I like going to the Dunkin' Donuts. I've been going there for a while. Only thing I don't like is that these bums be outside and they'll be in the handicap in the parking so you gotta watch how you park and they're just lounging around and it's just a go in the place and you wanna eat and stuff like that and seeing these people was just it's really disgusting. This morning's drive-through attendant needs a attitude adjustment. I've been coming to this location since September of last year and I've ordered the exact same thing every time - small light roast coffee apparently I needed to be educated that they don't have a light roast coffee and they only have original or dark roast. I was there with Teressa last week and had the worst customer service I ever experienced. I was treated like trash by this lady who was the shift lead, she looked at my like she wanted to kill me when I politely asked her for a $10 refund because my order took too long and I needed to be somewhere. They had taken care of the entire drive through before they decided to start my order. She refused to give me my $10 refund and the male employee that was working with her refused to help me by totally ignoring me as if I wasn't even there while she went to go hide in the back. It was the most hurtful and stressful situations I've ever experienced at a public business in my life. Teressa finally came back out and continued to glare at me and looked at me like she wanted to kill me. After 10 minutes of coming out of hiding she angrily gave me my refund. She proceeded to tell me she had been a shift leader for 2 years and never had to give a refund. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee as well as their donuts and bagels amd I stop here often ( at least twice a week ) and have always had good service and orders are always correct. Here is my issue and for me it is a big one. Never and I mean never do they include napkins with your order. Now if I was getting a piece of dry toast or some other non frosted item I would not care. But folks these are donuts and they are sticky, they are glazed, they are cream filled they may have a frosting, they are sticky get it! How about just putting in a couple of napkins with each order as a courtesy to your customers? Now to some that wouldn't seem like a big issue but to me it is. I did read the previous post about the issues with customer service and customer interaction. I also don't care too much about whether or not a smile and great me. Just give me my order make it correct and I'll be on my way. As far as customer interaction is concerned I have always been a big believer that any organization is a mirror of its leadership so if you have poor customer service I believe it's because employees are not held to any type of standard. Went through the drive-through and asked for a cold brew with cold foam and some munchkins the lady gave me the munchkins and then forgot to give me my drink I had to wave her down and say hey is that my coldbrew in the window? She said oh yeah and handed to me. As I pull away I sip the drink which is in fact not a cold brew it's just an iced coffee.. and if anyone knows anything about coffee they know that there's a major difference. Especially if youre a dunkin employee. My guess is that she didn't care because maybe she didn't want to make more or whatever the case was but it was pretty nasty so I felt the need to park and bring it inside because I wasn't paying five dollars for drink that I didn't want. The cashier with the blue colored hair decided that he/she would grumpily take the iced coffee back and sigh as he/she had to ask for a new one like I was annoying him/her. The rest of the employees gave me this weird look like it was my fault or something. The only one that was actually cool and did apologize was the white dude who re made. not sure what his name was, but the new drink he made me tasted good so im assuming it was in fact a cold brew. Thank you sir who actually did his job the rest of those clowns do not deserve to work there but I do realize that the nation is in a crisis no one wants to actually work for their money. Damn. So I never usually post reviews, but the service I have received here was very inadequate. It took them an unreasonably long time to get my drink, and it really seems as if they do not want to work here; ignoring the customer until they speak up. Good customer service would have service staff ask the customer what they needed rather than wait for the customer to ask. I think I'll have to make the trip to Tempe from now on to study. I love Dunkin Donuts, and I come almost every day, but I just experienced the most condecending customer service ever. After paying, for my order the new cashier accidentally added on the next customer's total, charging me more money. Not great, but not a big deal. The problem I have is with the manager Alejandra who came over to correct the situation. This manager read off the receipt with all items including the ones that weren't mine, the total, and then stared at me like I was a moron. Explaining what I got, how I didn't know those people, and how we didn't pay together didn't improve her customer service. At around 5 pm on March 24th I went inside to order some items for my coworkers but while I was there I have experienced the workers were being smirky, rude, complaining about their job about customers while there were customers inside. My order ended up being wrong with a messed up frozen iced coffee and a caramel iced coffee. The caramel coffee was suppose to be a hazelnut, but I guess they couldn't hear me when they were complaining about everything with their job. I LOVE Dunkin' Donuts! When I came back to my hometown to visit, was excited to visit a new (to me) Dunkin' Donuts. I ordered 2 coffees, an apple fritter, and 1 dozen mixed donuts for $18. The manager did not let me choose, instead offered me a pre-boxed mix of donuts, that were previously boxed. I was in a hurry, so I accepted. In the car, my apple fritter was raw and un-cooked...pretty gross! Once home, the box of mixed did not include any filled donuts, and had 3 plain glazed (25% plain). Seriously? Very disappointing. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I just left there and April was working at the drive thru window. I asked for the pupicino for my dog and she told me they didn't have them. I informed her I have received them many times and it is cream in a cup for dogs. She basically called me a liar and said they have never had them and cannot serve dogs.
