We came after school since we were hungry. We ordered before so many people but they still got their food before us. We ordered 2 hash-browns and they gave us only 1 (RIPOFF) and it took 30 minutes just to get our order. We ordered a bagel and it wasn't cooked like we asked and the hash-browns made my tummy hurt. It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to make me wait almost 20-25 minutes in the drive thru line with one car ahead of me for a coffee when you have THREE employees working and it's dead inside. I ended up going around to the front to see what the holdup was and saw you all working with ZERO sense of urgency. You also need to stop watering your iced coffee down so much, it's becoming more and more diluted and that final coffee I will ever drink from DD literally tasted like water and cream. This is a super busy location on 100. The location is prime but the outlay of the drive thru is strange. But the staff here do their best and they're almost always slammed so I'm sure that's tough. I don't come here often due to it almost always having a long line but when I do they get my order right and it's tasty. Can't complain!! read more

I wish I could leave them no stars!! This place is absolutely horrible from the quality of the product, to the service, and especially the management! This is not a place at all that you want your children to work at, nor should children work here. The managers Jeanna (Gina) and Allison are horrible. They take total advantage of children, do NOT give them any breaks, cut their hours if they do not get what they need, and do not communicate with their employees, when something is needed. When trying to communicate with them as a concerned parent, they state that they do not have to communicate, as I am not the employee. I respected that and asked for Gina's bosses number. She lied about who her boss is. When I called the other manager Allison she states that she does not work there, and lied and states that they don't have the owner's number. The reason they don't want to communicate with parents, is because we know the law, and they know that most of these kids they employ don't, as for most of them this is their first job. Absolutely horrible, you DO NOT WANT TO WORK HERE!! As a customer the quality of their food at this location is horrible as well. I don't understand how they operate this location! read more

No suggestions were made, I was just stared at until I finally said, "Just give me an iced whatever, no sugar." - ended up with a giant iced latte, and that's fine with me since I just wanted to get out of there. Not my usual DD stop as I only go here when heading down Rt 100 in the morning. It's never been a great Dunkin but at least a few years ago it used to be decent. Now it's just plain awful! Stopped here Friday morning. Went inside and there was no line. I stood at the counter for a minute while two workers were standing there arguing or complaining about something and never even acknowledged me being there. Normally I have an excellent experience at this Dunkin because I work at the subway a couple doors down and I always get helped by the same gentleman who is a total sweetheart. But today has marked it down to 1 stars... I came in 6am to get my coffee since I opened at subway. (In guessing the owner) was on his phone when I came in and told me to wait. An older woman (in guessing his wife) came over and took my order. I always get the samee thing - large caramel coffee with cream and sugar - got it and when I went to stir it there were chunks in it. I tried to scoop it out with a spoon thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope, chunks still in it. Had to dump it - waste of $2.22! Also tasted burnt and old - like they saved it from last night and reheated it. I'm sorry but take a little more pride in your business. I was waiting in the rain at the drive-through for at least 5 minutes without anyone calling out to take my order, and so was the guy behind me. I had already ordered using the app, so I pulled forward to the pick-up window but when I looked inside there was no staff visible. I pulled around front to park, and the whole staff was out front smoking. I asked if anyone was working and said two of us had been waiting at the drive-through. They responded it was closed...but no sign to indicate such. I wonder if the owner knows his staff is getting paid to smoke out front. read more

In the past, I've avoided this location whenever possible and would have given it 2 stars... and honestly simply avoided reviewing it. In the past it has been a dark, dingy place with poor service that was accentuated by people who had a loose grasp of the english language at best. And I mean everyone who works there. Add to that the counters were damaged and you couldn't see behind them... the Dunkin Donuts name only went so far -- I preferred the Boyertown location to this one. However... based on my last 3 visits, I am going to review it. This location just underwent a huge renovation. It is now bright, clean (for the time being, anyway), features a nice sized dining area and easy to read up-to-date digital signage. In my past couple of visits, they still have people who have a hard time speaking understandable english, but it seems they are making a bigger effort to speak up and be understood. They used to give me bacon-egg-cheese instead of bacon-cheese or no sugar in my coffee when I asked for it constantly -- not anymore. They have been right-on with the orders, repeating them in a way that is more easily understood and the food is hot and fresh. I'm still only giving them three stars because while the service has improved, it is still slow and you still have to make an extra effort to understand what they are saying. I'm not sure if that is something that they can/will improve upon but, so be it. I still prefer the one in Boyertown. read more

Whoever closes at night isn't washing the bags in the iced coffee containers. I can LITERALLY taste how dirty the coffee is in the mornings. i can see the dirt fogging up the liquid. I know it's not your morning shifts fault, because they're not the ones who are supposed to replace the bags/wash the containers. They give me great service every morning! Sometimes take more time than desired, but i understand there only seems to be two people working so I'm patient with that. But I worked at a dunkin before and never tasted anything like this in my life. read more

Went to get coffee this morning. No one in line at the drive through but still had to wait 10 minutes until someone took my order. I ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches were barely toasted and the coffee was terrible. I asked for cream and Splenda in one and they dumped like a half a pound of sugar in there! I always use the app to order coffee for when i'm on the go and need to just quickly stop and go. The past couple times i've been coming in the people are just sitting outside and don't realize i've sent an order through. So i come in and when they see me go in they get up and follow. I ended up standing by the pickup spot waiting for them to make it for about 15 minutes. Finally i'm wondering wth, and the whole time they weren't even making it. Went this morning and waited at east 5 minutes with one person in front of me in the drive-thru. I ordered a iced latte which was almost all milk. It tasted like all milk too. I told them there was too much milk in it and they re-made it for me.....exactly the same way. I also ordered a sesame bagle with butter and jelly on the side. My bagle had, and no exageration, one sesame seed on it, one tiny pad of butter and one tiny thing of jelly. No knife to spread the itty bitty butter and jelly and no napkins. What is the hold up at this location. Long line at the order board. Sit 10 mins plus to be asked for your order. Then another 10-15 at the window. Long lines forming and they still mess up the order. The absolute worst dunkin doughnuts in the area I typically go there on a Sunday since it's on my way to the kids Sunday school. The past 2 times the bagels for the kids sandwiches have been underbaked and pale. I mentioned it to the cashier and the reply was well we do reheat them which is a poor excuse. The coffee is hit or miss sometimes hot sometimes lukewarm. Their timing is pathetic everything comes up separately never together. They closed early but left the lights on and didn't even have the courtesy to tell the people waiting at the drive-thru. You can't see the storefront from the line and the ordering board was left on so people had to figure it out for themselves. my friend went to the drive through to bring me coffee Friday afternoon, she ended waiting there for 5 mins saying hello into the microphone when someone tells her to give her a minute. so she sits there longer and no one comes back to take her order so she drives around the building and goes in herself. When she goes in the place it is completely empty no employees or anything and then 2 workers walk out from the back and take her order. They forget her donut, which she payed for. So we end up going again the next morning and I go to the register to place my order and the same lady that my friend saw yesterday is working the register. Shes talking to someone who is about to leave about how shes pregnant and telling them all this stuff while there is 3 people waiting in line. I order a coffee, bagel, and a donut, i got the coffee and bagel very fast, the people not on register are doing a wonderful job. But the woman has still not gotten my donut, so im standing there with my friend for about 4 mins for her things and my donut and another worker asks what im waiting for and she gets me my donut. We sit down and eat our bagels and and drinks and i guess some one shes friends with comes in with their baby and shes out from behind the counter holding this baby, of course if u see someone u know u are going to greet them, but there was plenty of people in there waiting for things. Before we were going to leave I wanted to get another coffee. So i go back up and get in line and the lady takes my order again, she puts it in the computer wrong and sends it through, doesnt bother telling the people making drinks not to make it, and puts it in the right way. Then im waiting for the coffee and a girl comes up with the too coffees, the mistake one and the actual one (that was still put in wrong) while a manager or staff manager of some sort is trying to sort out this lady's mistake. Mean while a man is waiting for his black coffee and they find out that she put it in as a coffee with cream and sugar. So in conclusion the pregnant woman that is working here should leave right away for maternity leave, the rest of the staff is great. read more

i was the only person in the dunkin and i ordered a boston creme donut, a pink frosted donut and a tuna bagel. i was in a rush to leave and when i got home i opened the bag to see that the only thing they got correct on the order was the pink donut. instead of a boston creme i was given a chocolate donut and instead of the tuna bagel i got a cold raisin bagel. they didnt give me a receipt and i told them twice our order to make sure they got it right. the donuts were stale and hard. never coming here again. worst service ever. read more
