Nick called and after me describing the issues he said he has worked on Ford for many years and knows what's wrong with it. We let him work on our car, paid almost $400 and he didn't fix the problem that he promised would fix the car. He said he would come the next morning to figure out why it wasn't fixed and never showed up. Didn't call or text letting us know he wasn't coming, read receipts were turned on and he read my messages but didn't reply to our texts after he failed to show up. No call, no show. Called Lifestyle to ask about Nick and was told he would make sure we get taken care of. Still nothing. I spoke with Lifestyle and was told he would head our way at 1pm. That time came and went. Would not recommend this company to anyone since we were lied to by the owner and Nick. Obviously not a trustworthy company and especially not a trustworthy employee since their word doesn't mean anything. Stay away from Lifestyle Towing and especially Nick if he says he can work on your car. Vehicle repair is listed on the website saying if they can't fix a car on the spot, they will tow it where it can be repaired which I'm assuming is Nick's repair shop. STAY AWAY! Anyone affiliated with Nick when it comes to any service will be a waste of time and money and we would have called someone else to tow if we knew it would turn out this way, left without a working car that was serviced by Nick.

This is supposed to be THE place for off-roaders…read more I went in to look at and buy a set of ARB lockable drawers for my Land Cruiser 100 series. Watched their videos, went in talked to their sales guy for 20+ minutes about the drawers. I spent $3000 and 8 hours installing 2x RDRF1045 roller-top drawers + side kit, only to find out that the roller-top on the drawers mean that locking them is useless. You can lock them, but you just lightly pull on the top and the entire roof opens. So if you store anything in the locked portion, anyone can get to it by an easy tug on the drawer. There's no point in having lockable drawers in the back of your truck if someone can just open the roof and get into them anyway. That's not Slee's fault - they don't manufacture them. However, _this_ is Slee's fault - I called Slee and asked them what I could do and they said "yes, we have heard about this repeatedly that is true, they don't lock so they aren't really that useful." I asked if I could return them since they knew these were completely useless as locking drawers and the sales guy never told me this while I spent 20 minutes talking to him. They said I could not but encouraged me to put them up for sale on Ih8mud or other forums and then come back to them and spend more money and buy the RD1045 which does not have the roller top from them. They're absurd. No one should sell $3000 worth of products that you know are not going to serve the purpose of most people buying them without saying anything to the person, then refuse to take them back, and then offer a fix that involves spending more money. Side note - I also called ARB's USA office (their HQ is in AUS) and a VERY lethargic and uncaring customer support guy agreed that they are useless as locking drawers.

Something about the interaction did not sit right with me, so I pulled over shortly after leaving. I discovered a bolt that was nearly falling off -- an issue that simply required tightening. Despite this, I was quoted approximately $700 for upper control arm bushing replacement, which appeared to be completely unnecessary based on what I found. That experience seriously raised concerns about the accuracy of their inspection process and the recommendations being made. Bradley and the individual managing the service desk did not inspire confidence, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the diagnosis and suggested repairs were not trustworthy. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before approving expensive repair work here.
