They NEVER have what you want. It is 11am & they have no glazed or old fashioned donuts!!! NO GLAZED!!! ?? Ridiculous. Go to the one in Maricopa, theyre always fully stocked. Twice Ive gotten dried OLD donuts from here...if your donuts are gon be that much, then make them worth our money. Dont go here...they SUCK!!

anyone who has ever put milk in coffee before should be able to tell there is no milk in this drink.

They never make my drink correctly even tho the instructions are simple and on my drink every time. I've also been double charged and never gotten a refund this location is just overall a terrible experience every time.

My main issue here is the price discrepancies. I've taken several screenshots to show the various…read moreprice differences AND my receipt from when I walked in to order. It's a bit frustrating to see all the false advertisement of pricing and nothing being done about it The service was pretty decent for a carry out order, you have to walk to the back when you walk in which may be intimidating for some people. You are literally the center of attention when walking to the back. The shrimp fried rice is good, I asked for water chestnuts and I guess that upset the cook because that's ALL that was in there honestly. I don't care for the shrimp egg foo young here because it's on the OUTSIDE of the foo young patty instead of INSIDE. Decent parking but it is across the street from the park the homeless people hang out at so beware of that as well I ordered again through uber eats! As you can clearly see from the walk in , shrimp is 3.00, not sure how my price jumped so high. It's like they change the price whenever they want to. I may contact the attorney general tbh

This is an old-fashioned but reliable place and service is always good. They do a very robust to go business and I see a sign advertising DoorDash delivery. Today was one of the most humiliating shopping experiences I've ever had…read more I walked into this store for the very first time as a customer. I'm a business owner myself, and all I wanted was a soda and a bag of chips. That's it. Instead of being treated like a paying customer, I was immediately made to feel like a criminal. I truly believe I was singled out because I'm Black. I was watched, followed, and treated as if I was there to steal something when stealing never even crossed my mind. It's heartbreaking that simply walking into a store can lead to being judged before you've even made it to the register. The man I spoke with told me he was the owner, but I later found out that wasn't true. He called the police on me even though I wasn't doing anything wrong. I didn't run or leave--I stayed right there because I knew I had done nothing wrong. When the police arrived, I asked them what law I had broken. Their response was that I hadn't done anything wrong. What hurt just as much was feeling like my concerns didn't matter. When I asked the officer how I could file a complaint, I felt like he didn't care and brushed me off. As a business owner myself, I would never treat another human being this way. Every customer deserves respect, regardless of the color of their skin. No one should have to walk into a store for a drink and a snack and leave feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and targeted. This experience left me feeling that racism is still very real, and today I was on the receiving end of it. Because of what I experienced, I cannot recommend this store. I hope no one else has to go through what I went through. This I will be reaching out to 7-Eleven Corporate and Discrimination Complaint with the State of Arizona..this will get solve

My 13-year-old daughter is new to the area and unfortunately got lost on her way to school while…read moreriding her scooter. I work about an hour away, so unfortunately I wasn't able to come get her myself. I asked her to wait at the 7-Eleven for my boyfriend to come pick her up, which was only about 10 minutes away. It was over 100° outside, and her phone was overheating, so she wanted to go inside, get a drink, and wait somewhere cool and safe. She did purchase a drink and waited inside for her ride. She also brought her scooter inside because I had specifically asked her not to leave it outside due to the area. The man working told her that she had five minutes and then would need to leave and could not continue waiting there. As a mother, I was extremely disappointed to hear that. This was a 13-year-old girl, new to town, who had gotten lost, was trying to get somewhere safe and cool, and was simply waiting for her ride to arrive. She wasn't causing trouble, bothering anyone, or trying to take advantage of the store. She even made a purchase. I understand that a business has rules and that employees have responsibilities, but I also believe there are situations where a little compassion and common decency should come into play. She was a young girl who was already uncomfortable and unsure of where she was, and she was only asking for a safe place to wait for a few minutes while her ride was on the way. I sincerely hope that next time, before speaking to a child in that situation, he considers how he would want his own daughter or granddaughter to be treated. I wasn't asking him to take responsibility for my child or allow her to stay there all day. I simply expected a little understanding toward a 13-year-old who was lost, alone, in over 100° weather, and waiting for someone to come get her. There was an opportunity here to show a little kindness to a young person who was having a difficult morning and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

They paid $32. My son did and got one piece of Pizza and a drink. He came home and told me and I called Pizza Hut, and the manager said, for all of my family to come in and have the buffet on them. And that it would be covered well a month later, I called to ask if there was any way we could just get 2 pizzas instead of all of us coming in, because I was sick. And she said that they would cover one, but not the other. And I said, well, I don't think that's very fair. My name is written down. My son spent $32 in there and got one piece of Pizza and she said, oh well, that doesn't matter. I can give you one, but you're going to have to pay for the other. I said okay, my son will pay for it when he picks him up. So I ordered 2, and when he got in there, she said that my son was 86th out of Pizza Hut and was not allowed to come back in there. Because I threatened to write a bad review about them. So I'm actually writing the bad review. The ladies name was Mary. I called back to speak to her. And she hung up on me so that's not a good way to do business. Do better pizza hut also, if you're gonna run a buffet, make sure you stock it. You can't put two pizzas and expect to feed fifteen people.
