I ordered my coffee at 6:16 pm, the app said will be ready around 6:23 pm. When I pulled in, there were 3 cars ahead of me. I did not receive my coffee until 6:46 pm AND IT WAS barely warm still. They did not apologize for the long wait. Terrible customer service there. read more

I go through the drive thru and ask about a vegan option. No one gave me a recommendation to try or their winter options for vegans. I know darn well Starbuck's has vegan options. Their menu does not have a V for vegan and I had to get a bland cold brew cause the employees don't know which flavors are vegan. The service was not what was expected. I worked for costumer service and I will NOT be returning to that Starbucks. I will go to the Seattle one before I go to that one. Period. read more

The Canfield Starbucks is perfect! This is my go-to Starbucks location everyday. I am so impressed by the staff here. The store is always clean. Drinks and food items are consistent and taste great. There is a wide variety of menu options, so there is something for everyone. I am always greeted right when I walk in. Many of the regular staff members greet me by name, ask how my day is, and chat with me. It's very personal and welcoming. If it's not super busy, the employees will even start making my order when they see me walk in and have it rang up and almost ready by the time I get to the counter to pay. It is apparent that every single employee works hard with their team to provide quick and accurate service. I 100% recommend the Canfield Starbucks! I will continue to return here, as I am treated with an exceptional level of customer service and consistent high quality food and drinks. read more

Awesome Starbucks experience!!! My husband and I had a rough day after a group of individuals decided to steal a few cars and break into a dozen others in our development. Along with our car went our wallets and purse, but I had my cell phone. I signed up for Starbucks app and had technical problems. Lisa was absolutely wonderful in helping us and explaining how to use the app. Drinks were also delicious. When I have my choice, this is the one we go to. read more

We have given the Canfield a few more tries. Not sure why they can't seem to get anything right. We are now just going to skip Canfield and go to Austintown or the Boardman locations. Cafe Americana tastes like warm watered down coffee, scones they only carry a few varieties. Not we are our they said we only carry a few. Not what you expect from Starbucks or what you are willing to Pay Starbucks price for. It is disgusting to ha f over $9 and pull away to have cold watery tasting product and stale pastries. Do t worry about getting it together in Canfield I'm done wasting my time and money there. Save yourself the grief and go to the other locations. read more

Starbucks in Boardman is one of my favorite coffee places in Ohio. The baristas are very kind and helpful. Also the drinks taste amazing. Also I find it convenient that I can use their app and get deals, order, and pay. There is a wide selection of drinks and food there. From regular coffee to Frappuccinos, they have it all. read more

All the other starbucks are open but this one is closed inside. Very slow service and the lines are usually 30 mins - 1 hour.

I normally go here in the morning and even though it's rush hour time I never wait very long. The espresso drinks are good but the coffee is acidic and not my favorite. I got a few venti lattes that were not filled all the way. Overall a good location. Very friendly staff and nice indoor atmosphere. read more
