I stopped here to buy a drink. I saw that their cups were cute, so I went to buy one. I asked to get a drink and put it in the new cup. I was immediately told no buy some girl in the back who said I had to buy the cup, buy the drink and then buy a separate drink and pour it in myself. That makes ZERO SENSE!!! She wasn't friendly. The poor girl at the register looked so confused and even seemed like it didn't make sense to her. So, definitely avoid this place if you're one to buy cups. Apparently, you can't even go in here with a cup of your own to buy a drink. So, we are okay with waste and not okay with recycling. read more

Stopped to get an apple fritter and a Boston crème. Out of apple fritters and had to wait at the drive thru window for service while inside I could see the servers doing busy work being busy and achieving nothing. Eventually the guy comes to the window and takes my credit card and returns the receipt. Then asks me what I had ordered ?!!!! Service, was phoned in...counter gal had no joy at-all, and simply dumped my coffee roll in a paper bag with no little wax paper square...she did the same for my companion's chocolate donut. Why should we have to ask for a scrap of wax paper so we can set it on the counter? Friend's iced drink was weak, he asked for another squirt. Ambience is clean and bright. A good place for coffee, but don't bother buying any donuts or Munchkins. The last few times I've tried their donuts they've either not had what I wanted or they've been stale. I bought Munchkins at 10:30 this morning and they were all stale. In fact they were so stale that I suspect they were from yesterday. If this had happened only once I'd give them another chance, but this has happened at least the last three times I've tried buying donuts at this location. I should have known from the non greeting at the door or the register this was going to be a bad experience. Poured from an open pitcher sitting on the counter in the back I get this nastiness that was supposed to be green tea. It is not green tea. I know this because I know what green tea looks like. I order it about once a week because of Tmobile Tuesdays freebies. I tell the cashier that. She says yes it is green tea. I say it isn't. Honestly I go to this Dunkin' at least 3-4 times a week and I've never had a complaint! Unfortunately this morning (they weren't even as busy as normal) they got almost every thing on our order wrong We got 2 iced coffees with extra cream, extra sugar and caramel, 2 bacon egg and cheeses on croissants, and munchkins. When we got to the window the woman there had a huge attitude and gave us our drinks and sandwiches, then said "have a good day" and closed the window. I said to her were missing munchkins, she looked very confused. Eventually we got all of our order. We go home, stick our straws in our drinks and they're honestly the worst I've ever tasted my boyfriends is WATERED DOWN. How does that even happen. Our sandwiches are on bagels as well. I know food and bev is frustrating and fast paced and I've literally never complained before, but that was ridiculous. read more

I went to this Dunkin Donuts, and I ordered a dozen filled assorted doughnuts. I was very disappointed with the amount of filling, which you can see in my pictures below. Every single donut had three bites or less of filling in the entire donut. The doughnut in the pictures below only had two bites of filling. I paid almost $11 for these doughnuts, and I will not return to this location. I will go to Krispy Kreme next time. They always have lots of filling in their doughnuts. read more

You never know what kind of service you will receive here! Sometimes they can be busy and get people in and out of the drive thru super quick, but then other times, you may be the only one in line and have to wait for 10 minutes. The are frequently out of ingredients or seasonal coffee flavors a day or two after they are release. My coworkers and I have placed mobile orders for Drive-Thru pick up, wait 5-10 minutes before going to the store, and every single time, we are asked to pull around and wait for our food. It seems like they are waiting until a customer arrives to start preparing any food items in the order. I appreciate them making sure I have hot food, but the whole point of placing a mobile order ahead of time is so that customers don't have to wait as long! It seems like the staff needs to go through some extra training to learn how to work together as a team!!! read more

Stopped by today for a free donut, wasn't worth the bother. I'd have thought, with a promotion like this designed to lure customers back, they would have 'gone the extra mile' but...sadly...no. I had a cappuccino and should have stuck to their regular coffee. Dunkin Donuts coffee is normally very good (I keep a bag of beans in the freezer) but their cappuccino does not live up to the quality of New Moon Cafe or Starbucks or Einstein Bagels. The donut was...a disappointment to say the least. The once yummy Boston Creme was sitting in the bottom of the bag with no wax paper around it...the chocolate had leaked off the donut and formed a puddle underneath it. The donut was ok, even with most of the chocolate gone...but for the $1.50 in gas, the trouble of stopping and paying nearly $3.50 for a sub-standard coffee and the rest clearly was not worth the effort. I'd have had a better breakfast with a box of Krispe Kreme's and a pot of my own DD coffee. read more

We were moving and had to 'stop and grab something good'. This place was relatively new but the 'help' were acting like it was their playpen. - They couldn't even tell us where the napkins were! Dirty tables, loud noise and over-priced bland coffee along with a pre-fabricated muffin with plastic-tasting 'shaped' eggs - Made in China? with tasteless melted down 'cheese' and cold bacon on it. As far as drive-thru coffee goes they have their competition beat, but they will never even be on the same level as New Moon Cafe/Moon Beans coffee. However, the Pepper Jack Supreme Bagel w/ cream cheese is delicious. I've always just gotten a blueberry doughnut when I go....well because donut is in their name. Don't get me wrong it's tasty, but I'm not always in the mood for sweet. But I could always eat their Pepper Jack Supreme Bagel. Try it. read more

Superb! I lunched at this Dunkin', and it was a fine experience. The cashier was friendly, and my order came out quickly and as specified. Then, it was off to the open-air table on the sidewalk, where I took my meal while reading a good book and observing the passing Aikensians - a nice start to my afternoon, indeed. All told, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, from the dining room to the men's room; I left feeling enlivened and satisfied, and would gladly return. Today was my second and final bad customer service experience at this Dunkin Donuts. We walk in and the employees are complaining about each other's responsibilities. There is a big sign that reads " 6 donuts for $3.99 ". The employee will not honor the sign and tells me the sale starts Monday! They were very rude and also got the order wrong. I called ahead & ordered a Box of Joe, giving them an hour's notice before I would pick it up. When I got there, it had not even been started. There was no apology, no discount, no sense of urgency to fix the problem. It took them forever to get it together, causing me to run late. I wrote the store to complain and got a letter from corporate telling me the letter had been forwarded to the owner, since it was a franchise location. I never heard anything else. So I pull up to this Dunkin Donuts and its basically empty, not busy at all. I order a large iced coffee and two orders of hashbrowns. The lady repeats my order, wrong, and I correct her and pull around. At the window she asks me what size coffee I had, again. After receiving my coffee and paying she then looks at me while i'm still at the window and asks me what I need. I told her i ordered hashbrowns. She then rolls her eyes and gets me 1 order, so I kindly tell her I ordered 2. She then stares at me and rolls her eyes. She then hands me barely cooked hashbrowns but at this point I am so over it, I just leave. I'm sorry but i've worked the food industry before and its not that hard, especially when you're not busy. There is no need to treat a customer that way when they ordered everything correctly at the window. If you're not going to do your job right, don't do it. It's that simple. read more

Considering the fact the donuts are not made fresh and are basically like Walmart donuts I won't be eating here anymore the donuts were hard...and when we came in they didn't even have what we wanted we was stuck with water chocolate or cream stuffed.
