I forgot why I stopped coming to Dunkin's but I remember now every time I come to get doughnuts they never have what I want and I just order a snackin bacon and a sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin the muffin was soggy was not toasted had no flavor. The bacon was burnt to a crisp, disappointed . They got to it because the customer service was great. I did not go back to complain but I'm sure the two gentlemen that are working would have probably fix it or maybe not since they let it go out this way anyway read more

Lemme just chime in with an updated review that this location is still subpar. What is it with the shotty parking lots of DD? Is that a corporate standard? Cars must fall into potholes in drive thru -check! Anywho-the lady working the window was incredibly rude and didn't even interact with me. At least my coffee was made correctly. I will never go back to this place. I was with a friend and we stopped in, we ordered 2 of the 5$ meals, it was 10.71, when we pulled to the window we asked for the senior discount and payed, she asked if we wanted a receipt, we said no. That was our mistake, about 30 min later my friend pulled up her bank information and they had charged her 22.09. So we went back to ask why it was more than double the price, the manager said, without a receipt she couldn't do anything, even though we had the little order receipt on the bag, then she got snippy and said when you order and ask for the senior discount that everything goes back to regulat price and that's why it cost that much. When she was asked why wasn't this explained to us, the manager said I don't know, I wasn't up here, then we asked for the corporate number, the manager said that she didn't know it. I have never heard of prices going up just because you ask for a senior discount. She also asked my friend to leave after asking for the corporate number. So NO!, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUNKIN AND BE ROBBED AGAIN. read more

I don't usually complain but this was a ridiculous experience. My husband and I came in to get some breakfast & use the bathroom. I am 8months pregnant and there was a large group in front of us. There is a sign on the bathroom saying "for customers only please ask for key" so I asked for the key to go pee while my husband waited in line and they REFUSED to let me use the bathroom while my husband waited in line. read more

Peered in through the window at 7 a.m., and there they were: both chocolate and strawberry frosted donuts with the topping melted off. Badly. And the donuts were not even in nice rows but appeared as if they had just been thrown on the tray--leaning all over each other. At least that helps the frosting slide off. Went for a little pick me up this morning. Greeted on the intercom of the drive through everything is fine I had to repeat my order back a couple times cause the cashier said she was having a hard time hearing through her mic that day we laughed about it and I pulled forward to pay. Get to the window to this lady cussing and yelling at the trainee boy In the window, she was being extremely loud and aggressive with him. She then hands me my coffee and it's iced the mishap over the intercom was that she could remember if I wanted it hot or cold. To clarify I hate cold coffee and would never order it. She hands me a large ICED coffee to which I kindly ask for it to be hot seeing as I want what I payed for. She snapped her head around and stated yelling at me through the drive through about how all the employees have headsets on and they all heard me order an iced coffee. I'm pretty sure this lady is the manger of the store. I've never woken up and felt like I needed to ruin someone else's day over a coffee. We all have a bad day but this my freinds was extremely uncalled for. read more

I really wish I could say I like this store as it's the closest Dunkin Donuts near me but this store is awful!! The first register when walking in never works of course no one tells you that so you stand looking aimlessly for help only to find all the employees huddled in the drive through area chatting and doing the drive through side of things. I made a online order went to store to pick item up only to be told they ran out and could substitute and then was told I could not be credited my money back after some time and asking for manager magically in fact there is a way to credit back a persons online Dunkin' Donuts App. It's hit or miss, employees some are good some literally don't want to be there and make it known, this place you can go in and be in a good mood and leave in a frustrated horrible mood what a way to start a morning! Staff isn't welcoming at all, seems like the managers come and go I did like the one they had a bit ago but since haven't seen her. The food is literally thrown into the bags I had a chocolate frosted donut it was put in bag icing all over bag a mess! It's such a shame I now drive further to the new Dunkin Donuts at the Country Club location the employees always are nice and atmosphere the complete opposite of that in Clemmons. read more

I love Dunkin. Love. But this location is R U D E!! The woman made my coffee wrong & then got an attitude when we questioned it. Rolled her eyes and mumbled who knows what under her breath. Came back the next day, went inside and waited a good 10 min before anyone acknowledged I was there. While I waited I had the pleasure of hearing one of the workers talking crap about how much I had to order and why I needed so much. Granted they had no idea I was even there. I pulled up to the drive through to order a morning coffee. Waited several minutes and even spoke into the speaker to see if anyone was available with no response. Honked my horn and that wasn't given any acknowledgment either. I pulled around to the window and 2 workers were standing in the vicinity of the drive through window. I asked 1 if the drive through speaker was working, to which she said yes, but looked irritated that I was asking. Neither acknowledged that they were aware that I had been sitting in line (with at least 1 car behind me). Our last interaction was her sighing and saying "well, what do you want?" I told her to not worry about it and drove away. I know one coffee doesn't mean much in the whole scheme of things, but if this is the training that the staff has been provided, this location won't last much longer. read more

This location has completely gone down hill. I use to regularly stop at this location every morning before work. Last week I Stopped here after work to pick up some donuts for my family. The donuts were the worst donuts I have ever been served at DD in my entire life. All donuts were completely stale and disgusting. The powder munchkins barely had any powder, my sugar raised donut tasted like it was couple days old and my sons chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles was hard and stale. It's safe to say I was better off flushing $15 down the toilet. Never will I ever return to this location. I hate that I have to give it a 1 star this location deserves no stars. Recently they changed managers at this location. The previous manager was over the top extra to to say the least but his replacement is a NASTY BITCH! I literally come here everyday & am familiar with staff. Today my husband & I walked in not only to no familiar faces but to one employee with his pants down & his ass out!Then the new nasty manager could not reload my app and told me so with an attitude. Well not only did they do away with some of the better items, powdered munchkin with white cream, they also do not put any cream in their donuts. We bought an entire dozen with cream, white powdered, Bismark and there was no more than a teaspoon in any donut. Now I'm sure most of you know that a teaspoon is a tiny amount in a huge donut so you get 1 bite with cream. In my opinion it should be like Krispy Kreme and you get cream in about 90% of every bite/donut. Also we stopped by with over 2 hours left before closing and there was basically no donuts and only just a few donut holes. You should have plenty of donuts with over 2 hours left being open. This is a bad sign but hopefully after reading some of these reviews maybe things will improve. read more

Too bad I have to give even one star to this location! I travel frequently for work so I visit either Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks every morning for my coffee dependent upon my work location. Today was no different. Bring that there are both franchises on the same road, I had my choice. I visited DD today for the sugarplum macchiato. I ordered at the drive thru as it had been a long shift and I'm tired. The female who took my order repeated it back. I pulled forward to the window and again confirmed my order (as the worker tried to hand me a small cup when I ordered a large) and used a free drink reward as well as paid for the remaining item for my husband. I received my sandwich for him and was told to pull to the front to wait for my drink. A few minutes later the woman from the window emerged with the same small cup from before. I told her again that I ordered a large. She stated, "well you paid for a small so have a nice day" as she handed me the small cup. I realize it may seem petty but the rudeness (and the fact that I could have gotten a large for the same free drink credit) caused some agitation. I won't be returning to this location. The issue could have easily been resolved but wasn't and more over was met with rude resistance. The employee I encountered this morning shouldn't work in customer service! read more

This place is generally gross. I must have long term memory issues because, somehow, I end up pulling through the drive thru from time to time. And from time to time I'm generally disgusted. Get a coffee, get a doughnut, do not get anything else. Today, for instance, I got a turkey sausage and cheese flatbread with hash browns. The hash browns were soggy, stuck to the side of their bag and inedible. The flatbread was rubbery and bland, I took one bite and threw it away. Dont come to this location within 30 minutes of closing time. You will find it in the process of being closed....most likely the donuts have been put away and employees are mopping and listening to music. They will tell you they are closed and have no product. I usually love my experiences at this dunkin, but after today I don't know if I will go back. The lady who rang me up didn't greet me or ask me what I would like, I had to just assume to tell her, which rubbed me the wrong way. They got both coffees wrong with the flavor even though it was the right on the screen at the register. The donuts tasted old even though it was only 2 hours after opening the store. One donut was jelly filled & was pretty much empty until the back corner & the jelly looked pretty nasty with just a clump of goo. This was an all over bad experience. read more
