Scheduling installation was a breeze, we got scheduled much quicker than I expected! Nick and another gentleman came out to lay our carpet over the course of two different days. Working with owner Ron Call was a real pleasure, and we felt no pressure at all to "buy today." It turned out that his prices were reasonable and it was clear that he cares about quality work. We chose to pay a bit extra to have them move all furniture... Well worth it! We found carpeting for the family room and upper hallway, as well as a bedroom. It all looks great, and the installation of a complex patterned carpet was done expertly. We ran into one snag that was NOT the fault of Classic, but the manner in which Ron and his installer, Sean, handled it showed real integrity. Here's what happened: When Sean began the installation of the LVT for the kitchen flooring, he saw some slight scuffs in the finish (I might not have noticed them for months or years). The other boxes had the same problem. Owner Ron immediately ordered new product, but there were similar flaws. Ron asked the manufacturer to find perfect examples of what we needed, but no luck- it turned out to be a manufacturing flaw. Fortunately, he helped us find something similar from another manufacturer. The flooring was finally installed, and it's really elegant. My point is this- installer Sean and owner Ron wanted nothing less than perfection in the product we were buying. Trust me, they could easily have let it slide, and a lesser business might have done so. However, Classic really had our back and did everything possible to help us get the quality look we wanted. The flooring in the kitchen and all the new carpeting look spectacular. It's easy to leave a great review when everything falls into place perfectly. Sometimes, though, the true hallmark of a good business is how they handle things when something goes awry. Despite an issue that wasn't their fault, Classic Carpet took great care of us, and I highly recommend them.

I was drawn by the unique furniture displayed outside the store(mostly items usually seen on other discounted famous websites). When I walked in, there were 2 sales ladies extremely busy among and only among themselves so that they didn't even recognize me or my two daughters. There was nobody else in the store and the store is tiny. Even after awhile of looking around, they didn't even bother to say "hello may I help you". They didn't say a word. SNOB ALERT. I think the snob alert equated with the inflated price of the items they had in the store. They had a reclaimed wood dining table on sale for 2800.00, which I could have gone to Arhaus for a lot less even when not on sale. I just recently got an email flyer from Arhaus and theirs was around 1000.00 on sale(regular price was around 1500.00). They had some other single chairs that mimicked 70's velvet style fabric and was on sale for around 480.00. I later looked online at one of my favorite online stores and it was around 150.00. Needless to say, I will not be going back to purchase anything. If I did go back, it would probably be just to see how the products looked in real life that I saw online. However, having said that, if you like paying way over a product's value just so you could say you bought it at this store, then you should. Otherwise, shop around online or any other reputable stores and save your money for your children's education or anything else, and do not support inflated snobbery.

However, I found the new owner arrogant and not helpful at all. She would not allow fabric samples to be checked out for more than 24 hours, even if you were willing to place a sizable deposit. Nor if you were spending a large amount with her small business. I was really disappointed, and chose never to return to her shop. Her attitude was really bad.
