He inspected and removed the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced which is what I thought would be action needed. He went to Home Depot and returned quickly. Unfortunately the chosen disposal needed to be returned and a different model/brand gotten. He quickly installed it. Very pleased with it (so quiet) and the service.
