I stopped at this location for a pick me up on my way back to Saint Augustine. The cashier helped me decided on the Mango Pineapple refresher with green tea. I also grabbed a cinnamon bun. Unfortunately the cinnamon bun was too sweet. I only took a bite. The mango pineapple refresher with green tea was tangy. I took both home to hubby, who loved them both. I haven't been to grab doughnuts in awhile, but today I was surprised to see an updated store, beautiful doughnuts and a very friendly staff! At 6am people are still wiping the sleep out of their eyes, but this group was smiling and ready to help with shelves stocked full. I was impressed! read more

This is the worst fast food chain I've been in. And that's saying something. They were understaffed so getting our order took over 20 minutes. But the worst part was that the lady went off to fill the napkins dispenser while my friend was waiting to order and when I, as nice as I could, said "excuse me, I don't know if you realized there's someone waiting to order, " because the register was not visible from where she was. She said " there's someone waiting to order? They can wait". And not even nicely. She was all attitude. But I don't really blame the workers. They haven't been trained properly and are not managed appropriately. This is just a very poorly managed franchise. I almost do t even want to eat what I ordered because the place was so dirty. Absolutely fabulous! I have been going consistently and they have never messed up an order. I get an egg and cheese on a croissant and a donut every time. The donuts have been tasting so fresh and the croissants are fresh as well. The people are very nice and there's never a long line! Would highly recommend. read more

Went in the morning before school. mind you i am 16 years old and i work in the food industry so i know it can be stressful, but never would i talk to someone like this. i had six items in my order so i ordered ahead on the app to save them some trouble, which i thought was the right thing. the rude women at the window got upset with me because i "didn't" tell her i had a mobile order, however i repeated it many times. she then made rude comments to her coworker about me, saying that she didn't want to serve me because of my "attitude". throughout this experience i was incredibly nice to her and never said anything rude or off-putting. oh, and then they proceeded to give me the wrong coffee and forgot one of my donuts. They are very rude and mock you when you order something that they have the ingredients for but refuse to just make me toast and butter. They act like sourdough can't be toasted. We ordered 2 French vanilla iced coffees (no sugar and extra cream), 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants and a Boston cream donut. Had to repeat it twice and then a third time. Sounded like a club over the speaker. They were out of Boston cream so they substituted it with a Bavarian cream (basically the same but powdered not chocolate glazed). So we get to the window and pay. We get our food and notice that the coffees are wrong so they remake them. Then we notice that we are missing a sandwich. So we order another one and while we are waiting notice that the first sandwich was $3 but the second sandwich was $5 so we questioned them about it and the blonde chick gave us so much attitude and yelled out to the crew to give her $2 so the drawer wouldn't be "off". Then we were told they could give us a donut instead. I said no, we would prefer the cash. So she gave us more attitude. What's really laughable though was while all this was going down, there was this goth chick on the line just beating the shot out of a croissant roll and a guy beside her eating a breakfast wrap with his gloves on. We finally got our sandwich and left. Once we got back on the highway I drank my coffee and it was wrong again. It had sugar in it. Ugh don't waste your time here unless you want a show. read more

My friend and I stopped in for a little bit of everything. We ordered coffee, donuts and ice cream. The serving of ice cream I received was HUGE which was pretty awesome. It was very lax inside the store. There were several young people just hanging out that seemed to be friends of one of the employees. At one point he was changing a trash bag and then some more friends came in and distracted him - the trash can literally stayed all pulled out and bag-less the entire 20 minutes we were sitting. When we were ready to leave we had to get someones attention because we wanted to throw our trash away. The store is really small and wasn't very clean, tables needed to be wiped off and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped. I don't think we would have noticed if we didn't decide to sit down and eat there though. read more

Stopped here today on the way home from Florida and I did not care for this Dunkin. It also contains a Baskin Robbins, so it's confusing because I think the workers are exclusive per restaurant. I went up to the counter and was told that that was the Baskin Robbin counter, not Dunkin (it's a weird setup). The girl who made my coffee was nice, but wasn't very knowledgeable about coffee (she even said her favorite was a Coolata). I really didn't care for my coffee here. My small cup wasn't completely full, and I requested only a little milk but definitely got more milk and a little coffee. It was very weak, especially for an iced drink, which usually contains stronger coffee since it will be weakened by the ice. I drank the entire cup pretty quickly before it got extremely watered down. read more

The staff here is the absolute worst. I watched them cursing at each other over the headsets then I watched them get everyone's order wrong. The girl that rang me up typed my order wrong and I told her the quantity and sizes on the screen weren't correct and she became furious and started raising her voice at me. It didn't end well, so she just started mumbling to herself. The two people ahead of me both came back into the store cause the food items were all wrong. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee but the employees that work at this location in the morning are terrible. There is two employees that usually work the drive-thru, two blonde women I believe that are great but the others...........um...no. They need to learn how to hustle. Locals are on their way to work in the morning and should not have to stand in the store for 10-15 minutes before ordering. If this location was not off of 95, I do not think this store along with the current employees would survive. read more

Very bad service. They only take care of the people in the drive thru. After they attend all the people in the drive through they give attention to the walk in customers. I normally love DD but this was the worst coffee ever. It so hot we could not drink it. Then the guy in drive thru said he would give us free coffee if we could catch the coffee cup SMH. I went through the drive through to purchase a large mocha iced coffee which I frequent often and for the first time ever a young lady named Ashton explained the survey on my receipt and let me know my next drink was free because I had enough points now, she was the perfect hostess although everyone is always very nice and professional at this location, I wanted to give this young lady Ashton kuddos for doing her job perfect! Super friendly staff. My husband and I pulled in on our way home from Savannah and ordered 2 iced coffees and 2 donuts. The kind of donut I wanted was unavailable, which was not a big deal- I simply ordered my second choice. When we pulled up to the window, both staff members were super apologetic and voluntarily comped our coffees for our trouble! We were pleasantly surprised. Coffee and donuts were perfect- very fresh. First naturally I had to ask for napkins which were balled up when he handed them to me. Second - the blueberry muffin was inedible! COMPLETELY RAW BATTER inside. What's annoying is that we has to go back and get a straw for the iced coffee. Then once back on the road I attempted to eat the muffin. Whatever. Will never stop at that location again.
