again" lmao because American ain't running on THIS Dunkin. read more

The store used to do a bad job on my coffee but now they are incredible! Today, the girl with medium short hair and a beautiful southern accent was especially helpful when I was trying to get a butter cookie cold brew (DELICIOUS! The crumbles!) coffee for my sister. Thank you all for all you've done to make the store better-it is so great to have a good coffee shop and we have one now. read more

After hearing this location went under new management I decided to give them another try(last management was equally as awful) anyway I placed a large orders 6doz and munchkins, did it through the app placed the order a day before, and since you can only purchase 3doz donuts at one time thru the app I placed the same order (doubling it) on my hubs phone/app. showed up at the designated time the following day, and to my utter shock and surprise (very satire) the order was not only NOT waiting for me it hadn't even been started and they were out of half the doubts I had ordered. i spoke with the manager of course and she told me to come in a day or two next time to pre order in person- fast forward the following month I did just that. The cashier wrote it down on a blank paper permanent marker, anddd guess what, you guessed it! They had nothing ready at the time of pick up I had to choose each donut, time wasted and patience and respect lost. not worth it. dont waste your time. go somewhere else. they're so mismanaged and disorderly. such a shame. read more

The store has rude employees, never has product in stock, and again, their employees are less than stellar.

Inevitably, they will be out of something you order here.... I have tried to give this place another chance (multiple times)... surprisingly, they have never had 100% of what I've ordered available. read more

What the heck is going on with our youth. Totally incompetent. The young workers at this location are pretty much useless. I asked one of the workers for some information regarding ordering bagged coffee. Not only did she not have the answer, she didn't even try to find the answer. Just shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know." Where the hell is a manager? Teach these people and provided GOOD customer service. read more

I have given this Dunkin multiple times to redeem itself but this is the 4 or maybe 5th time I've been here with terrible experience. the donuts are always stale, the hash browns are always partially frozen, the coffee is never up to par. one time it was so much added sugar packets it was crunchy to sip even when I asked for it to be liquid sugar. the next was, twice now, including today I've asked for a coffee coolada and it is all milk; no coffee. the color is literally white so it's not like they don't know they're making it wrong or nobody showed them correctly. so today I actually went in and said something to them about it and the girl acted as if looking at it wasn't enough to prove it's not made right. though she was polite and made me a completely new drink, it just baffled me the problems and issues. are people not properly teaching them drink recipes or presentation of food? the one on 44 is great every time. so it's not Dunkin, it's just this Dunkin. read more

It's possibly due to being understaffed, or something in management. I don't want to automatically blame the workers, but when one person orders in the drive-thru, waits for their food, then leaves-- and THEN the next car can go... there is either a hard time in the workplace or everyone is collectively lazy. Never have food, ignore you when you wait at the desk, and can't seem to get orders right. There's a lot of issues, but if it's due to the business themselves, I hope they can fix themselves up or get new hires. read more

If you want to pay an overpriced sum amount of money on less than mediocre sandwiches, this is the place to go! Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and I received it with literally one piece of bacon (couldn't spare the bacon?), burnt beyond being edible, while this had a plastic taste to it. I'll just take my business down to the Dunkin' on the other end of Howland, as this isn't my first rodeo of bad encounters here. read more

Horrible, donuts are dried out, stale and appear to be frosted with cheap cake frosting. At least on what you get. Saturday morning they only have nothing left... No regular glazed, no chocolate glaze and no lemon, we ended up with what I guess was strawberry and some blueberry that was about the size of a silver dollar. Do yourself a favor, make biscuit donuts at home, they'd taste better. read more

Dunkin' has great food but they never have the food. I asked when they would have avocado toast and they told me Saturday morning. I went on Saturday morning, and they told me 3 PM. I went at 3:30 PM and they told me Sunday. Not to mention the mumbling staff that I can barely understand, especially in drive-through with those garbage speakers. Dunkin on Howland and Ft smith. Wife went to get coffee yesterday. After ordering at the drive thru. She hears the order taker saying he cut him self nd how is not bleeding on the order. She got out of the line and left. Well this morning I went there at 501 am. As soon as they opened. Was going to pick up donuts and bagels for the guys at work. I had to be the first customer of the day. I start by ordering my coffee and a dozen donuts assorted. I ask if they have bagels and she says yes. I go to order 2 dozen. And she tells me I can't order that many I asked why and a told its to many. Wtf. I said well if 24 roe walk in and order on each then it's ok. She says yeah. I left again. Two days leaving this crappy store with nothing. Stopped at another Dunkin near MCO and no problem. This Deltona store sucks. read more

Understaffed, low or out of many, many menu items and supplies. Store is a disaster, very disheveled. Extremely long wait times. Ive been here about 7 or 8 times, I live close by, and its been like this everytime I stop in. I will not return, and advise the same to others. read more

I've given this location too many chances, it's almost as though they intentionally suck. Be prepared to wait.... and wait.... and wait, all to enjoy your messed up coffee order. Also whoever is in charge of stocking the restaurant for the week needs to be fired. They are out of so much stuff ALWAYS. Without fail I have to adjust my order because they are out of one thing or another. I am patient and understanding and have been for long enough. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, I ordered a coffee and was handed LITERAL iced milk. It was pure white, when I politely mentioned this was supposed to be coffee a young boy did his best to fix it (by just throwing in a shot of espresso). Can't even drink it but I was so frustrated with the whole trip that we left without getting a replacement and are headed to a Dunkin' that actually knows what they are doing. read more

I hate coming to this store.... The worst dunkin I've been to. Why when there is no cars ahead of me are you taking 5 minutes (after I pull up to the speaker) to say anything???? This is by far the #1 worse Dunkin' Donuts in the world!! I truly do not understand how Dunkin' Donuts corporate office has not stripped this owner of the name! Placed order today 10/8/2021, via DD app for walk in pick up. (Drive through orders take 20-30 minutes.) When I arrived, the doors were locked but people were inside. No signs stating walk ins were not allowed (they were allowed 2 days prior). I along with another pick up customer walked around to the drive up window. They were very rude and yelling at us and refused to give us our order that was already paid for through the app. Told us we had to use the drive through which had cars lined up around the entire building. I told Juliana to refund my order and she said all sales were final even though i had not received my order and slammed the window shut. I then went through the drive up and after 18 minutes was told they didnt have my order. I gave jessica my order number but she couldnt find it. Juliana came to the window again and said they didnt have any bagels or croissants to make the sandwiches and slammed the window shut again. I waited untill jessica opened the window again and asked for my money back. I was once again told they couldn't give a refund. They refused to give the business owners information. Told me to take a photo of the sign on the wall. Unbelievable how nasty the employees at this location are to customers. I tried calling Duncan Donuts corporate customer service but you get a message that no one is available How can a company stay in business with this kind of horrible / no service? read more

I have been a customer of Dunkin Donuts for years and this location is the worst! They run out of items which you only learn about it after spending nearly 15 minutes on the drive through line. yesterday, February 17th, 2024, my father and i went through the drive-through and asked for a dozen glazed dounts. which they didn't have. all they had was a few strawberry and blueberry. nothing else. this was horrible service, especially when you're a place called "dunkin' dounts" how is a place going to be called "dunkin' DOUNTS" and have no dounts when it is literally in the name. maybe we caught them on a bad day. but it was around 11 in the morning. it just seems like they don't do very much prep work to make sure that they have the things available on there menu. it's ridiculous. read more
