She could've easily remedied the situation by simply saying, "Sorry, I didn't know you didn't want a cinnamon roll." I would've let everything go right there. Instead, she just stared at us as my sister and I were clearly perplexed by what was going on. An apology could've gone a long way and I wouldn't have felt compelled to write a review.
