This is the worst dunkin in columbia they always mess up orders and my most recent experience today i ordered a hot coffee and a iced latte they made a iced coffee which i ordered a latte with the stuff i ordered in the hot and made a hot with the stuff i ordered in the latte and it was in an online so its liter right on the paper no way to mess that up but of course this dunkin did so. The other problem this dunkin has is that they always have a long line going into the road not just because its busy because they take forever to actually make your food if you wait through that line you come to the same conclusion read more

Clearly the management here needs to be replaced. All the employees here have continuously been incredibly rude and short with customers. I don't know where these employees are coming from but they all have the WORST attitudes and act like the customer is wrong when they get your order wrong. You can't tell what they are saying when you order and tell you to "pull up" before your done ordering with out the total. They have got my order wrong multiple times now. For the first time ever....I write a review. This Dunkin has got to be one of the worst places I have ever been to...not just donuts. Service, cleanliness, quality, friendliness, and atmosphere are all severely lacking. To prove how much they don't care...there is a set of double doors facing Millwood...it looks like an entrance, but it's locked to the kitchen. No sign? Everything about the place is unwelcoming. A couple of months ago, I stopped at the drive thru. They spoke to me through the loud speaker to tell me that the drive thru was down. If the speaker is working and I can drive up to the window...why is it down? My guess is the cash register was down and the person with a wireless headset didn't want to go back and forth to another register. I will NEVER go back to this location. Ordered food, it was all completely wrong and we waited 15 minutes for it. I paid for extra cheese on my sandwhich and got none, and my two friends had two terrible sour dough sandwiches with barely any bacon and no cheese as well even though they had asked for it. I'm a very loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer, however, my experience time and time again at this location is pushing me to avoid Dunkin all together. This morning, I went through the drive thru and ordered a large cold brew and a sausage/egg/cheese croissant sandwich. The first indication of poor service was when I pulled up to the window. I used the app on my phone to pay, and the gentleman working the window snatched my phone out of my hand to scan it. I have never had a Dunkin employee, or any other drive thru employee, ever take my phone right out of my hand to scan the bar code. Next, they told me to pull forward to wait for my sandwich. This was not too out of the ordinary for me, as I have worked in fast food before and had to ask customers to do similar. So I get my food, and drive 10 minutes back home. When I get home, I open my sandwich to find out they gave me the completely wrong order. The lack of attention to detail, customer care, and dedication to offering good customer service makes this the worst Dunkin Donuts locations I have ever interacted with. read more

It's so convenient because it's right down the road from my job so coffee definitely comes in handy when I have to work super early but I just can't bare to go there anymore. Epic FAIL! I don't expect much from DD, it's a quick stop to get coffee or donuts, not fine dining. However, I do expect prompt service and correct change. When you hire employees you should make sure they can count change and give correct change. Recommend you give them a test before you hire them. I gave the girl behind the counter $20.53 for a $2.53 charge. She apparently could not count the small nickles and dimes and pennies correctly and thought I gave her 23 cents, not 53 cents, then dumped it in the drawer. she gave me change for $20.23. I really don't need the 30 cents, but she insisted and her 'logic' consisted of look it's on the receipt. Seriously, you miss counted the change and put the wrong information in the computer, then used the printout from the computer (with the wrong info) as justification. IDIOT. By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever spent money in. They're constantly running out of everything, and the employees are whatever is south of rude. I just left the drive-thru, and they forgot my chocolate donut in my order, and that was the last straw. If you're in the area, there is a Starbucks 2 miles away in 5Points, so just go there. This location will never see another dime from me. I am only giving this place 1 star because yelp requires it for some reason... Its pretty hard to mess up at a chain establishment. This Dunkin is pretty bad. The service is almost always terrible with slow and rude employees. I get coffee occasionally here because it is on my way to work but I always go inside to make sure they get my order right (even though its a simple coffee with milk). OMG i literally just left this place and im so mad i got on yelp. So I come through the drive thru and say may I have 2 plain bagels with plain cream cheese on both of them. The response: A what with sprinkles? WTF. Ok so i repeat myself louder and apparently they dont have plain bagels. WTF. So i adjust myself to 2 everything bagels. They were very nice at the window and hand me my bag of bagels. A cream cheese shoots out of the bag as soon as i set it down. WTF. I dont know if they arent supposed to put the cream cheese on the bagel but theyve definitely done it for me there. I was planning on eating a bagel on the way to class. So i park, and theres only one cream cheese in the bag. WTF? I paid for two??? Also while im here im going to throw this in: the iced coffee is disgusting!!! Most of the interactions I have had with the staff have been so baffling, I half expect Ashton Kutcher to pop out and tell me I am being punk'd. I live down the street, so my roommate and I frequently stop here for a quick coffee. Not once EVER have they gotten our order right. One time, we ordered an egg and bacon sandwich on an english muffin. They forgot to give it to us in the drive thru, so we went into the store. We told them about our missing sandwich, and they handed us a new bag. We get out to the car. Instead of my sandwich, they gave us a sopping wet, unsliced plain bagel? I have at least 5 other similar stories in which they have gotten my order so wrong its almost funny. I understand mistakes happen and the food industry can be very stressful and hectic, but the staff is so rude and unprofessional, especially when you let them know your order is wrong. They look at you visibly annoyed, are short with you, and just this last time tried to charge me extra for their mistake. My experience here was so BAD. I feel vindicated now that I see the poor rating and have read so many other negative reviews of this Dunkin. I went at a non busy time and there were not other costumers. I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee with just a little bit of cream. I got to the window and the worker had made an iced coffee and a separate hazelnut coffee. (Both of which were almost white with cream i would like to add). Ok honest mistake. The speaker box isn't perfect. I politely told the worker I just wanted one hazelnut iced coffee. He proceeded to act like I was dumb and didn't know what hazelnut iced coffee was? Then he rolled his eyes and remade my drink. I handed him a five dollar bill and he THREW IT back at me, and said "I don't need your money." I was so caught off by this reaction. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There are tons of local coffee shops around that are more deserving of your business. read more

My office is near this DD so sometimes I stop in on my way to work. I think I may have been here maybe 6 times. 5 of those six times they have either been out of multiple menu items (most frequently), have given my order to someone else, left items off of my order, not had enough change in the drawer and didn't have the register know-how to complete a refund, and have a general lack of care for quality and customer service. This is the epitome of absolutely poor management. I'm not sure how long they will be here. Sad. read more

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star. I went today around 4pm, I pull up to the speaker and wait awhile, no one ever comes. I decide to drive up to the window and no one is there. I then notice the employee is outside chatting with friends, who are sitting in their car blocking the exit. After taking her time, she finally comes inside to the window. I told her no one was at the speaker so I drove up and would like to order. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to go back to the speaker as she has a smirk on her face. I told her she wasn't at the speaker which is why I drove up, while I was STILL talking she smirked and walked off. There was also a car behind me at this point. Since her friends car was parked in front of me in the DRIVE-THRU, I couldn't get out. They wouldn't move, thankfully the car behind me backed up so I could leave. I visited this Dunkin' Donuts with a couple friends just to get a cup of coffee to go, and the experience was ruined by an incredibly rude employee named Ashley. Ashley made my cup of coffee and when handing the coffee across the counter she yelled out my order and looked at me as if she had been standing there repeating the order multiple times and that I was ignoring her, however it was the first time she had attempted to hand out the coffee. Everyone else in the restaurant was made uncomfortable by her horrible attitude and she continued to give everyone mean looks and yell out everyone's orders very aggressively. Her fellow employee had to apologize for her and said, I quote, "I'm sorry she's just really mean." This is my second experience here and the service is just not good. The employees are not personable and quite frankly, rude.

I was at this location with one of my friend yesterday and when I went to order I specifically said that I had a limited amount of time because I had to be somewhere at 6pm. The young man that took my order explained to me after I asked a question about how the combo meals work and even after I said I wanted the hashbrowns and tea he forgot about the hashbrowns and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. I have come to the conclusion that this location is severely understaffed and unorganized. I doubt that I will be back anytime soon unless I am desperate. read more
