Good evening. I would like to share an experience I had tonight with a manager named Bonnie from your Wadsworth, Ohio location. I wanted to purchase a cleat shoe and when I went to check out, the shoe rung up as $42.99. I told the associate that it was labeled $32.99 on the display and she said hold on let me get the manager, which was Bonnie. Bonnie was clearly upset she had to walk from the front to the back of the store, however upon returning she told me that it was mislabeled and that the shoe was $42.99. After she said that I went back and said I'll look for a different shoe. I took a picture of the shoe and display and went back and showed Bonnie. Her attitude towards me was terrible. She said that it was a youth shoe and someone must have put it in the wrong location. However, a sales associate was the one who helped me and told me about this shoe. I was not looking for a youth shoe I was looking for a shoe for myself. Bonnie proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and she couldn't help me. She then told me "well since you are buying a size 9 in women's I can't help you squeeze into a youth size." (I was flabbergasted.) Then asked if I had a coupon. I stated I didn't and she told me that the 20% coupon was the best she could do for me. AGAIN, this was mislabeled and not my fault. I told her she needed to excuse her sarcastic attitude and that I wanted to talk to someone else because of it. She said she was the only manager there tonight and said that's all she could do and walked away, leaving the associate with me. The associate told me that she was new. 1- How could a MANAGER treat a customer so poorly and not correct the problem? 2- What a great way to show a new associate how Dunham's managers treat their customers. I am blown away from this woman and am amazed that she is a manager. I would be happy to pay the amount if I was wrong, but I wasn't. Bonnie's attitude was so poor that I will never be returning. read more
