Kristin and Nick of Go Green Cleaning and Construction are wonderful people with a focus on…read moreproviding the best customer service -- combining timely, clear communication with efficient service. They are both truly kind, friendly, and positive people who routinely go above and beyond. Shortly after purchasing my home, I had them clean a skylight and clean/inspect my gutters. They provided before & after pictures and assured me my gutter guards were in good shape. Two years later, I hired them last week to clean my solar panels and skylight, and clear the dryer vent. I had remembered them to be great people, and they didn't disappoint. They texted a heads up when on their way, arrived on time, quickly got to work, and even took some time to chat about the woes of homeownership. While on my roof, Nick noticed a couple of nuts missing on my solar panel clips. He removed one so I could buy the proper replacement and offered to come back the following week to install them for free. His genuine concern was so refreshing...and true to his word, he showed up this week, pulled out his ladder, and took care of it. Going forward, I will definitely be reaching out to Go Green regularly for my home maintenance. Can't recommend Go Green Cleaning and Construction highly enough!

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden

I tried to get a quote from a few Painters but discovered that many companies won't wash clay tile roofs. I looked at a few companies and read the reviews before I had Golden Bay give me a quote. Tobias gave me an estimate, came out with Scott and my roof looks nice and clean again. They protected my lemon and orange tree from the Softwash chemicals, were prompt and cleaned-up when they were done. Tobias mentioned that some of the trim had mold stains so I had him and Scott squeeze me in the next day. They did such a good job it looks like new. A couple of the windows had steaks from the Softwash but Tobias came back and rinsed the windows clean. I plan to have them come back next year and softwash my driveway and backyard walkways and patios. Use Scott10 to get an additional 10% off.
