This is a pretty average Dunkin'. You can get what you need here, but it's not the nicest location I've been to, and in multiple experiences, the drive-thru line takes longer than you'd like it to. With that being said, it's not terrible. read more

Real time review, arrived at 10:10am 9/1/25. Sat at menu board until 10:24. When I was finally greeted she was extremely personable! Took my order efficiently and was nice and welcoming when I got to the window! She made she to get the specifics of my order which is a plus in my book! I also noticed she was taking orders and making coffee and she was able to still be attentive. My coffee was absolutely exceptional and if anyone reading this review, if you have never had coffee milk added to your drink get that versus creamer. It is absolutely amazing. My sandwich was cooked to perfection. My hashbrowns weren't as well done as I normally liked them, but they were still delicious. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

Amazing service. Delicious donuts. One of my favorites. Night shift lady was warm and welcoming. Totally worth the trip though

I really should have read the reviews before coming here. We decided to not order online which is very rare, for this specific reason. We we got up to the speaker, it was barely working so he couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear him. He said to pull up so we went to the window and he asked which order was ours, we said it again and he gave us our total and we paid. When we received our receipt I checked and we were missing two things but the guy wasn't returning to the window so we waited until another person came up and asked them to add our two things. We paid for the second time and waited for our food at the front of the store. He brought a bag out and then left, and we were STILL missing items we paid for. We are going to contact dunkin to get a refund but the entire thing was such a hassle and not worth it. I usually love dunkin but this was just a disappointment read more

Stopped in for coffee on the way to work. Staff was quick, order was right, and drive-thru moved fast. Solid start to the day.

Terrible service!!! Manager is in way over her head and has no business managing people or interacting with customers!

Waited 30 min on four donuts. This is probably the worst service I have ever received. Never coming back. typical

Absolutely atrocious experience. Staff was awful, they were out of everything. How the fuck is there no bagels at a breakfast place. Loud, obnoxious, annoying. Didn't care. Don't go here. read more

I've been coming to this dunkin location for a while now. And it has come to my attention that Ms. Cierra has been very rude to myself and i really don't appreciate it. so in conclusion since i am very considerate in not calling corporate i now give Ms. Cierra two weeks to listen to this song https://youtu.be/t2vK2XGrad8?si=_h1vMl0Du5WWUAnR Please always remember that your words matter, an interaction can make or break someone's day and i really hope that you find your way in life with kindness and love. read more

Didn't get my full order. They didn't pick up the phone either. Shitty location. Do yourself a favor and don't come here. read more

They don't know how to make coffee or cook food. I am a faithful customer but this is just ridiculous.

This restaurant is a prime example of why it's so important for me to read reviews before I go somewhere new. I decided to stop and use a gift card at this Dunkin location. First of all, the drive-through is exceptionally difficult to navigate on a very busy street. Secondly, I repeated my order at least three times to the employee at the window. By the time I got up to the front they were less than enthusiastic to take my payment. I was even interested in buying other products that were in the window but the girl taking my order was so rude to me that I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. After leaving I took a sip of my drink, only to find out that they had made it incorrectly even after we had gone over the order three times. It was a basic iced coffee with vanilla flavor shot and three Stevia. I won't be returning to this location and would hesitate to try it again. read more

we ran through this dunkin this morning on our way back home to Surf City from TN. was horrified to see something in my coffee through the mouth hole, opened the lid to find a whole hair on the top of the lid. as a coffee shop barista/supervisor, this is unacceptable. now seeing the reviews of this dunkin, i am not surprised. step it up and have some pride in your job, guys. very disappointing because i gave them a good tip. read more

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've been here a few times and I have never had any problems with the food nor the service. I drove through today and they were fast, courteous and even gave me an extra donut. They were friendly and prompt. The coffee was excellent and the donuts were really good. read more

Update: this Dunks is so bad, I have no idea WHY it's still open. We alllll need to stop coming here. Sorry fam, I messed up and accidentally stoped here today. I really don't recommend stopping here. The location is difficult to get in and out, the service is bad (rude staff), and they run out of everything. I'm not writing this after one bad experience but several. Dunks can be great, don't let this one spoil it for you. Eat local! read more

I can't remember the last time I've waited this long at a drive through line. Whoever owns this franchise should help your current employees out and hire some more. read more

I see I'm not the only one who was disappointed by something service related. After I place my order and receive my change I hear the employee say, "Oooh, you wrong for that. My tip jar is looking kind of light." I didn't even notice the tip jar, and it continued to look "light" as I laughed in her face and walked out of the door. She put 10 munchkins in a bag for me, and suggested I tip her...wow. read more

This Dunkin Donuts lacks greatly, the workers are incompetent and when I made a simple request it was unable to be achieved. Monique A. was the one who serviced us, we ordered two iced coffees with cream and I specified LIQUID SUGAR because they sometimes put granulated sugar for some ridiculous reason. When I specified she sassed me and said that they always put liquid sugar, and then when we got our coffees they lacked sugar completely. Monique is a low functioning worker and should be terminated. I am disappointed in this establishment. The only reason why I am giving it two stars is because this dunkin donuts does not usually make mistakes like this, but that workers incompetence and unprofessionalism really rubbed me the wrong way. read more

My biggest gripe right now is the girl working at the window. Her nails are about 2 inches long , she can't wear gloves and she is handling food and money. It is really a turn off. Should be a law for food service. read more

One of the meanest places around here. One of the workers is absolutely rude and degrading to her customers. Makes comments under her breath that make customers feel uncomfortable and uses an extremely harsh tone. I have never been treated so horribly by someone in the customer service/ food department and I have worked in it myself. Horrible worker, leaves her customers upset. Won't be visiting this dunkin again. read more

On a stormy afternoon, one in which a hot beverage is much needed I can sauntering into this location of my favorite coffee place Dunking Donuts. As I am used to a friendly smile and quick service - I was shocked by the inability to find either at this location. As usual with my charming smile and friendly demeanor I requested a hot coffee and a boston cream donut to hold me off for dinner. The employee had to deal with a drive thru order and even was taking another when she was taking and serving my order. They obviously are short on help and the owner does not have enough people working. The boston cream was okay and the coffee was adequate. Yet it took awhile to be served and was done in a very weary and dismissive manner. read more

The drive thru line is always wrapped around the street in traffic and you can't order inside.

I really want to love this location because of its proximity to my home. Unfortunately, they almost always get my order wrong. Sometimes the baristas are really nice and pleasant but most of the time, someone who hates their job works the window. I would love to see this place step up its game! read more

Replace your drive thru menu so that customers can actually see what is offered.. The plastic screen is dingy and you cannot see the items that are listed... it's obviously been this way for a while... Once that is fixed then I'd suggest retraining the employees on what manners are and how to correctly use actual words that are from a dictionary... read more

Ordered an ice caramel macchiato. I've been to Dunkin so many times, so I know what an iced caramel macchiato looks like. The one time I go to the one on Devine, they give me a a watered down coffee with the littlest amount of caramel drizzled. Tasted it, and it tasted like ass. Will never be coming here again. read more

Dunkin' - My shitty Coffee - Donuts Near Me - Columbia, South Carolina

This is the WORST Dunkin I've ever been too, and I've been to plenty! The staff is so rude, which I thought maybe it was just an off day but NOPE - been there a couple more times and they are still ALL so unbelievably rude it's crazy to me! They messed up my order every single time and they are completely unapologetic about it. The wait times are crazy and the staff are all just standing around on their cell phones! I'll never go back to this one!! read more

I really like Dunkin' Donuts but this one just isn't it. The line takes forever when they aren't even busy and I tried to order food with my coffee and they told me they couldn't make food right now. Not even donuts? It's a donut shop, should always have donuts! Seems lazy to me! read more

Is this a donut shop or a sandwich shop? Just curious cause it says "Dunkin Donuts" in the title but when you go through the drive through there isn't any pretty pictures nor names of the donuts you sell. Might consider changing your name to Dunkin's sandwich and coffee shop. It seems like you're pushing that off and not your donuts. This was my first visit to a Dunkin Donuts. Next time I'll go to Krispy Kreme. No sandwich's on their menu read more

The previous night my teenage daughter asked if we could get up extra early before school and go to Dunkin Donuts to have breakfast so she could try the "Charli." My son overheard us talking and asked if we'd bring him back a chocolate glazed doughnut. The following morning all went as planned, we arrive at the drive-thru and placed our order: "a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, one Charli and a chocolate glazed doughnut". We were told by the drive-thru person that the store was out of caramel and couldn't make the Charlie. We were bummed by decided to get a mocha latte instead. We were then told that the store did not have any milk and could not make any lattes. He proceeded to tell us that they also did not have any french vanilla or pumpkin spice. I was surprised that Dunkin being known for it's coffee was out of so much at quarter to seven in the morning. We settled for a hazelnut coffee and proceed to the pick-up window. After paying, we receive our food followed by the coffee. Upon checking our bag, I notice that we had not received our doughnut. I tapped on the window and told the young man that we did not receive our doughnut. He left to go retrieve it; upon his return he handed me a small doughnut bag. Before leaving, I decided to check the contents of the bag and I noticed that it was a plain, unglazed doughnut. I tapped on the window again to clarify that we asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut. The young man left again and returned with another small bag. Upon opening the bag, I saw a frosted chocolate doughnut. Again, I tapped on the widow to ask for a "chocolate glazed" doughnut and was told that what I had in my hand was a chocolate glazed doughnut. Needless to say, after some clarification, the young man finally provide me with a doughnut with "chocolate glazing" as was my son's original desired request. I had no idea that a simple order would become such a challenge for both the coffee order and the doughnut order. When I returned home, I told my wife of our little ordeal. She told me that when she went by the previous day, they forgot the doughnut she ordered as well. I am sorry to say that our experiences with Dunkin Doughnuts at 3303 Devine St. were not good. read more

The line takes an eternity (always) and they seem to only have one person working. Who was irritable and rude but can you blame them when this is the work environment? Would prefer better customer service but that begins with staffing. read more

Terrible service and terrible food. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese (they were out of every bagel except wheat) and I got a bagel with the smallest amount of cream cheese on 1/4 of a half of a bagel. Always seem to have a bad experience at this location. I drive out of my way to go to the Forest Drive location. I have complained on the survey and the owner contacted me and seemed not to care. They are always slow as there is never more than one person working, the Coolatta machine is always broken, the drive-thru register is always shut down, and they stir your iced coffee with a random spoon sitting on the counter that gets set back on the counter... YUCK Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Terrible ordered a dozen donuts and gave us no choice on choosing. Came to the window and they chose the donuts for us. The service was not very friendly when I came once, but it was near closing time late at night so I gave the lady some slack. Always get the munchkins (doughnut holes) in the morning when they are the freshest because at night they are stale. I've been to MANY dunkin's from NY down to Florida.... and let me just say this.... I rather pay extra and go to Starbucks. This Dunkin's iced coffee taste like the coffee has been sitting there for 5 days and they threw in a dish rag for extra seasoning.... so rancid and just undrinkable. I've literally have made it to the car and took a sip and threw it out and just drove up the block to Starbucks where the iced coffee taste fresh!
