Newley renovated store, same subpar service. Just got home with my pickup order and I'm not surprised they messed it up like most times. Went to pick up a door dash order on 12/6/25. Walked in wasn't acknowledged. Took someone 10mins to acknowledge me. I gave the blonde girl with cabbage tattoos on her neck my door dash orders name. Even after I gave her the name she was moving at turtle speed. 4 employees seen me and didnt acknowledge me. They were knocking orders out for drive thru but left us in the lobby just standing there. Forget it! Can you imagine a Taco Bell not offering taco salads? Well, this one doesn't. I tried the new Cheddar burrito they have advertised at the ordering pedestal instead. "DEBBIE" (who I'm assuming is some type of manager by her shirt being more professional than other employees) PROVIDED THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED BY FAR. My youngest daughter is non verbal autistic and is very particular about her orders so I had to customize a few items and Ms.Debbie thought it was appropriate to add "is that it..." after EVERY SINGLE ITEM OR CHANGE TO MY ORDER. Literally every single time, after I finished with my daughter's order she just blurted out my payment when I wasn't even done talking or ordering. I then had to inform her I was not done and she continued with her attitude and cutting me off. I then proceeded to tell her I had a second order to which she LITERALLY SIGHED AND TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE HER A WHILE TO PLACE THE SECOND ORDER! After pulling up to the window she could clearly see my daughter crying tired of waiting for her to find time to greet us and take my payment. I am also 8months pregnant so reaching out the window i was a little slower and it was like I bothered her. She then handed me my order and slammed the window shut in the middle of me trying to let her know I still needed my second order. I then proceeded to wait while she clearly seen my trying to get her attention, until she finally opened the window and yelled "YES????" I told her I still had another order and she again literally rolled her eyes and stuck my order out the window and slammed it shut again. From now on I will never set foot anywhere near this Taco Bell. I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to go to the other taco bell in town because this lady just made me feel so stupid and like I bothered her, I'm spending a lot at this establishment to be treated like a bother, especially as someone who's a higher up she should know better. She made an example of why Taco Bell has such a bad name with service. How retarded do you have to be to work here? Over the past 3 years I have only received good service 1 time. Most of the time at the drive through it's "yea what do you want?" When I get home I open the bag and there is 1 normal taco and 2 supreme tacos. I'm not a big fan of sour cream. How the hell did you mess that up? Husband and I went through the drive through yesterday 8/1/2020. Person taking the order seemed rushed but there wasn't a car behind us. Got to the window and his service and communication was top notch. Now the food... Absolutely gross. Cold, stale and almost tasted rancid. We understand how you do an abundance of food and throw it under your heat lamps but at 3:30 some if this should be fresh one would think. Also the cinnamon twists you need to throw. Taco bell and LJS is one company (or two companies?) that is really hit or miss. This one happens to be a hit. The fish was hot, salty and full of greasy goodness. The place was swamped and we still got our food fast. It was pretty clean. The employe who took our order was not very outgoing but nice enough for a fast food joint. This is my absolute favorite "fake mexican food" place. The burritos and tacos are never dry everything bursts with flavor. I'm not a fan of their dessert though i come strictly for the food. I don't even get their sauce packets to add any extra boost. I also don't like spicy foods but even the spice here is absolute perfection. Don't just try one thing and give up. Try a beefy five layer! Go for a chalupa! Get a quesadilla! Add cheese! Extra sour cream! Replace meat with beans it doesn't matter what you do but for sure you'll love it. I was at taco bell on Florence Blvd. A customer in front of me had to wait probably 10-15 minutes because the girl running the register did not have the right bills to give the lady her change. Alexandra (at register) was extremely nice,embarassed and talked to several other workers trying to find the manager so she could get in the safe. THE MANAGER FINALLY WALKED IN AND SHE HAD BEEN IN THE PARKING LOT ON THE PHONE. There were 3 customers that I know of waiting for her, and I don't know how many more behind me. Then when i got home, about 15 miles away our order was WRONG! When I called to tell them they hung the phone up on me 2 times.
