This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. My bagel was heated in a microwave rather than a toaster so instead of the crispy bagel I'm used to eating at other locations I bit into something warm and soggy. The texture was so chewy I couldn't even eat it. They forgot to give me my munchkins that I payed for and the sausage egg and cheese muffin my boyfriend ordered the sausage came out cold. I am extremely disappointed with service at this location. I purchased 3 cups of coffee. When I got home (4miles away) I discovered coffee tasted like hot water, I immediately called location and after much ado (about nothing!) the manager agreed to give me a refund. When I went back to get MY money DD would not give me my promised refund! I would recommend that you go somewhere else to get coffee. This is ridiculous that you would have to run around and be so INCONVENIENCED for bad service. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. DD owes me $7.07!! I will be emailing corporate to follow up! If I could give this place no stars, I would. First off, the number one mistake for this place, hiring young people who more than likely DO NOT Even drink coffee. WHY would any one go to a coffee spot to get a drink from someone preparing it for you who more than likely doesn't know how to prepare it well because THEY DONT DRINK COFFEE. The coffee is water. If you're selling iced coffee, your coffee should not be watered down prior to ice being put in. I thought it was just the ice, but today after getting all types of iced cappacinos and coffees all week with them, I actually asked them for just the cold coffee in a cup without the ice to taste it, WATERED DOWN. Been there 3 times and they've messed up my order twice. 1st time - went inside on the first week they opened. I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. And I was in there way too long for only getting coffee 2nd time- went inside for a free coffee promotion. Everything went smooth and the manager was extremely nice, offering new flavors that Dunkin just introduced 3rd time- drive through. I ordered a large, dark roast, iced coffee with a cookie dough swirl. I don't mumble! They put mocha caramel instead of cookie dough. It can't be that hard! Still love Dunkin over every other coffee brand but I guess it's hard to find people working for minimum wage that actually give a shit anymore. read more

It's honestly no surprise to me that this DD has such a poor rating. They serve stale donuts and treat their customers with serious disrespect when they challenge them as a result Then they offer a refund next time you come visit, and refuse to provide it, and humiliate you in the process. I will never give them my business. I spoke with two managers, the assistant manager on duty today who was incredible rude and did not provide her name 1/28/2018, and Kim who was working last Saturday who took my name and said they would give me a refund next time I stopped. I would love to speak to the owner of the franchise - they told me to call corporate. This has taken up far more of my time than is worth the lousy $1+ I would have received. Good location when you go inside but they almost always get our order incorrect when we use the drive thru. Usually that's when we are in a hurry and it's very frustrating to have to stop and go inside to get it corrected. read more

Overall the customer service is substandard. It seems that they've hired bunch of teenagers who haven't been adequately trained on graciousness or making the customer happy. Aside from that, the quality of food product has diminished over the past two years, the donuts you get now tend to be dry with little in the way of toppings, and just not a place to go to get good service or donuts read more

I usually only go to this location when it is on the way because the bagels are always soggy and the customer service is typically poor. I have never had a really bad experience here until today. This morning I ordered a latte and a bagel. When I got to the window, the girl handed me an ice latte even though I never asked for it to be iced. It did not upset me, but I kindly informed her that it was supposed to be hot. I work in drive thru, so I know that when you get an order wrong, you apologize and make it right because the customer is always right. Well this girl rolled her eyes at me and rudely said that I would have to pull forward and wait. She handled the simple mistake by getting annoyed with me even though it was not my fault. When I finally received my food my latte was not full, it tasted great though, and my bagel was, as always, soggy and gross. The most annoying part was that my bagel was dripping ,though the bag, butter onto my seats and there were no napkins in the bag. I had to walk back in to get napkins to clean up a bagel I could not even eat. Horrible customer service. read more

Manager, Josh needs to take a course on customer satisfaction. I ordered a coolata 3 months ago and was charged a higher price than before. I hadn't paid attention to the posted price in the drive thru, but asked when I got to pick up and was advised that the lower price was only for the summer. This was in August. So, I paid the higher price. The next time I drove thru about two weeks later I noticed that the price for a small coolata was $1.99, but when I got to pick up, I was asked for $2.75--I questioned it and the manager, Josh made me wait until he walked back to the drive thru posted price and then agreed to charge me the lower price. Third time--same thing, only this time he got belligerent and said he was very busy and that;'s why the price on the drive thru had not been changed and he would only give me the drink for free, but this was last time. I told him I wanted to pay what the price said, $1.99. He was very rude and condescending. Notified Dunkin Doughnuts Customer Service with very little satisfaction. Sad to have to leave this poor review, but this is a disgrace. A customer should not be expected to pay anything other than the posted price. Wonder how many folks are paying the higher price at the window without even noticing their being ripped off! read more

The first day they opened I would have given them 4 stars but now not so. I've never been inside the store when it wasn't clean, which is good and I've had decent to good service. That's not why I've given it only 1 star. The doughnuts. I've only been to the store one time where the doughnuts tasted fresh. Today I got 4 doughnuts and they taste like they were from yesterday or the evening before. They are very dry. I bought chocolate frosted which was always my favorite but it seems like they are afraid to put the chocolate on them anymore. I can go across the street to the grocery store and get good fresh doughnuts cheaper. If they don't change soon they will have survive by selling coffee because no one wants stale doughnuts. read more

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been too! They really need to get their crap together! I have given them soooo many chances and it never fails that I am disappointed everytime! They are always out of at least one thing I am ordering and they always forget at least one item off my order! Their donuts are horrible, always dry, barely any frosting and lack of flavor! I really do not see how they will stay in business, their only advantage is that their isn't another donut/bagel store in Canton with a drive through! On top of their product being bad and their customer service is terrible. They are always rude, never welcoming or helpful. They always have an attitude and the overall experience is just horrible!
