I've been coming to this location a little over 5 years, almost everyday. Sometimes twice a day.. the quality of the drinks and food is not always consistent but customer service always makes up for it. But today i hit my final straw. The ladies that worked December 5th 2026, the afternoon shift crew is lacking a lot of customer service. I'm not the one that complains and as i said ive been coming to this location for over 5years straight and some employees recognize me as well, but i never complained about the customer service because it was always on point. The two ladies i've dealt with today need an orientation to learn about how to greet customers, talk to customers and don't scare customers. I've ordered through drive thru, the lady went straight to "yes" as in like what would you like today. The whole transaction not once did any of the ladies spoke but when she told me the total. Not once did they say thank you or anything. Which is weird because i work in customer service too, and I ve worked for places that are much smaller than dunkin but still we knew how to speak to customers. My feelings are not hurt because it doesn't affect me, i can just add 3 minutes to my drive and go to Starbucks down the road. i was just surprised that a big company such as Dunkin has some employees that ruin its reputation. read more

Terrible service. I came here to pick up an order and they were missing an item from it. I let the customer know and contacted the delivery service. The delivery service told me to continue with the rest of the order and they would refund the customer. Talk about Chaos and a "Hot" Mess (see what I did there?). But all jokes aside, this Dunkin Donuts needs to retrain all their employees or just hire new ones who can deal with the tasks and customers appropriately and in a timely manner. There were people waiting for over 15 mins just for a regular medium coffee. It's just a pour right? They couldn't not keep up in the drive thru either. The attendant said out loud "now I'm confused. I don't know what's what" This place needs a major intervention I wanted to add that I was contacted by a team member from this location to ask to remove a photo that she thought identified her too much. I REMOVED THE PHOTO. However, the tone that was taken with me in the message was so inappropriate. I was accused of going against Yelps guidelines etc.- which it was absolutely not, she was in the background. Regardless, it wasn't the request that upset me, ITS THE WAY I WAS ASKED AND ACCUSED. As a night owl, I survive off of my Dunkin' Donuts sweet tea EXTRA EXTRA sweet. I'm talking a large with 4 pumps of liquid cane sugar! If it's a medium it's 3 pumps! A small - 2 pumps. My mother, who I often accompany to her daily runs to DD - always gets a large or medium iced coffee no sugar, extra cream and extra ice - and the staff always remembers. I've come to this Dunkin' Donuts 6 times when I travel between Orlando and Tampa.. They are consistently super slow. Some of the people that take your order are nice but the majority of the time they seem like they're just irritated that you stop by. They've messed up my order EVERY time. So today, October 8th 2022 I punish myself again by stopping her to get a quick pick me up. They have a promotion on their board for a $3 medium, iced pumpkin latte. I ordered it and when I get to the window they say the order is $4.83. When I asked them why is it $4.83 and not$3, the guy said "Oh, you ordered the signature?" and I said yes. Then he walks away for a little bit and then he comes back and say it's $4.83. I asked him what happened to the $3 signature latte. The orders are always inaccurate. The hash browns are cold, burnt, limp, and they don't even give you the right amount. The Avocado toast is not toasted.. but just bread lol and they hardly give you any bacon compared to the other stores. The family and I stopped in for a few breakfast sandwiches before hitting the road! We spent a week in Davenport for a family "StayCation." This DK is nestled in Champions Gate of Davenport and looks newer by design. The restaurant layout is nice and the service was fast and friendly. Yolie took our order and Pam came over to assist. My only drawback was the crazy amount of flies in the restaurant. They're literally swarming the dining area. During our visit, I witnessed Pam dragging a mop bucket behind her, there was wet floor signage everywhere, tables where wiped, but I could still see a residue after they dried. Although there were no bad smells, or any other issues I could put my finger on, swatting flies while dining definitely made cleanliness a factor for me. As for the food, our breakfast sandwiches were good. I had a turkey sausage, cheese, and egg white croissandwich and I loved it. (Warning: There's a lot of butter on their Texas Toast, but Grammy enjoyed it and ate every single bite. Although I was a tad bit concerned, I decided to let her live a little and resisted the urge to snatch it away from her for health reasons! -- she would have killed me if I tried. Lol!) The coffee was good! The sugar munchkins were on point, but the powdered munchkins (my DK faves) were stale. Boo, hiss. The drive thru always takes forever to get through. It's not quick at all and the people working it aren't kind. A situation happened to me today. Scene: The Drive Thru. I pull up and say my order. My order is a medium ice coffee with almond milk and gingerbread swirl, a toasted plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and a CHOCOLATE frosted sprinkle donut. I pull up to the window and this is what happened. I pay, the lady hands me my food and coffee. I noticed that I got the wrong donut. She gave me a strawberry frosted sprinkle donut. Me: Excuse me, this is the wrong donut. I wanted a chocolate frosted sprinkle. The lady: You asked for strawberry! (She said this in a very rude tone of voice) Me(very confused): umm, no? I definitely asked for chocolate. *The lady walks away without saying a word. Comes back and hands me a chocolate frosted sprinkle donut* Me: Thank you so much! *After thanking her, I tried to hand back the strawberry donut to her* The lady: *very rude tone* Ugh, I don't want that donut back! (While she said that, she puts her hand up to me and does the shooing motion with her hand. She then proceeds to give me a nasty look). Me: *completely shocked and feeling very disrespected* (I wanted to throw my coffee in her face, but that's obviously wrong. So, I just drove away) Yea, that literally happened. So mean. So rude. She made a mistake by giving me the wrong donut. Mistakes happen. It's ok! I wasn't mad that she gave me the wrong donut. I just wanted her to give me the correct one. Just accept that you made a mistake and move on. I understand if you're having a bad day, but Don't take it out on your customers. This experience was horrible and I will be contacting the manager. How this location stays open with the Shift Leader in charge and the customer service they provide is baffling. My mom and I came in about 8:30pm. There was a family of 4 eating when we arrived and a group of 4 being helped as we reached the counter. There was a male employee helping the group at the counter-we were never greeted by him or any other employee. We stood waiting for about 10 minutes, watching three female employees standing around talking before finally being served by JanMarie. She had no desire to help us. She was rude, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional. We asked her about ice cream flavors- she didn't want to help us and clearly lied just to have us move on, pay and leave. Shoe moved us to the Dunkin side to check-out, we asked her for a spoon, she ignored us, we asked again and she pointed back to the ice cream counter. (Duh girl! We looked there and didn't see any or we wouldn't have asked you) She then left and went to the back to only bring back one spoon and left leaving the shift leader to check us out. Upon walking up to the store from our car, one of the employees met us at the door to say that the lobby is closed and that they'd let the family in front of us come in bc they're 'not from here and don't know what they want to order.' As a visitor to Florida, and also not knowing what I or my kiddos wanted, I was pretty offended and annoyed by this. But proceeded to the drive-thru. It took quite some time for each car to get past the speaker, and I soon understood why. They were drive thru only due to low staff (which is understandable) but it was the way the employee communicated that was unacceptable. Horrible service. Slow poke at the drive thru was literally taking and finishing one order at a time. And had the drive thru line backed up. At the window as we had to wait for our order, she just stood there with a stink face like she wanted to destroy the place. Then 2 workers at the espresso machine look over at us to inform us "no espresso for 15-20 mins." Slow poke just turns towards without saying anything with a stink face again.
