Cheaper and lesser quality every time I go here. Their "sourdough" bread no longer resembles anything that I know to be sourdough. Prices go up, and quality continues to go down. Coffee is acceptable at best, but their food is no longer worth it to me. read more

This place is awesome. I go there every morning, Monday through Friday. I pull up to the speaker and they know it's me. Large hot coffee, double double. The young lady who's name starts with an E I believe is so nice. Also very good looking lol. Very early in the morning and it's so professional and everything's always hot and ready. I have been going to this location for awhile now and have had many positive visits. The only downside is at times the drive thru is a bit slow. I attribute that to the items people order. People tend to forget that others are in line behind them, and order food for everyone on Noah"s ark. They also get your order correct at this location, this is not the norm for dunkins in our area. The ice tea here is good and their doughnuts are fresh at this location. Either that or they do enough business to get more product in. Overall a good location and prices are better than other franchise locations. I have been here the past two days and everything has gone smoothly and the wait time was null. I think it depends on what people are ordering at the time and staffing levels. The only glitch was when they said pay at the first window and no one was at the window to take the money. Stopped at this location on the way to the airport. After being ignored I was waited on and ordered 2 cups of hot black coffee. After another wait the coffee was placed on the counter. When I picked up the cup.....coffee went all over. Their lids do NOT fit the cups. They got me another cup. Went to the car and handed my daughter a cup, coffee came out all over her and it was quite hot. The lids are a problem. When I got back from the airport I ack went in and asked for the owner's name and #. Was told they're not allowed to give out that #, wonder why? The people that work here need intensive retraining and attitude adjustment. How about getting the cup situation fixed? I know we're not the only ones to experience this. Worst Dunkin Donuts location I've ever been to they have the most incompetent people working there they can't even slice a bagel I've gone there and ordered a slice bagel for breakfast and when I get to work one side is huge and won't even fit in the toaster and the other side is like paper thin how hard is it?!!! how hard is it to evenly slice a bagel? and these people want $15 an hour, what a joke! read more

Good and bad. The coffee is good. The tea is good. The donuts seem like they were still half froze. Now here is the bad. They can not make a strawberry banana smoothie to save their life. I know. I would know bc l have consumed about 200 of them in my life since they started serving them. But, this store seriously needs to have a major sit down and have a class and figure this one out bc when done correctly, a smoothie addict, such as myself will drive past you to where ever l have to go to get a good one. Your fireplace and wifi are nice but it's not what you are selling. Please practice and experiment with the flavor, yogurt ice whatever ratio. You can do this smoothie! read more
