I performed private security in the past for a Dunkin Doughnut cafe in 91st and S Commercial Ave and never got paid. Instead of paying me, they ended up telling all the other business owners and their staff members my personal identity information. In addition, they reported me to my department of defense chain and command, and said disrespectful and false information about me. This Indian lady who offered me the security position for one time, was being rude and nasty to me. And to make matters worse, when I explained the information to her husband who was a male Indian manager, he acted clueless and ignorant about the service I completed for his wife. And both the Indian lady and male told their staff members they were not going to pay me, and continued to place me in a position of a victim in the city of Chicago. read more

I came in and got my usual strawberry frosting donuts and the vanilla donuts I don't drink coffee so I can't say how it was, the employees and managers where pretty good I just wish they had a drive through. read more

They get one star for me cuz they had horrible customer service I just walked into the Dunkin Donuts trying to order myself a shake with a few friends I let them go first because I was still deciding on what I want there wasn't many people just one more person and me and my 2 friends the staff takes their order and goes on to completely ignore me they stare at me sometimes but just continue to go about the business if I'm not there to order anyting even though they heard me say several times that I wanted to order a Shake more customers begin to come in and start forming a line they begin to take their orders and completely ignore me as if I'm not there I felt so disrespected I just got frustrated and left and didn't order anything they get an F for customer service read more

Two stars for my breakfast sandwich that was amazing!!! If you haven't tried the sausage egg and cheese croissant, the. You don't know what your missing. It blows McDonald's and Burger King away. However that coffee is disgusting or maybe I'm just a coffee snob who enjoys paying way too much at Starbucks!! But at least their coffee is delicious. I had the iced mocha swirl with cream and sugar today and I just wanted to throw the whole cup out the window while driving but didn't for fear of it splashing into the open mouth of a driver and that driver would end up passing out from the horrible taste.. I don't even know how to describe the taste of this grotesque and disgusting drink.. But all I can say is I won't be buying coffee from them in a long time.. read more

This place actually deserves zero stars. The worker that worked the morning shift today are extremely disrespectful and make terrible drinks. They made my ice coffee's the way they wanted it and not what I asked for. When I addressed the issues & asked for my money back, the manager insisted to add more pumps of caramel when all I wanted was my money back b/c I was disappointed by the previous day when I bought donuts that were really hard and nasty. I should've learned my lesson my first time, but I assumed it would be better in the mornings since everything is supposed to be more fresher when the store opens. After arguing with the manager to get my money back he told me to not return there anymore and he kept arguing with me which is so unprofessional and unnecessary. On top of that, his hands look like they needed to be washed, they were so dirty and there was dirt under his nails too. I work in the restaurant field so I know that's a violation to health services. I highly recommend not going to this location!! read more

Crowded, popular little spot but the line moves quick. Shared space with Baskin Robbins. Service is decent, nothing special but certainly not unfriendly. Not a bad spot to grab a hot drink, but I wouldn't want to sit around and drink it - the space is definitely built for grab and go as the existing tables are tiny and crammed together and the line of people waiting for service winds right through the seating area so you'd have someone looming over you. But there's parking in the little lot outside so no worries about going in just long enough to grab your drink then head out. read more

The Indian lady inside has terrible customer service in regards to blacks... I went in today and she didn't even acknowledge me she just looked at me. I was waiting for the usual "Hello/Good morning how can I help you?" but I got nothing but a blank stare... I thought it was weird, but I still ordered, which I shouldn't have... the entire exchange was unusual. I still ordered a large coffee and pastry with no verbal exchange from her...stupid on my part I know, but to make matters worse, she then puts the pastry in a bag and abruptly drops it on the counter instead of handing it right to me...So I then tell her, you have bad customer service.. Still a Blank Stare..so I'm thinking like wow, what did I do and begin to walk away to pick up my coffee..But not to my surprise, it''s a white gentleman behind me, and he walks up ready to place his order, and the Indian lady goes, Good Morning, how can I help you?? That made me upset.. and I wont be back!!! Encounters like this is reason to why we should stop spending our money with them..We don't receive the same service, and I wont be back. read more

This 24- hour sweet shop is definitely an asset to the community. Fast service, friendly staff, and fresh goods. Don't be put off by the dark, Old-school, street lighting (blame it on the city). This location is as secure as any downtown shop, in the middle of the day, or any time of night. Chicago's Finest , as well as CTA drivers are extremely frequent customers. read more
