    Interior of Dunkin Donuts

Hmmm let's see...how can I put this? This particular Dunkin Donuts was a disappointing experience for me. See what had happened was... I was attending a baseball tournament in the area but was having trouble "coming out of the gate" without some type of caffeine in my system so I stopped in here. Oops, my bad! I learned that day! I don't think I'll do that again. At least not at this location. The place was busy and jumping with plenty of activity as indicated by the lack of parking. But that's no biggie as I was patient until one became available. As soon as I entered I was underwhelmed. I'm not saying the place is rundown but I've been conditioned to the likes of Starbucks and the resurgence of Krispy Kreme. THIS particular DD looked aged. The staff was robotic. I'd rather have place my order with a Navy Federal ATM. At least it would've had more personality than the kid who took my order.. And another thing...why are there so many flies in here at 8:30 in the morning??? I saw flies zipping erratically back and forth as staff waved them off the donuts that were waiting to be bought. Dag! And I was hungry for one of those too...sigh. I like my donuts glazed but not by flies. I'll pass. So I sat down at one of the only two tables in the place and realized that I hit thejackpot -- there was an outlet for me to charge my phone. The "other" table didn't have one. And to add insult to injury there was no wifi available. So this tells me DD wants you to get your coffee, your donuts and then get the hell on. Before I left I dipped into the bathroom. Again, it's not even 9 in the morning and I'm wondering why the bathroom looks disheveled. I've seen some stores' bathrooms being used by homeless people but I'm unaware of a homeless problem in the Churchland area. Strange. At least the coffee was good as it's DD after all. But this location needs a change in management because the things I noticed can all be fixed for a better overall customer experience. Enter at your own risk. Plus, your experience may differ...but I doubt it.

I don't know why so many folks are putting this place down. DD coffee is my fav and I live within walking distance to here so needless to say, I am here quite often. My family have a Sunday am ritual of DD and I usually stop in once during the week for coffee on my way in to work. No, this place is not a stellar DD, but they are really good here. The coffee and donuts taste just like any where else. I think the staff is really pleasant and nice...always talking to customers. If all you do is go through the drive up window, then expect drive up service. Remember Fred the Baker? He always had to "make the donuts." https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XyZtMfMWONI If you go inside around 8 am, you'll see the same group of citizens sitting here telling stories and passing jokes. Lines are long and business is booming here. This DD is in a working class neighborhood in the vicinity of lower income areas, so it is to be expected for some lower standards. But all in all, this place is pretty good!

Great doughnuts. Don't understand how they can run out if they are open until 9 pm. Don't like their baking schedule.

Went at 3:45 on a Wednesday afternoon! Staff was very friendly and even suggested a new coffee flavor that was great!

She provided recommendations and shared with me the specials offered at the time. I ordered a custom made beverage, hot Toasted Marshmallow & Butter Cookie latte with oat milk; I topped it with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect sweet treat to warm me up on chilly winter afternoon. The cafe also featured a very cute book cellar that had the neatest items!! You can definitely tuck-away in this cafe to get work done, you can meet with friends for a coffee date, or even just chill and have a cup of coffee, a pastry and indulge in a nice book. But the real reason we come back is Hunter. He makes amazing cocktails and is genuinely so much fun to chat with. We honestly come here for him and his drinks. No stress, no attitude, just great service and great drinks. If you're looking for good food, creative cocktails, and a bartender who makes the experience memorable, Wolf Hills Coffee is it.

This place looked cute but both the food and service was subpar. It was 1:30pm, Mothers Day Brunch,…read morewhich they were advertising on their menu. I initially ordered a coffee, then a yogurt parfait. The coffee finally came after 15 minutes after a couple inquiries but I noticed the guy preparing it had to microwave it. I never understood his explanation why and he tried to reassure me it was fresh but needless to say it wasn't fresh and it tasted nasty. I asked for a fresh cup and got pushback. Our server said she could brew a new pot but was reluctant because, by this time, it's 2pm, and "probably nobody's going to be drinking coffee at this time of day". Again, they were serving "Mother's Day Brunch. She stomped back and brewed another pot, which appeared to be one of those 20-30C deals. It took another 10 minutes and I finally got my fresh cup of coffee. It wasn't much better than the first one. By this time the server had copped an attitude and wasn't very pleasant. The coffee was awful and the parfait was not good and seemed to have low quality ingredients. I could've put a nicer one together given ten minutes in a grocery store. Overall, I should've just walked out and taken a pass on this place.
