This dunkin is quite literally the worst dunkin i have ever been to. Everyone that works here is awful at making drinks and clearly can't follow instructions on how to make iced coffee. I continue to give them multiple chances and it's every drink that I order. I thought the customer was always right. I asked if they would spit on my sandwich and they basically hung up on me. I asked if I could come in person so they would do it and they wouldn't even consider the idea. I feel so disrespected and would never come to this establishment. read more

We usually go to this location at least once per week, and depending on the time can be very busy. We have had a mix of good and not so good experiences but to me overall is better than have had at many other locations. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and seem to do their best to make it a quality experience for their customers. Overall would recommend. read more

The worst service! So slow! They mix up orders! Dunkin head office needs to fire everyone who works there

One star only because I cannot give it a zero. Waited in line for 30 minutes. A customer in front in drive thru had an issue with a mobile order. Instead of pulling the customer around and addressing the issue without holding the drive thru up, we waited as multiple employees attempted to rectify her issue. Once at the window, our order was wrong and the young man said oh I did it again. No apology. No real concern over customer wait time. The iced coffees had more cold foam on top which then proceeded to drip all over our legs in car. Worse yet, we were headed to kennywood and if you know you know. Not Dunkin's problem but certainly didn't help our mood. read more

Really upsets me to say how many bad experiences i've had in this location. 7/10 times there is something wrong with my order, if I go through the drive through. And, lets be honest...my order is quite easy. All I ask for is an iced coffee with cream and sugar free hazelnut syrup. And... guess what I get, most times, and have to embarrass myself going in to ask them to make me a new one. An iced coffee full of sugar, and sugar syrup. This issue doesn't happen if I go into the actual store, which I have had to do--increasing my time spent in the AM before work that it takes to get my coffee. I went to Dunkin Donuts today. I ordered coffee & a free donut. The coffee was $2.45 (which I had to pour out). It was national donut day. Forget it. Coffee was the bottom of the pot & sooo strong. Coffee is $1.00 at McDonalds and free on Mondays at Get Go. Save your money! read more

Not sure if they got rid of the old managers, but the last two times I went there....the place is now clean, our order was correct, no long lines, it didn't take 15 minutes to pour a cup of coffee. Whoever is responsible for this change...great job!!!! read more

My beverage was tasty (iced latte), but this location is very frequently sold out of products--in particular coffee flavorings and donuts. This is not a COVID thing... it occurred frequently throughout 2019. So, ok...perhaps it's just a busy location and it's hard to keep everything stocked. BUT, the staff is quite rude when informing customers that a product is unavailable. Customer service training should be a priority in the future when businesses can resume normal operations. I'm not looking for anything over the top with politeness, but cashiers currently barely even make eye contact and are abrupt in their speech when dealing with the public. read more

First time I came here, I ordered a Cocoa Mocha Latte using the drive-thru. I got some kind of Vanilla coffee (opposite of what I wanted). I let it go and continued on my drive. Yesterday, I stopped by to pick up half a dozen donuts and a hot Cinnamon Sugar Pumpkin latte. Heard a couple complaining about waiting 10 minutes for two drinks and already knew what I was in for. I wanted 5 minutes for my latte. After the 2 people who ordered behind me received their orders, I spoke up. They started making it and ended up giving me an ICED latte as opposed to the hot I ordered. I didn't even bother saying anything. I had a place to be. I am partly mad at myself for even continuing to come back to this location. I think I try to convince myself each time I pull in the drive thru that it will be a better experience, but it's not. They never, EVER have bagels. Ever. No matter how early you go. The coffee is always hot but many times it is stale. My biggest complaint is the length of wait in the drive thru. I should not have to wait 10 minutes for a medium coffee and no bagel (since they were out) when there's 2 cars in front of me. It's starts at the top - this location continually gets poor reviews and complaints, and it all stems from how it's managed...which is very poorly. I wish there was another location that was near me so I don't have to subject myself to these awful experiences. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

I stopped into this donut shop today at 8:00 AM. Was standing on line with 6 other customers and we were all looking at a display void of donuts. The customer in front of me asked the counter person if there were more donuts in the back. She asked her manager and the manager said no that is all we have. Now this is 8 AM at a store that is open until 10 pm. This outlet is poorly managed, this is not the first time that I have stopped in early on a weekend morning where there were no donuts left to choose from. This is my last visit to Dunkin Donuts, shop n save down 51 a few miles had plenty of choices. So a grocery store bakery is better suited to providing donuts than a Donut Store, how sad. Dunkin Donut replace this management staff before you lose all your return customers. read more

This is the worst DD I have ever been to. The manager complained the whole time to other employees, and everyone in line could hear her. I ordered a large ice tea and SF vanilla latte. What I got was a full glass of cream-shot of espresso no vanilla and she didn't mix it so basically I had 3/4 cream with some brown on top. If you don't like your job leave, this is no way to run a business. Everyone was looking at each other while she was on a rant. It also shouldn't take 20 minutes to get two drinks when there was only 3 other people in line, whoever owns this franchise really needs to either spend more time there or get a whole new management staff. read more

The drive thru service was horrendous. Took 25 minutes to get our coffee and sandwiches. Ordered an egg cheese and turkey sausage English muffin and received it on a sandwich thin. To top it off the egg was cold and not heated thoroughly. Terrible service. read more
