Bunch of incompetent people working this location. Waited 35 min for a sausage egg n cheese and hash browns had to go in and ask for it and just said they was really busy and was offered a free donut. Told no then I had my food and it was like warm hash browns cold. No way it should take over 35 min for that order no matter how busy it was. Then tk be just offered a free donunt. For having tk wait it should have been free. read more

I come to this location regularly because it's on my way to work and, even though the customer service isn't always great, my order is usually correct. Today was the worst experience I've had here. I ordered an iced caramel craze latte and was given a hot one. I politely let them know it was supposed to be iced. The cashier started going back and forth with the crew, then told me to pull around back. I waited there about five minutes -- no one came out. I went back to the front, then inside, and no one knew anything about the corrected drink. I would've been waiting indefinitely if I hadn't come in. Then a staff member appeared from the side with a remake and said they were waiting for me to pull back around -- which makes no sense because that would mean getting back in a long line again. The replacement drink was also made wrong -- no whipped cream, no caramel drizzle, nothing -- and when I asked about it, the employee acted like I had an attitude for expecting the drink to be made as advertised. I just had her put the topping on without the caramel drizzle around the cup. Disorganized, poor communication, and careless service. I won't be returning to this location. The Merritt location is far more professional and friendly. read more

I'm very disappointed with my recent visit. The cashier claimed my drink was Green Tea and even said she had tasted it, but it was clearly Black Tea -- it seems she just didn't want to remake it. On top of that, when I ask for light cream cheese on my bagel, that doesn't mean to use the whole container. I also asked for plain cream cheese, yet it always tastes like garlic. Are the tools or equipment not being cleaned properly between uses? This experience was very frustrating, and I won't be returning after this. read more

Dunkin' - Soo called green Tea but it actually black Iced Tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Baltimore, Maryland

Make sure you check your purchases if you're going through the drive thru. I experienced the WORSE customer service ever on Thursday, 10/6/22. Two young ladies thought it was a joke about me being upset on my WRONG order! I ordered the tomato avocado toast and I get to the window and was given two pieces of toast with bacon and clumped cheese with BACON on it. The one rude young lady that was making this food item insisted it came with cheese on it. ‍ I am posting a pic of the menu description of the bacon avocado toast & a picture of the tomato avocado toast & then the CRAP she put together. DISGUSTING! read more

A bunch of children working there and the demeanor and unwelcoming attitudes are absurd. I won't be going there anymore!

It is getting worse and worse every time I go there the coffee is disgusting after making out want to go order they make me pay extra for whip cream that is runny and isn't even nothing they're $.27 for a runny whip cream on top it's just the last ever since they remodeled they have gotten so bad every time I go on my coffee is made incorrectly and Jess I will go to a different location read more

I paid for my coffee and a chocolate milk. I asked the lady twice for a cup and a lid for the chocolate milk. She didn't hear me. Took her headset off and only heard the cup and walked away. Then got pissed at me when I asked her to get a lid as well. Slammed the window as soon as I grabbed the lid. She could've saved her attitude if she waited for me to finish my sentence before rudely walking away. Certainly the sh!ttiest Dunkin I've been to. Majority of their workers don't gaf. read more

This used to be my favorite Dunkin' in the area but it's quality has gone down significantly. Twice they got my order wrong and once blamed me for it. Maybe instead of blaming your customers, you need to fix your drive though speaker. At another Dunkin' I was giving a 2 dollar macchiato for thw promotion of 2-6. I was told that the promotion counted for all espresso drinks. Just now I ordered a macchiato and I was charged full price. When I explained to them that it was two dollars pervious, they got an attitude with me. I don't think I'll be coming to this one anymore. I'm sick of all the staff being nasty. read more

This is unfortunately the closest dunkin donuts to me, and the only one I pass going to work. The drive thru sucks, the parking lot is a joke, and the service is in need of improvement. If I can't make it here no later than 6:15am, I just don't even bother. read more

This location has the worst drive thru in the history of drive thru's. It's like a f%^* maze trying navigate through there and like a tight anus trying to exit. You can see all of the marks from vehicles hitting the sides on the way out. I mean I understand they're limited with space and are utilizing what they have, but surely they could've come up with something better than that. Not to mention it's small inside and there's a brand new location right down Merritt Blvd. Do your vehicle a favor and either walk here or say a prayer before entering the death-defying, zig-zag bulls#*t that is this drive thru. If you successfully leave this location with no scratch marks on your car, consider signing up to become a NASCAR driver or something because you are exceptional. read more

SLOWEST service in the drive thru, and order is either always cold or missing flavor. Absolutely waste of time in the morning and evening.

Best Dunkin' around... Staff is quick and friendly... They often have my order ready before I even enter the doors. The coffee is always fresh, never had a stale cup! read more

I'd give it more stars but this particular location just brings down the area. I ordered a iced cappuccino from Merritt Boulevard and the coffee was delicious! I was so excited to order another iced cappuccino so I go to the Dunkin on Wise Avenue since I was in the area. It was totally tasteless, bland, and nothing like what I got from the other Dunkin. I just can't understand how you screw up a iced cappuccino... I'll never go to this location ever again. read more

Unfriendly cashier. Fortunately the kitchen staff step in to cover for her. Someone should teach her the basics of customer service. Starting off with actually greeting and speaking instead of a blank surly bored look waiting for the customer to place order. read more

No... hair nets? Why are the young girls getting away with high ponytails and not wearing hair nets? Your hair still falls out having it up. I've had several coffees handed to me with LONG strands of nasty hair on top of the drink/in the whipped cream. That is DISGUSTING. I didn't order a side of your DNA. The gentlemen with longer blonde hair (who also doesn't wear a hair net) who thinks he's the store manager knows exactly how to contradict and negate something he just said. My partner and I came to return a drink that was made incorrectly, we were 2 minutes up the road so we didn't think calling them in advance would be required (apparently it is), and when we show up he demands a receipt. Understandable... if we were given one. We tell him the woman who served us in the drive-thru never gave us a receipt but slapped my partner's card on the box of dozen donuts. He says they're required to give receipts and cannot accept incorrect orders without a receipt, then a young girl with blonde hair points at a bag FULL of receipts. Was ours in there? We shouldn't have to ask for it. My drink was still warm and full, it wasn't the next day, it was within 30 minutes of ordering (who drinks a scalding coffee to ensure it's made correctly?) and then for 2 minutes he's telling us how their employees are getting fired from customers "lying and scamming" for free food and drinks. My coffee was $2.50. I don't see where a replacement for their mistake is me "winning" or scamming? If your story doesn't apply to me as a customer, I do not wish to hear it. Also, the chick with blue hair (I don't know what color it will be next week) took months before she could make a drink correctly. Served old, burnt coffee, or tried to mask the burnt taste with an overload of creamer. read more

The only donut place that NEVER has any donuts. Every time I come here they are out of half there donuts .or they give u the few stale donuts they have. Going to Wales for a donut now . This place sucks! read more

This DD gets my food wrong literally EVERY time. I don't eat meat and yet every time I order an egg and cheese on English muffin I get some sort of meat product here.... it is the WEIRDEST thing!! It doesn't happen at any other Dunkin, ever. Yet it happens EVERY time here.... bizarre. Additionally, they never have munchkins, any time of day, ever. Don't bother asking lol. It's an odd complaint but I like to bring them to my office since they're easier to share + carry than donuts. That being said they always get my coffee right‍‍ regardless I do anything in my power to stop at ANY other DD than this one. The three stars is literally only because I get to enjoy my coffee, which is what DD is for, on a basic level. As far as food good: 0 stars. Seriously. read more

I love the food and drinks here. However, when it comes to getting more than 3 drinks, they seem to get confused and mess up the order. Sadly, this mostly happens in the drive-thru. I wouldn't mind as much if we went in to eat, but that never happens when going in. read more

My Wife & I take our 1 year old son here a few times a week. I love the hot coffee (way better than Starbucks..and WAY cheaper). My Wife likes the iced coffees. My son loves the munchkins. The same product being sold as in most Dunkin' Donuts, but the staff is always friendly and eager to help us. I figured I should review it because I feel like a somewhat "regular". Only 4 stars because sometimes when I'm there I feel like the place could be cleaner. Also, sometimes I see the people in the drive-thru waiting a long time. Other than that...I like it! read more

They have pretty quick and polite service however they've screwed up many of my food orders (like wraps) way too many times.

Hate this Dunkin, I understand that they get busy in the morning- hell I work at a similar fast food bakery set up, but accuracy is everything. I wanted a plain bagel and cream cheese and a hot chocolate, the bagel had no cream cheese and when I asked for some the lady that fixed it practically threw the bag at me. Definitely needs better service. read more

Best Dunkin in Baltimore. Fast, accurate and courteous, and I can understand them on the speaker. Some of the Dunkins act like you are bothering them but not this one. They can have 10 -12 cars in line, out to Wise avenue and the line goes faster than others that only have 2 cars in line There's only thing to make them better -is if they made sour crème donuts and without glaze would be heaven. read more

I come here everyday, sometimes more then once and they are fast, friendly and courteous. Probably on of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too. My order was finished before I finished paying for the order. I'm always greeted with smile and told thank you and have a nice day as I leave. If only more places were like this. read more

I stop there everyday before I take my kids to school. In the drive through, I can hear the employee loudly and clearly. I definitely recommend this to everyone who wants a quick and quality breakfast on go! The food is good, but the service is not. My wife gets me to pick her up food there every weekend. I now have to taste the coffee and tea because it is incorrect about half the time. Went in this morning, the girl who made my coffees got mad, snatched the coffee out of my hands and Continues to talk bad about me to the other employees, cream n sugar was forgotten, I even apologized in case it was my fault but she wasn't having it, very dissapointed, not going back and will be contacting management, coffee tasted bad anyway read more

Service is fair. They seem to screw up my coffee (large, cream, sugar, French vanilla syrup) about 60% of the time. There is one person who works at the drive thru who can only process 1 order at a time so that slows things down greatly. Also, they really agitated me when they decided (at 12:10pm) on Christmas Eve, with a full parking lot, to retroactively close at noon. People were going into the store and they were shooing people out and locked the doors. It took about10 mins to get out of the parking lot that day because so many people were pulling up to the now closed store and unable to pull out. read more

Coffee and the drinks are always good but it seems they never have any fresh doughnuts and if you come after 10am no munchkins

I come to dunkin donuts almost everyday before school and the service and food is always on point however I showed up to dunkin donuts around midnight for a snack and the employee who was working was Sarah G and of course me and my two friends were the only ones there and I pulled up to the window and because me and 2 friends had seperate transactions I asked for 3 seperate orders and all I hear out of the microphone is "Jesus fucking Christ" now I understand who wants to be at dunkin at 12 am but there was absolutely no need for that especially considering we were the only customers there I didn't think it would be that much of a struggle read more

I've been coming here for years and they have maybe gotten 1 out of every 10 orders correct. I came here this am with my husband I ordered us each a drink, pay at the window using part of a gift card and the rest cash. An employee comes over with 1 drink which tastes like water so it gets sent back and doesnt even have my other drink. Then when I get the other drink its not what I asked for. So I ask for my money back and there's another issue because they didnt want to give me my cash back. Then the manager comes to the window to tell me my husband (who has nothing to do with it) and I are banned from their store because "they can't satisfy me". So... I get banned from a place because their employees can't make what I asked for! Seems legit. Also, while speaking to another franchise owner, you can not ban anyone from your store unless there are police involved, which there wasn't. I can't wait to call their corporate office. read more
