Absolutely horrible service. I have never been spoken to this rude to in my life. I waited on line for 45 minutes to get a coffee, and when I got to the window the worker refused to serve me, shutting the window in my face expecting me to drive off. There was no one speaking at the kiosk, so I went to the window to take my order, and all of the workers refused to take my order. Very poorly managed, I do admit there were maybe only a couple of employees. The drive through line had 6 cars and it took 38 minutes. I placed a mobile order prior, so didn't really have an option to not go through the line. When did get to the window they were very rude. Avoid this place at costs. Never again! Walked in this morning with my kids to get breakfast around 9:30am. Several employees behind the counter. Stood at the counter for a few minutes but no one employee said a word to me! They all looked at me but didn't offer to help me or take my order. Finally walked over to the kiosk to put in my own order and noticed that they did not have all of the items listed. Walked back over to the counter where a female employee was standing. She never made eye contact and just stood in front of the register drinking her iced coffee. At this point I decided to leave. As I walked out the door I tried to look at the cashier and at this point she made eye contact and laughed as she saw me walking out the door. I called the store from my car and asked to speak to a manager and the same cashier answer the phone and put me on hold for about five minutes and then decided to pick up the phone and hang it up so I was never able to get through to a manager. My friend and I waited in line in the drive thru for this dunkin' donuts for 45 minutes. The line was down the parking lot. We decided to be patient even though we were barely moving. When we got to the kiosk, no one spoke out to us. We were confused but simply moved along assuming it was broken. When we got to the window, we explained to them what had happened. They said we should have ordered at the kiosk. We explained nobody spoke out to us at the kiosk kindly, and stated we had been waiting for a long time if they could please take our order. One of the workers in the back screamed at the girl at the window telling her to tell us to go back in line because they are not taking our order. We tried to explain we had been waiting so long so this is not an option and they shut the window in our faces. Kind of unbelievable that you can refuse service to someone who has been being patient, being that you were the ones responsible for this mistake of not taking our order at the kiosk. These people should not be working in customer service when they clearly don't know how to work with people. It was a brisk, fall Saturday morning when me and my pals decided to get some Dunkin'. We ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The coffees came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the food however, now that's a different story. I was SUPER confused how 2 breakfast sandwiches could take over 15 minutes to come out. The workers showed no regards for our appetites or urgency for that matter. By the time the sandwiches came out, we essentially lost our appetites. I think this Dunkin' has a major respect problem when it comes to serving its customers. In the end, it's fair to say that upper management needs to get involved and fix this situation. read more

Standard Dunkin' Donuts with Clemson University flair (go Tigers!). The food and drinks are all standard fair but the service is definitely slower than your average Dunkin' in the Northeast. Absolute worst Dunkin' I've ever been to, and I've worked at 5 different locations. Everyone is on their phones or has their AirPods in, rather than working. Again, I have worked at many Dunkin' Donuts over 2 and a half years and I've never encountered a more poorly managed one. They do not make the mobile orders until you tell them you have been waiting for 15 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous and NOT Dunkin' standard. I literally heard another employee say that they had run out of regular iced coffee so they should just use cold brew instead. I watched a girl fill half of a cup with iced coffee and the other half with cold brew. AGAIN I have worked at Dunkin' Donuts before, and I know how simple it is to have another batch of iced coffee ready to go. I ordered my mobile order and didn't receive my full order for another 35 minutes. I don't know who manages this location, or who the shift leaders are, but they all suck. It's just awful all the way around, the location is open until 8pm, and if you are always running out of something, you make more. Employees are borderline rude, especially at the drive-thru. They won't even speak to you or say thank you. 90% of the time, they won't say a word and will act very annoyed to be there. The coffee itself tends to be poorly mixed and overly bitter, almost undrinkable. At times, I have gotten the totally wrong order. I've been to this DD an average of once a week for the past several months and I've come away disappointed almost every time. This is a poorly managed Dunkin' Donuts. I have been in several times and the service is the same every time. Slow, slow, slow. Americano is on the display but they don't serve it. It appears they have Poor orientation for new employees because the cashiers never seem to know what they are doing. I have even sent a complaint to the corporate Dunkin' Donuts but nothing seems to change (except today the staff was much nicer and apologetic over their slow service).
