I love dunkin but had a really bad experience here at the one in Bridgeport WV in the black bear convenience store location on genesis blvd. I went in to order two small hot decafs and was told, sorry there was a glitch in the system and they couldn't make me the coffee. I offered to just pay cash and they still claimed they couldn't do the math to figure out the price for two small hot decafs. Really, I would have just left $5 and they could have sorted it out later but they just refused to make me the coffee. Also there were three women there working and no other customers . One of them surely could have figured out the cost for the two small decafs . read more

Half the time when you go here, they dont even have donuts, they make their donuts the day before and they will not sell them to you if its within 2 or 3 hours of closing and if you ask for one of the donuts for the following day they're rude about it too, even though they do this they won't sell you any donuts if it's within an hour of opening. Since the donuts sit on the shelf all night they always dried out and hard. There is another Dunkin donuts 5 minutes north of this one on 79 that actually has fresh donuts and better service. From here on out ill drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the other one. read more

Very easy location to get to right off of highway, perfect easy on/easy off spot. Food area was very clean. Employee that helped us was very friendly and cheerful. We bought a 50-countoday munchkins to take to the nursing home where my dad is as a thank you for all of their help - scored a great promo price. 50 for under $9! The service is absolutely horrendous. Orders are routinely wrong. The lady in the back actually yelled at me for 'walking away', when I knew very well I'd be waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. They also messed up other customers orders while I was waiting. Order a simple coffee or some donuts, or don't waste your time coming here otherwise. read more

Well, congratulations are in order to the Huntington, WV Dunkin. I found one even slower. AND this one has even bested Huntington in other ways. The employees here are not only slow but downright RUDE and unapologetic about it. If you can't wait for Dunkin Donuts and/or coffee, bypass exit 124 off of I-79 .because you will wait a very long time for crappy customer service here. read more

the employees seem to get worse, I got a pumpkin spice latte to try because I haven't had one before and the worker who took my order states loudly while making my drink "If I have to see pumpkin one more time I'm going to barf" while the other employee replied "I can't wait until this season is over." Perhaps keep your complaints to yourself or at least where customers can't hear you? Not to mention they we're not busy and I was one of two customers. If making a seasonal drink that just came out is that big of an inconvenience for you at a popular coffee shop, then find work elsewhere. Management, please get ahold of your hiring process and find people who want to, let alone don't mind, to work. This place is just the worst ever. I stopped here to get donuts and coffee for a customer. I went in at 7:00 AM and asked for 6 dozen donuts. The guy didn't know what to do. He went in the back and got the manager, who told me they had no donuts, and he could only sell me 4 dozen. A donut place with no donuts?! Also, it was a complete mess, with supplies and crap all over the place. The pick-up counter was covered with junk. I go down to this Dunkin and I order my mom and I 4 donuts, 2 for her and 2 for me, I finnaly get my moms order since they didnt have what she wanted (because it was late at night, not a bad thing, just adding to the story lol) and I order my donuts, she asks me if I'm ready for school, I tell her, i just moved here, and I don't know anything about it, she gives me an extra donut because she was confident in me for starting a new year, I get home (because i rode my bike there and back), and I see 6 donuts instead of 4. So Dunkin Donuts is slowly making their appearance here in WV, and this DD is fairly new. There is no drive thru, and the sign off the exit is incorrect. It is about .2 miles off the exit in a plaza inside a gas station. After finding the place, I was pleasantly greeted. The station inside is served by employees, clean, and modern with the normal DD selection. I was however, disappointed. It seems that since DD is not popular here, that even the employees are unfamiliar with the standards set by it's New England counterparts. I ordered a simple plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, and was very disappointed. The bagel itself was so incredibly hard that my jaw was actually sore from chewing it, a first for me! Second, it resembled more of a roll than a bagel. Third, I ordered cream cheese, and to my dismay there was hardly any cream cheese. I will not be returning. read more

Never in my 21 years of existing did I think I could feel so personally wronged by a simple donut establishment that I go to every day. Dunkin' Donuts has often fostered eras of joy and caffeination in my life. Though this chain is infamously known for occasional inconsistencies in their recipe-making, I usually find charm in this creative flexibility that employees take on. However, this experience has truly unlocked a level of animosity and blasphemy that I didn't even know was humanly possible. I can sum up my experience in this branch in one word: pitiful. If I were to gather a random group of West Virginians and had them participate in a blindfolded taste test, I imagine most of them would guess that my coffee tasted as if I had taken dirty snow from the surrounding gas station, put it in a Dunkin' Donuts cup, and let it melt. It was funny, really. I've always been a fan of snow. The earthy feeling has always fascinated me, but now I can only associate snow with betrayal. The story doesn't end here. My friend ordered a caramel macchiato with light ice. She later received a pathetic portion that was excused as being "pre-portioned". The most pitiful part was the incompetence of the already ill-spirited employees who handled her initial request to fill the cup by "calling the manager". The manager happened to be in a meeting and the employee condescendingly insisted that she could only add ice, the one thing my friend requested her not to do.
