If I could give ZERO stars I would! After waiting 10 minutes in line I commented to the man in line behind me that the drive thru would have been faster. The non binary person with multiple face piercings yelled at me that all the orders he/she was preparing were all for people who ALREADY PAID and if I don't like it then file a complaint. I said I AM standing right HERE waiting!! She/he yelled back something I didn't hear so I walked out. What ever happened to customer service? So I will say that the staff is friendly and they have their moments when everyone and everything is on point. However I will say this does concern me. I went to this location today and caught this out the corner of my eyes and to be very honest this looks like blood I'm sorry. And if it's from a jelly donut I apologize but presentation is everything and this to me is very sloppy. God forbid if this is blood that is not acceptable. The service is always terrible. They can't make a coffee to save their life- the coffee always tastes burnt. It's just terrible. And the owners/management clearly doesn't care because nothing ever changes. I spend a lot of money with Dunkin and this was in just trash. read more

They made my drink wrong and put 3 pumps of vanilla when I ordered 1. I do not like sugary drinks so I could tell as soon as I got it that it was wrong. They told me they refused to make me a new one and refused to give me a refund. I am a very quite person and not once did I get angry during the conversation. Even though I was being kind the employee and the manager with the way too thin eyebrows said she made the drink how it's supposed to be made and I said okay well that's not how I ordered it and offered to pull out my receipt and then she quickly changed her story and said she actually put one pump in. I don't know why she couldn't just say she made a mistake and remake my $6 drink that is now going to be wasted. I just emailed the company to let them know. Staff is very kind and pretty quick with the orders. They have messed up on drinks before but I also understand it gets VERY busy and how they could make a mistake. But if yiu bring your drink or food back in if that does occur they are very good about making it right. I recommend this Dunkin. read more

I have to say that young lady Simply Amazed Myself And My wife!She was the only one out there,by the looks of it she had drivethru and the front counter.She defentaly kept her cool and her wit! The whole time she was finishing the orders fr drivethru she was having conversation with Us. When she finally got to us she apoligized nurmourous of times,then went on to explain WHY she does the hustle and bustle.She simply stated... I was in there earlier tonight.and let me tell you about your employees that were there .i didnt see name tags and That is my Only copmlaint... Because i want so BAD for these 2 to be recognized for tjheir hard work...all i seen was a yound lady in a blue shirt and a young man in a white shirt..They looked pretty busy in the drive thru the youmg man said .. hey man we'll be right with ya... so i was just looking around the store as i overheard their convesation ..they were saying how far they are behind ..and then i heard the young lady say... we got this and laugh.. i got my coffee from the youmg man thanked him and left..i got home and realized i want to go back for a donut(i really wanted to see how much they got done lol) so a while later i went back.Low and Behold it looked like a different place . the chairs were pushed into the tables the floor was clean and there was donuts.Good JobYoung lady and Gentleman read more
