(Picture missing) of their best donut. Why? BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE THEM AVAILABLE!. The Original Crème donut. This donut is a great tasting donut. Any time of the morning, noon or night...do they have them? No. The question becomes "Why not"? They have other jelly filled donuts etc...why (not) this donut? But if you get lucky enough (ri ask for one)....and they actually have it....try it. It's always a winner of a donut! read more

Easy in and out, and the Krispy Kreme donuts never disappoint! Good service, fresh & light donuts, clean store, well lit parking. The only negative was that the huge neon Krispy Kreme logo was either turned off or burnt out. Limited visibility from the road. read more

Krispy Kreme - Neon sign is out, but they are OPEN! - Donuts Near Me - Springfield, Missouri

It's easy to get into this place but a bit more difficult to get out of if you want to go south. The donuts were awesome as always. So sugary sweet I could just feel my blood sugar peak out and crest like a ten foot surf threatening to overwhelm me. The only thing which made me sad was that their selection was a bit limited this time around. read more

The gf wanted to try the new strawberry glazed donuts, but the location was out. More would be ready later but unfortunately we wouldn't be in the area at that time. Staff offered her a regular glazed, warm, right off the conveyor on the house. Four stars for the courtesy alone. read more

We bought the worst donut I have ever tried today at Krispy Kreme on Campbell. It was dry, crusty, and inedible (chocolate iced kreme filled). We had to throw it away. Truly a shameful thing to do to customers. We won't be back. read more

I have always been a Krispy Kreme fan, and when we saw the Hot light on, we had to stop in for a nice hot donut. We weren't disappointed with our gooey glazed donut. The employee who gave us the donut was extremely nice and friendly. Today was also chocolate glazed donut day so we bought a dozen, along with a dozen of regular glazed. Can't go wrong with old fashioned glazed donuts. read more

Krispy Kreme is like drugs for normal people. I love the hot doughnuts and grateful there's not one close to me or I would have to work there to cover my habit!! Awesome atmosphere and great doughnuts. read more

Great experience at this KK today! I stopped by first thing in the morning and got doughnut holes. The service was fast and courteous and the donut holes were AMAZING. The young lady at the window was very nice and even took the time to tell me where to find good gas that wasn't over priced like Casey's general store. She explained where to go and what to look for. She was a huge help and I truly appreciated her. Way to go Krispy Kreme Springfield! read more

Donuts were good, but they show stuff in their menu that they don't have in store. Ruined the holidays for the kiddos

This has happened a few times now- this location really likes to close 10-30 minutes before they're supposed to. They don't stay open as long as their website/google/yelp says they do. I feel like they should really just close at nine if they're gonna close up shop early so often. read more

These Doughnuts are So Moist! They melt in your mouth... Delicious so much so, I almost have to hide them from myself...You won't be disappointed..! read more

When the 'Hot Now' sign is lit up in the window, you can rest assured that there is nothing short of magic going on inside. When you get in line to watch the fresh doughnuts roll down the conveyor belt and under the waterfall of glaze yumminess; and then the staff person hands you one of them fresh to nosh on while you stand in line waiting to order. This is KK's MO, give 'em a taste of the magic and they will want more, and it never fails. That is just one of the many wonders inside of a KK location. I encourage you to investigate the other offerings as well. There are tall tails of apple fritters, lemon powder goodness, and the list goes on (https://www.krispykreme.com/menu/Doughnuts). Be well advised though, this is without question a bad habit, indulge infrequently and share generously with friends so that you eat less ;) And under no circumstances is it advisable to go anywhere near a KK location with a Hot Now sign lit up in the wee hours of the morning when under the influence of alcohol, trust me on this one ;) If you are into living dangerously, don't prioritize your health, and are a DD&D fan, then this usage will be right up your alley - https://laughlines.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/06/09/the-krispy-kreme-burger/ Bon appetit! read more

Fall 2022 donut flavor review: Maple pecan cheesecake (top right): the icing has a good pecan flavor and the topping is nice. Can't taste the donut very much and the filling was gross. Spiced apple filled (top left): tasted just like any other apple hand-pie and there wasn't much filling. Pumpkin spice cake (bottom right): best of the 5 flavors. The cake was well spiced and the icing added a nice sweet aftertaste. Apple fritter (bottom left): not much flavor, very generic pastry. Salted caramel brownie (middle right): there wasn't much flavor. It tasted like eating sugar and nothing else. read more

Big! Clean! Wonderful staff! Met at the counter with a donut hot off the line!!! Great coffee!!! THE BEST!! Thanks so much!!

I saw the light was on and decided to get a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut. I had my husband in the car and we pulled in and I said can I get two fresh hot donuts? My family has done this ever since we were kids that you get a fresh donut for free when the light is on I only have about six dollars to pay gas. I pull in the drive-through and the lady says four dollars for the two donuts I am just a girl so I said OK and handed her my card. she takes it and charges me. Then another lady opens the window. my husband caught the mistake and said that's not right. I only had two dollars for gas at this point. so we went back in and he said I need my refund. They also tried to cover this up with two more donuts. That should just be free. so anyways, we go in and get the refund but yet it was still difficult and we had to give her our other two donuts from the car. I honestly don't even wanna come back here Krispy Kreme you have failed me. read more

Great doughnut shop great sweet treats of every kind and you get a free doughnut if there red light is on krispy kream is the best

Doughnuts were great. Timmy had great service. A different employee came from the back and quite literally yelled at a customer. "YOU HAVE TO HAVE A MASK. YOJ CAN JUST GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO WEAR ONE" and walked away after sighing and shaking his head. It could have been executed in a more professional manner. It would have been a 1 star if it weren't for how kind Timmy was. read more

I was doing postmates and picking up and order and went through the drive through and my postmates card declined and I didn't know why and she apologized to the guy helping me and he ran it a couple more times before getting the manager and the manager proceeded to tell me I needed to leave because my card wasn't working so I got my card and parked to find out the problem. I reached out to postmates who said they fixed it and I went in and was met by the manager with an attitude again asking what I needed and I told him the problem was fixed with the card and that I needed to pick up the order. He then passed me onto the man who i was working with before and my payment went through and I apologized again to him read more

Been a couple years since I have been to this location and they did not disappoint. My kids love to watch the donuts being made, and greeted with a warm fresh glaze donut! Staff were very friendly and prompt taking our order and getting it processed. They also have plenty of seats if you want to enjoy a coffee and donut in house and read the morning paper. All around good place and experience. read more

Poor selection, I've been there 4 times, left frustrated & empty handed 3 of those times. They have multiple trays of a small variety of donuts while zero trays of common menu donuts. Went to nationwide donut chain 1 block away with each bad visit, they always stock a full variety of common menu donuts. The hot-n- ready donut is the only saving grace. This store needs to change its menu or start making what is on the menu. read more

This place might be depressing, but it hits the spot. The plain glazed are plain magic. I would caution you to go inside and buy them though so that you have to face a real person as you make an extremely unwise health decision. I have made the mistake of using the drive thru, and I can assure you that when you don't need to look another human being in the eye as you order, you can easily persuade yourself to get a dozen donuts for just yourself and your zero friends. That said, this place looks like it has been raided by looters in a post apocalyptic world. That is to say it looks like it could be appealing, and yet it is not. read more

It's Krispy Kreme ! How can you not LOVE a hot, fresh donut ! I got three dozen for the office....fast service with a smile !! read more

Try the new lemon glazed it wasn't very good it was like the fake I don't know what tastes it was gross actually the girl at the drive-through I believe her name is Kaylee she was really sweet drive-through move really fast I thought the donut was kind of expensive at $1.45 for a doughnut guess I'll just stick to the gas station donuts read more

The doughnuts are very good but the staff is pretty rude. I never write reviews on places but everytime I've bought doughnuts or coffee from here I just never feel welcomed and the employees seem like they always have a bad attitude. read more

The service here is a-1 crap. I asked a simple question about free donuts and their employee, I think his name is Caden, was unclassful, rude, and unapproachable honestly. Pretty disappointed i was really excited to go in there. Shame shame read more

Grumpy manager... but great greeting staff and they were so pleasant and eager to make us happy even though it was an hour from closing. Glad I refused service from him. read more

A solid doughnut shop. Despite being a national chain, the fact is its the best doughnuts in town. I would prefer to support local businesses, but the local competition isn't up to the challenge. St. George and Ray's are just bad, and Hurts doughnut tries, but is just a second rate knock off of Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland Oregon. So stick to Krispy Kreme. Their plain glazed is like heaven when it's fresh. read more

While Krispy Kreme is not my favorite donut on the planet, they have a good thing going. Convenient hours and a clean, nicely decorated lobby. Good product for those who want to indulge. I do like the blueberry cake donuts, which are not available at the other Springfield, MO location (on Glenstone). This store on Campbell is better in every possible way. Their biggest strength is the friendly staff who really seem to get into the Krispy Kreme thing, making everyone's visit special and handing out hot donuts when the light is on. It's kind of like they assume everyone is a tourist and this is their first Krispy Kreme donut. I think that's the secret to their successful customer service. read more

Went here and got a dozen donuts, 3 specialty donuts a regular coffee and 2 iced coffees. Spent 22 bucks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Even got a free glazed doughnut while waiting in line. Seriously, there isn't anything better in this world than a warm krispy kreme glazed doughnut. The chocolate topped cream filed doughnuts were super sweet and so good, cinnamon roll, yum, apple fritter, yum and the list goes on and on. Now I know this isn't a gourmet doughnut shop and there are better doughnuts across the land, however this is Springfield Missouri and these doughnuts taste good. The vanilla iced coffee was soooooooooooo strong. I had to add about 8 packs of splenda and 12 creamers. It was good, but Starbucks is better. Cheap way to feed the household breakfast. read more

No.... just no if someone askes you were a good doughnut place is in springfield, dont send them here. Krispy kream is long over due its welcome. We have 2 better doughnut shops in this town st georges and hurtz. I have never cought on to the crave that makes the people I know like them. We need a dunkin doughnuts in this town to replace krispy kream. Sorry to be harsh but its true read more

The last two times I have bought Krispy Kreme Donuts they have had an old oil after taste - When you try to stretch the life of your oil discerning customers notice!! They have great service. They are always polite and thank you for your business. The glazed lemon filled is my favorite but I also like their seasonal ones such as the cookie dough one. read more

It's really awesome you can see the process of the donuts being made on a conveyor belt. The staff is very friendly and the restrooms are clean. I have to knock off two stars though because nearly every time we go in the tables are filthy. The other big downside is their filled donuts only seem to be about 10% filled and it's not until you've eaten most of it that you finally find the bite or two where the filling is. read more

Apparently you cannot just go in and order a coffee. You have to stand in the enormous donut line or get completely ignored. I won't go back. read more

Sarah the "manager" is by far the rudest staff member in the facility. I came in and got my complementary doughnut with ease. Then proceed to get a large strawberry slushy followed by a glare. Very disappointing come in donuts are cold, recommend putting a microwave in for public use

Just went through the drive thru at Krispy Kreme. Justin so graciously helped us with our order and at the window. He was so kind and accommodating!
