Their office totally caters to every child's dream. Tvs on the ceiling, games in the waiting room and a movie theater. They gave him headphones so he could watch a movie during his appointment and they made him so relaxed it was amazing. The staff is also so sweet with the kids and really took the time to make sure my son felt safe and comfortable. During all the procedures Dr. Gray spoke to my son in a calm and inviting voice and made sure he knew what was going on. Then at the end they reward the kids with coins which can be redeemed for prizes up front. After we got home we received a call from Dr. Gray himself to check on him and see how he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a young child needing dental work. They are amazing and I can't thank them enough for helping us through and making my sons dental experience a great one. They defiantly set the kids up for success here!! Thank you so much guys! That being said, they cancelled our appointment simply because we didn't hit a confirm button (according to them this is just their office policy) and weren't able to reschedule us for another three months out, even though I asked if a time could be made sooner because THEY cancelled our appointment without our consent or request. The receptionist was incredibly terse and unhelpful, and I find myself feeling incredibly frustrated that our appointment was cancelled on us without any indication on our part that we weren't going to show or wanted to cancel. If you're going to use this dentist, make sure you always have cell service before your appointments. The actual dentist and assistants are nice and seem good at what they do, but apparently they don't need new patients because they can't even accommodate the patients they have, so maybe go somewhere else.

The facility truly is amazing; it feels like stepping into an amusement park with rooms decorated in themes, and plenty of kid centric activities in the waiting areas. At the completion of their visit, kids get to choose something from the prize area, which is so well stocked, it is practically an event in itself. I don't personally know Dr. James, but it's apparent to me that he has a vision for his practice. He has created an environment where kids can grow up associating dental health, and dentist offices with positive experiences. The front office team is friendly and on top of it. My kids have liked all the dental hygienists they have had. The office is welcoming with toys, educational computer games and has bright and colorful designs. Every time we go there it's always impeccably clean. My kids really like the reward system they have in place there. If they have a good cleaning/appointment they are given 2 tokens. They can use those 2 tokens for a balloon or any of the prize machines (which are located in the lobby). I highly recommend this pediatric dental office. The first couple of visits my toddler sat on my lap and we did knee to knee with the dentist so he could look in my son's mouth but I was holding him for support.
