We went today to celebrate my nephews 1st birthday and Jack goes in to the play area to say hi and happy birthday to marky. Cause Jack is "too old" to play when I clearly stated he is helping his 10 month old brother. And she didn't even have the audacity to say sorry. They have some policy of barely toasting english muffins, so they're NOT really toasted & the consistency of the bread is mealy & soft & sticks to the roof of your mouth & don't even think about getting a breakfast sandwich just before they shut them off for the day (3pm) b/c they'll give you whats been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My croissant sandwich was barely warm (cold bacon) & looked like it had been slapped together after dropping to the floor. Careless & unacceptable. Its not really even worth spending your hard earned money here, anymore. On a more positive note, the coffee is (usually, not always) consistent in taste, but always hot. But with the new coffee place across the street now......really doesn't compare. I would say, don't waste your money If you have any expectation of the quality Tim Hortons used to be before Burger King bought them out.
