We got the taco combo plate and 3 single tacos. I chose the chicken, pork and steak and he got chicken, steak and birria ($1.25 extra). First off, these street tacos are packed with meat which was good to see. I love trying street tacos and I've tried many. For me, the flavor of the al pastor (pork) was the best of the meats. Second to that was the steak. The others didn't have a lot of noticeable flavor imo. I did slather each of them in the red and green salsas to add some moisture and added heat. As for the side of rice and beans, I liked the beans, they were cooked well and had good flavor. The rice we got was hard and seemed to have been in a warmer or something for too long since it was crispy and dry. This could have been a "one off" type situation. The interior dining area is small but that's to be expected for this type of taco shop. The staff there today seemed nice and genuinely care about their customers.

As a matter of fact, the food and service were so good that I invited my son to come join me! After he arrived, the server brought out another set of chips, salsa, and bean dip for him. It was not super packed so I was able to walk up and quickly order a couple of tacos-an asado and carnitas. Unfortunately they were out of the el pastor, but that just gives me a reason to come back, right?!? And I do plan to come back as both of my tacos were stuffed with meat, cilantro, and onions. The tortillas were super soft and held mostly everything together, which I was not happy by the fact some of the ingredients may have been lost, just means I have to use a fork. The sauces that were included were full of flavor and added a great pop to the tacos. As long as I am out here I plan to return to Bebo's!!! A must! Gracia por todo!

The service was really friendly. What sets this spot apart was the salsas. Both the salsa roja and verde had more depth of flavor than most other spots I've been to. They should make chile rojo out of it.

Our server was so friendly and welcoming, offering advice on the (kind of overwhelming) huge selection of food they offer. The inside ambiance and decor wasn't anything of note but the background music was perfectly balanced, some restaurants be blasting music, this location did not. The food was spectacular.
