You'd think I'd learn. If you go to a place that's so bad you only give it two stars, don't go back. I didn't learn. I wanted to get the kid a hot chocolate, and that's a quick and easy place to get one. BUT They will always ask if you want whipped cream, which costs a buck and a half or so. Today I clearly said no, and as I finished my order, I saw whipped cream on the screen. I got to the window and told them I hadn't ordered it. They literally just wiped the whipped cream off. That place is nasty. Don't go. Ever. Seriously. This place is gross and I'm pretty sure they overcharge regularly, based on my order. Unless you're completely addicted to the Dunkin' brand, avoid this one. High prices, insane drive-through, and abysmal location in a high traffic area combine to make this location particularly bad. This location has uncomfy furniture, and seems to be chaotically run. I've done other locations that were fine, but this one makes me want to avoid the brand altogether if this is the trajectory of the chain. Inflation hit this location like a brick, and I ended up paying for it. Not a pleasant experience. Like Tim Hortons, it's supposed to be coffee or sugar buzzes on the run. I have never once got a correct online order from this location . I had to request the cold foam at the window that I ordered and by the color and old coffee taste of this drink I know my oat-milk and extra flavoring was not added. The toasted white chocolate ice coffee is AMAZING! I was really impressed. It is more on the watery side than the creamy side if that makes sense. They asked me multiple times why I was standing there and then proceeded to not help me receive my food. Then then claimed someone else in the back took my food after finally helping me 30 minutes later. I visited this Dunkin on move-out day at IU in 2022 - a heavy traffic day, to be sure - and I had no problems. Service was fast, the donuts and coffee were great. The parking lot is an impossible, insane safety hazard . Massive drive-through pothole if you can solve the puzzle of where the drive through entrance is. They make you feel bad for asking any questions and they reach their hand out the window for your card without saying anything or looking at you then barely open the window to shove your food out at you, ignoring you completely. It's like they want you to leave before you even get there. Super weird vibe. Also the food is slapped together to make it super messy. Coffee was dripping off of the lid and cup, and if you get alternative milk they don't shake them, making it so watery it may as well not be in there (picture added to show coffee color). Also you'll be running to the bathroom within 20 minutes and you'll be in there longer than it took you to get through the drive-through (which is an accomplishment). read more

The driver gets frequent spasms in his wrist and it seized up as he was passing ice cream to the rest of us in the car, and the waffle cone snapped. They messed up my order and didn't get one of my donuts, which was fine, so I tried to buy it for a dollar but then this is where things took a turn for the worse. The main guy stated I had to buy a drink to get the donut for a dollar, which I told him I did buy a drink, to which he responded that it has to be on that order. Today I had possibly the worst experience I've ever had in the hospitality industry. Frankly, even giving a one-star review is generous in my opinion. Being someone who is actively working in the industry, I understand being short staffed right now, and I understand being in the weeds. However, what I have a problem with is being treated like a nuisance for making sure I left with the right order. I also have a problem with the fact that when my order was still wrong, and I called to ask how we could fix it, I was treated incredibly poorly, treated like a liar, and completely disrespected. My coffee and donuts were shoved at me by a woman who acted as if she couldn't wait for me to leave. I ordered specific flavors of donuts and got to work to find that not a single donut I ordered was in the box. When I called to ask about what happened, the employee I spoke with on the phone said, and I quote, "Well you took the box didn't you?" When I asked for a refund, he responded with, "Here's what works for me, you come back tomorrow, and I'll give you new ones." After telling him that wouldn't work for me because I commute to Bloomington, he said, "Call Dunkin'; they'll refund you." Then he hung up the phone. I'm truly disappointed and honestly offended. First the owner/manager seems to always be sitting down with several family members or co-workers around him as if he's actually a bookie instead of a person who should be "making the donuts". I've been there several times since they opened and only on the first day were the donuts fresh! So, stale donuts all the time. Staff (who all seem to be his family members or friends) are not well trained and have no idea about the B/R side (sizes of hand pack, flavors, etc).
