The past week i have gone there and the coffees have been watery. I go different times a day almost everyday figuring maybe its an off day for them. *red flag* this is what every consumer who enters this Dunkins establishment needs to know, you have been warned. About a month ago my wife and I had gone in like we did on Saturday mornings, we did our usual good morning greetings to the employees, but this one individual was as rude as you could imagine. His response was " he had no obligation to say hi or hello" we were takin back a bit and we asked for another associate to help, this individual responded with NO, I then asked for a manager and he yelled that he was the manager. Which turned out to be a lie, he then got real confrontational, he threatened us in front of customers, he even attempted to go after my wife, while all the long the real manager was there but failed to even come out and confront what was going on. Needless to say after calling corporate and asking them to review their CCTV , they did and completed the investigation, they fired this punk. As far as I know the manager is still there. WHY? Again it all comes down to how you manage your store and obviously this manager needs to be schooled or fired. As a smart consumer you have other options. There is a better place with well trained employees down the street called "The parlor" do yourself and your family a favor avoid this Dunkins like the plague. 6 Palmer grace Dr Bluffton sc. until Dunkin corporate gets it and condemns the behavior of their staff and to train managers that can actually manage. If I could give negative ten thousand I would. Let's start off with Ashley. She pointed her finger up rudely at my husband this afternoon and said "wait" in the most negative tone. Proceeded to stare rudely at us when she was ready for our order and then rushed us through ordering. MIND YOU it's veterans day and my husband wanted his free donut. After leaving the ordering station and going to the pick up line we waited almost a full 20 minutes because the team was bickering back and forth over who is doing what. Side note: I'm pretty sure when working food and drink service gloves tend to be required and hair is asked to be put up. No one in this store seemed to wear gloves or have their hair up. More so I don't think the staff even owned hair brushes. That's how bad it was. To top it off my husband's order was thrown at him by Ashley at the register and we ended up paying for food we didn't even get. Went through the drive-thru this morning and placed an order. My boyfriend was ordering and he had asked the lady on the speaker if he could change the milk to oat milk for his drink. The way she was talking was if she had no care for this job. She answered back at him with a very short "what?". We then pulled up to the window and got our drinks. My boyfriend asked the dude which drink was which (not knowing there was going to be stickers on them) and the guy said with an attitude, "it's on there". The lack of care these folks have for their job... this location is TRASH. I understand what it's like working in food service as I was a former employee of DD back in the day. Even though you had one bad customer/day, that doesn't mean you get to put the same negative energy on other people. read more

While driving to Hilton Head, we stopped here for coffee... the drive-thru line was backed up out onto Rt17! Craziness! So, we went into the parking lot to go inside and they closed the lobby! Why? There are no more Covid restrictions limiting lobby visits. Ended up going next door to BK. read more

Ordered hash browns and they were burnt on the outside and mush on the inside and only a few in the bag. One of them fell apart and glued itself to the inside of the bag. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap and it was smashed flat as a napkin, the bacon was undercooked, and the egg was rick hard, had to really look for the cheese. For the money, these items are way overpriced. Paid $3 for a large cup of coffee. Definitely not fresh coffee and for the price expected better quality. For a mobile order, the inside pickup was disorganized and slow. The names weren't facing the customers so until someone eventually came to the counter to identify the orders it wasn't possible to select the correct order. I've been to other Dunkin' stores. I won't repeat my mistake at this one. Hopefully the manager/ owner will read this review and take some action. This store gives Dunkin a bad name. read more

They really don't know how to make drinks here. The donuts are fresh and delicious, but when you order less ice you don't expect your drink to be full of ice. The staff at this location is extremely rude. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich in person and it took over 20 minutes for me to get that. This is the best coffee I've had yet on my 1500+ mile trip!! Young lady who served us was very pleasant. Also as a plus as this was the first Dunkin in the last 600 miles that had its lobby opened which meant we could use the restroom. Normally dunks is a fantastic place where all your dreams come true. However, if you're in bluffton do yourself a favor and find any alternative you possibly can. This is the third time I have been here and the lobby is closed. I am pulling a trailer and can't go through the drive thru. Dozens of people have walked up to the door and walked away since I started writing this and the drive thru line has 15 cars in it. I'm sure it is about staffing, which would not be a problem if this company prioritized just a little more towards people over profit. PAY PEOPLE MORE and they will gladly work for you. Dunkin' Donuts is everything you would expect from a donut shop and more! It is easier to get to with ample parking quick service and reasonable prices. Coffee and the donuts are super. The donuts are a microbe of what they use to be in the 60s in MA. The coffee is still the best. So why one star? The help in Bluffton, Beaufort and Savannah areas are brain dead lazy stupid. They will ruin any order in two seconds. This is not a Dunkin issue, it's an issue of every fast food chain in the Low Country. The school superintendents in these areas need to be fired and flogged for graduating comatose students. Its a serious problem that must be addressed. They need to get it together. Most of the time when you go there they only have the drive through open and it is clear out to the street. When you get in that line it takes forever to get through. We normally order online so they can either bring it out or we go into get it. But they don't offer that!!! The place is never dependable anymore. read more

I checked google to see what time this placed closed.....10pm......it was just 9:30PM and I live a quarter mile away. I arrived at 9:40 pm...drove up to place my order but no one was there so I asked....ARE YALL STILL OPEN? Then drove to the window to see a young lade with blonde hair wearing a light blue shirt dart behind some equipment. I slowly drove on around the building then slowly drove past the front of the store and there she was again.....she dove under the counter when she saw me and said something to someone....I looked across the store and there stood a large black person (I think it was a man but its hard to tell these days) with a white shirt on and he ducked behind the counter too. All I can say is WOW.....whoever owns this store has some rather lousy employees. Im wondering if the guy in the white shirt was a manager? Grown people hiding from customers. Just WOW. read more
