These are seriously the best donuts ever! I crave them - lol! A personal favorite is the maple and bacon but I recently tried the lemon and it was amazing, too. These donuts aren't cheap but they are totally worth it. My brother-in-law tried the avocado toast and said it was delicious so if someone in your group isn't into sweets, they have savory breakfast options covered, too. read more

Doughnuts were nice and freshly made. A bit extra icing than I'd like on my doughnuts but was still good. Açaí bowl was frozen and not as fresh as I'd like, but it is a doughnut shop. read more

Maybe we're catching this place on the wrong day....but (I) don't consider this some incredible donut. - Certainly big enough, but really too big to even eat one donut. - a richer tasting donut. But the dough is certainly tough and kinda hard. Tough enough if this day, that I couldn't cut it with the side of a metal fork. - Flavor type a coming from the top powder coating etc. So as you might imagine, many bites of a donut are just dough. Dough that again, is tough and a drier texture. All and all (not) my favorite. For those of you that have said "I've never had a better donut". Let me suggest you folks try "Donut Drive In, in St Louis". The donuts here are wonderful. And something like their apple fritter....there is no better donut! And their apple fritter at the Donut Drive In....its the best ever! read more

My wife's coworkers love parlor doughnuts when they are traveling. I also love the fact that there are gluten - free and vegan alternatives. I always have her grab me some Gluten Free doughnuts to bring home from her work trips. If you travel to a town that has one and you are Vegan or Gluten Free make it a priority to stop in. read more

Nice parking lot out front. There's also a drive thru. Went on a late Saturday. Shop was empty but there was drive thru customers. Had to wait a bit to place our order. There are so many flavor options and the best part is whenever you are there they can make what you'd like. They gave the standard donuts which are large and minis. The flavor was great and the donuts were moist and chewy. I had the strawberry shortcake and French toast. Both were delish and I would order them again. Definitely worth the stop. read more

I am not the donut lover my husband is, but after eating these donuts I may become one. The display of donuts was pretty, and the atmosphere is inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I only ate the chocolate peanut butter donut, and it was sheer yumminess. Light donut with gooey chocolate and just a wisp of peanut butter. If anything, I would add more peanut butter as you couldn't really taste it. There were many other flavors I plan to try and am thrilled to see there is a location in Clearwater, Florida, which isn't far from my home. read more

This is one of my favorite spots when in Springfield. Normally there is a line but you get your donut in 5-10 minutes after entering. Some seating available but it can fill up during the rush hour! My favorite flavors are the Turtle Cheesecake and Cookies and Crème. read more

Wow! I am addicted to donuts. Virtually everywhere I go (I have been in in 48 States and dozens of countries) and the donuts here are absolutely amazingly delicious! They melt in your mouth and are large. There are lots of different types and flavors. At $3+ they are a bit more expensive than you might expect to pay in an area that is not touristy. However, they are well worth the price. read more

I love Parlor Donuts. It's our go-to on Sunday mornings. They have mobile ordering and that's really nice. The donuts themselves are made with a croissant like dough. They have so many fun flavors (my favorite is the Lemon) read more

Had a bad first experience at Parlor. We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait as long. When we got there, we were 10 minutes past our original pick up time & they still hadn't started our order. I would like to add there was only one or two people inside. When we finally got our order, one donut was wrong & they forgot the tacos. Overall poor experience read more

My family is a bunch of homebodies that don't like to leave the house so when I was told we needed to go to a donut shop, my ears perked up. Leave the house when it's freezing cold to go to a donut shop? You betcha! This is a no way shape or form a regular donut shop. These donuts are more like the wonderful marriage of a donut and a croissant. It's called a layer doughnut some people call it a cronut. These donuts are not only delicious but beautiful looking. They can be vegan keto gluten-free, and so moist.. we opted to get four donuts and then share maximizing our flavors and experience. we got one carnival one coconut cream, one that resembled French toast that resembled a cinnamon roll. Let me tell you it was pretty hard to decide which the most. I loved the ambience a lot. The whole donut shop was decorated pre Ww1 style. The chairs were old the fixtures were old but the tile and the look was modern, fresh new and gorgeous. I was astounded to know that each donut only cost three dollars. Each donut looked like a masterpiece and it's a little miniature cake almost. I'm not sure if our regular donuts are gonna do anymore now that we found parlor donuts. read more

Dined in once and ordered pickup the next day. Donuts are absolutely delicious with a good variety. The decor is really cute. When we dined in, we ordered coffee. It took forever to be made despite the place not being busy. The young girl making coffee seemed like she had to keep looking at directions and didn't really know what she was doing. When we got our coffees and asked which was the mocha she didn't seem to know what a mocha was. One person in our group went up to order another coffee and no one came to the register for a few minutes to help. When we were there the workers all seemed very, very young and like they could benefit from an adult managing. read more

The layered doughnuts are fantastic. We had the strawberry shortcake, blueberry hill, and sandy beach!

This is a nice doughnut shop that I went into, even though I rarely eat doughnuts! I had a spinach pesto breakfast sandwich and a decaf house coffee. The service was excellent, with chatty people! The atmosphere was subdued but nice, with parlor games on the walls. read more

These are sort of like cronuts (croissant donut) and very yummy! We got a chocolate chocolate donut and it was big enough for my son and i to share. We also got a few minis which included cinnamon sugar, coconut crème and a raspberry filling. Very cute interior, my son said it looks like a hotel lobby. read more

Good donuts clever flavors nice staff I recommend it Been open for awhile and it is a chain

Delicious donuts/cronuts! Very clean space. Friendly staff. Service was good. Expensive but worth it

The most scrumptious donut of your life. These are not your every day donuts. Think croissant crossed with donut delish. You will want these in your life. Go ahead, get the big box! read more

Umm. Freaking delicious. I'm kinda picky with my donuts, but these are absolutely amazing. I LOVE the texture, and it's just the right balance of sweetness for the dough. So far I've tried the Coconut Cream Filled and the Bourbon Caramel. Both are yummy. The coffee isn't bad either. I love the vintage Americana decor too. So fun. Employees have been friendly and offered recommendations. I feel like the price point is good. It's about $3 for a donut and they're pretty good size. Coffee and food are comparably priced. My only complaint so far is just that they could probably clean the tables a bit more regularly. And there's a bit of a fly problem, probably because of all the sugary crumbs. read more

Good old fashioned calorie loaded doughnuts. Tried several different ones, cut them in quarters to share. Bright and nice interior. Staff helpful and friendly. Will definitely stop by next time I'm in Springfield read more

These donuts are absolutely amazing. I can't put it any better than that. Plus the people are friendly.

Probably the best doughnuts ever. I love the regular doughnuts with the crispy crossiant crust and soft and gooey inside yum they also have gluten free and dairy free options which is always a plus! And the coffee was an amazing surprise in how good it is! read more

All I'll say is that that might have been the best $2.95 blood sugar spike I've ever had. My lemon donut (if you can call it a donut) was incredible. Money well spent. read more

Nice shop. Great donuts. Friendly people. Low volume music and clean tables. The donuts are not typical but I'll bet you will like them. Bit pricey but worth the extra dollar or so. I like the jelly filled and wife likes maple bacon. Great place for a mini date or dessert after a meal elsewhere. read more

The decor and staff are lovely. Super great options for doughnuts! My husband loved the regular doughnuts he tried. I got gluten free donuts for me and while I wish I loved them...I didn't. I wouldn't turn down one if it was offered to me but wouldn't come back for them either. Kinda a mealy texture and dry...and the flavor of the doughnut itself tasted like bbq potato chips. ??? read more

The atmosphere, I'd give 5 stars. Though I didn't sit inside, there was seating and people enjoying the space. Service also 5 stars, they were very kind and informative with catering to my gluten free needs, including what type of flour and oil is used. While the doughnut and toppings had good flavor, unfortunately, it's really not a doughnut; it's a short, mini bundt cake. I appreciated that I could customize my "doughnut" with the majority of the other toppings from various other gluten-full doughnuts--ie, I got 2 gluten free doughnuts, 1 with the Sandy Beach toppings and 1 with Bourbon Caramel toppings (which the bourbon caramel itself is INCREDIBLE). Other places there is a limited/minimal option of flavors/toppings. However, there is no option of picking it up with your hands like a normal, fried doughnut. It's baked and must be eaten with a fork due to its tenderness. Unfortunately, looking for a yummy gluten free doughnut, the flavor was a win but the form/texture was disappointing for me. read more

Very creative donuts. The atmosphere is super fun. Definitely stop in and grab one. Coffee was great too.

These "donuts" are really more of a sweet croissant type pastry with fun toppings. Think pastry, not heavy cake. I tried a "Sandy Beach" and "Maple Bacon". Both were good. Not traditional donuts, but a fun and tasty treat none the less. The service was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and nice. They have a lot of merchandise for sale, and some of it was kind of cool. They are open late into the afternoon. read more

What a fantastic donut place, so glad I found Parlor! Really more of a cronut than a donut, these donuts are super fresh, with imaginative flavors and toppings. There are small or regular sizes for different appetites. I had the bourbon caramel - delicious!! They also have a really nice coffee selection and some other breakfast options. Highly recommend! read more

I was very impressed with the taste of this doughnut...it was like a mix between a croissant and a donut! Not too sweet, either! Definitely will return! read more
