I've been to this Dunkin on the Branson 76 Strip multiple times because I'm from the area. This is the first time Ive ever had any issues there but our last experience was bad enough that we will make a point of NEVER returning again and advising friends and family against doing so as well. On Saturday night, 6/19/21, we were heading home from meeting family to play Putt Putt and decided to grab something cold to drink. It was almost 10:15 and Dunkin still had 45 minutes or so till closing so we pulled into the drive thru. Every other place still open had absurdly long lines but Dunkin only had one other car in front of us. Maybe that should have been clue #1. When we pulled up behind the people in front of us (out of state tags so probably tourists) we could hear the end of the conversation between the driver and the female employee on the speaker. It basically ended with the driver politely saying they would just go somewhere else and the woman rudely and loudly responding "fine,bye then!" My husband and I raised our eyebrows at each other and I said "wow I hope she doesnt speak to us that way" but we hadnt heard the beginning of their dialogue so wasnt sure what had just taken place. The car in front of us left without placing an order and we rolled up. We stopped in front of the speaker and IMMEDIATELY the woman says " Um..OW?? WHAT is wrong with your truck? That is SUPER loud in my ears!" My husband didnt know what to say to that..he replied that we didnt hear our vehichle make any loud noise at all and she argued that yes, it did and had sounded very loud in "their" ears and said "didnt it?" to someone inside. Whatever. There was no loud noise but even if it had been what did she want us to do about it? And was it worth insulting our truck the second we pulled up? So my husband ignored the slight and asked what was the new Mangonada drink on the sign and she cut him off and practically yelled "First off Im just going to stop you right there and tell you that I cant make that!" The rudeness in her tone was astounding. Like we shouldnt have even asked..the nerve! For a second I thought we were being pranked, it was that odd. So I said "okay what can you make?" and that's when the real attitude became apparent. This wasnt a prank. She started speaking in a sarcastic tone implying that we were too dumb to understand. "Ummmmm....I can make iceCReeeeeeeAM and I can make cOFFeeeeeee drinks. That's IT!" My husband was absolutely DONE at that point. He said nevermind we would just go elsewhere and by the way.. How did ahe even get that job since that was the worst customer service he had ever encountered. He went on to say that she was a bitch as we drove away. In over 20 years of marriage Ive never seen my husband get upset enough to say that. But he sure wasn't lying. Dunkin needs to address this issue. Who is the owner of this store? I dont care if that employee is even a manager (surely not but I wouldn't be surprised judging from previous reviews) she would be sacked *immediately* if it was my business. Also maybe employees should be regularly drug tested because who acts that way if they aren't in some way impared? What a shame. And the tourist visitors in front of us likely were not her first victims of the evening. This Dunkin gives the iconic Branson 76 Strip a bad vibe. At least HURTS donuts is right down the road. I suggest avoiding this Dunkin at all costs. read more

This DD location has the nicest cashier, Diane. We've been in Branson for 3 days and have had 4 iced coffees here. She greeted us walking In the door and smiled the whole transaction. Will definitely stop here again next time we're in town read more

Its Sunday night and went to get donuts for Monday morning at 8:40 pm and they were closed. Hurts and Krispy Kreme are both open 24 hours a day...along the same strip. Unfortunately my gift card is to Dunkin Donuts. Google says this establishment is open until 10 pm. Won't waste my time next time!! read more

Wow, I don't know who the manager is, but I have never been into a Dunkin' that didn't care about customers especially customer service. They looked under staffed and that would have been okay if they were kind and apologetic for the 45min wait and when we received our avocado toast the container of spread was in the box for us to do it ourself plus being out of the everything bagel seasoning. I brought it up to a staff member and she was indifferent about the situation as well as unapologetic. If I could give zero stars I would and even looking at past reviews it is sad that it appears that management doesn't care about fixing there lack of customer service. read more

BRING BACK THE TIRAMISU ICE CREAM!!! Since having Tiramisu ice cream I am craving this flavor as it is the BOMB! Why get people addicted to a flavor and then just discontinue the flavor? Had to settle for something else that just didn't take care of my craving. read more

Should have zero stars. The manager was very rude! Yelled at us to be 6 feet apart when we are all family and came in the same car and were separated from the other people in the store. The lady taking our order yelled at us to hurry up then kept taking her mask down to talk to us. Most of the employees didn't have their masks over their noses. Flys everywhere! Gross! read more

Coffee and doughnuts are not good. Not please with service. Will not return. Will try other Dunkin Donuts in other places.

First of all the cashier couldn't hear us. She just repeatedly said "I'm hard of hearing" it's bad enough with everyone wearing masks. It would definitely be in their interest to allow her to work elsewhere in the shop. They were out of most everything we wanted. They gave me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee. They did fix it but it was luke warm at best. The sandwich my husband ordered was only room temperature, the cheese was still cold. We won't be returning! Too many options in Branson to have poor service and mediocre food. read more

National Donut Day 06/01/2018...was driving by DD & remembered hey let's stop in & get a free doughnut. Thinking the place would probably be fairly busy due to others wanting a free doughnut! We went inside & a sign on the counter said you had to purchase a drink to receive the free doughnut. My daughter & I said OK no big deal. So we thought we just purchase a dozen for breakfast in the morning. There were two other customers already sitting down eating. As we waited at the counter by ourselves for five minutes no one had even greeted us yet. But the employees kept passing us up behind the counter. They always seemed to be out chocolate cake doughnuts. I never have seen any chocolate cake doughnuts with nuts. So we got tired of waiting & left. I guess our business wasn't important to them. read more

They are very unorganized and we paid 4 dollars for half a scoop of ice cream and the milk shake was literally milk. They kept messing everything up and it was not a good experience. Do not recommend. read more

I went there tonight and they had all of the signs up for the holiday drinks, I wanted to order one but they said they were out and I said that when will they be in stock and they said that they aren't selling them anymore. And this is a week before Christmas. Why have them if they are gone before the Holiday? And the guy that took my order seemed like in rush. read more

The most I've ever been charged for almond milk. .75 per shot...really? Every time (only two times) I've been there it takes them longer to make a simple iced coffee than a bagel. Thanks, DD, but I won't be back. Nice try though. read more

I have been going to Dunkin' Donuts for a little over a year now. I have never had a bad experience, until today. I roll up to order, as I do everyday and the woman on the other side asked me to wait for a moment, so I respectfully did. After all, this is a tourist town. I wait for a solid 5 minutes and I order my coffee's a medium caramel macchiato and a medium caramel latte. I then proceed to make my way to the window. I wait patiently for my coffee, 5 minutes go by and no one has given me what I have ordered. I look through the glass and I see an employee talking to a man and she is texting. I then wait for another 5 minutes watching this woman on her phone, not making my coffee's. She then walks away from the man and disappears for 3 minutes. I'm starting to get extremely frustrated as I have now waited 13 minutes for my coffees. This employee finally decided that she would make my order. I receive my coffees and I pay for them, $9.07. I look at, what is supposed to be a macchiato, the espresso isn't even in the drink, it is all over the lid. I take a drink of my latte and it doesn't have any espresso in it. It tastes just like the creamer. I order the same thing everyday and it has never tasted like this. I was in disbelief, I have never experienced anything like this before and I was truly disappointed. read more
