purchased a duluth pants on web. Received shipment email. When I tracked, it didn't show any movement. Still in Atlanta. Called them, and their customer service said it is shipped and I should wait a week. Waited a week and called them. They said wait a little more. Called them again a week later, and they said it never shipped and they don't have that pants and customer service sa8d they will refund and wait another 6 to 8 days. No refund and Called them again, and she said refund never invoices and processed. After a month. I figured this is not working and filed a claim on the resolution center on PayPal, my original method of payment. Within 10 minutes, PayPal emailed me Duluth issued a refund. A bad company for online purchases. read more

All the clothes I ordered were at least one size too big. When I went to return them, they wanted to charge $7.99 for shipping on one $65 item and they did not offer to give my sales tax back to me. I will never shop from them again. read more

I've seen their commercials for years. Even thought about ordering once or twice. So when my dad excitedly asked for some of their products for Christmas I was equally excited to order for him. I'm so disappointed in my experience. The shirt I ordered for my dad didn't fit. I reached out to your customer service department (on 12/27) to see what the return policy was. Two weeks after my initial email; I finally received a response. That being said; I thought ok, this is a hiccup, it's just after Christmas etc etc. I reached back out again via phone. Finally shipped my order back to you on 01/10/2020 with your permission, Via your return label and directions I received from the customer service representative. Today is now 01/21/2020. Eleven days later and no follow up from Duluth. No email "hey we received your return" no "we're working to get this product back out to you in a timely manner" NOPE........Complete radio silence. This evening (01/21/2020) I reached out to CS once again via the chat option. The conversation I had with the representative; Cole; was rude and condescending. I especially like the part where the rep says "no ones making fun of people not getting their answers or products." Yeah NICE touch. This will be my only order with this horribly run company!!! I wouldn't buy a cup of water from them if I was on fire!!! read more

Shipping takes an unreasonable amount of time; my orders took longer than 2 weeks. Customer service is non-existent. If you order an item and want to exchange it for a different item, even if it costs MORE, you have to PAY $7.99! So much for their NO BULL GUARANTEE! I like their clothing but their policies have caused them to lose me as a customer. read more

This company does not honor their lifetime guarantee. They fall back on their one year limited warranty remark on their website. If you purchase a lifetime product you will not be able to return it after one year. I would suggest not using this company for anything more than toilet paper. read more

NEVER RECEIVED MY $$$MONEY BACK - BEWARE! Placed an order, returned it via their shipping label provided - NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! I even received a confirmation email stating 'we received your return.' Spoke with them on 3 different occasions... we have not received your package HUH! Then what is this email saying otherwise, and the UPS confirmation? Never will I order from this company again... HORRIBLE! read more

This is for their mail order service. I have found the quality of their products is generally very good. Prices, however are high, reflecting the quality, perhaps, but then you pay substantial postage on top of that. If you return an item, even if it was defective you pay postage without compensation. I rarely buy anything from them anymore. read more

Horrible shipping time. My order has been out for delivery for two weeks. Probably be a good idea to team up with Bezos he gets stuff delivered same day or next for sure. I'll never buy on line again. read more

Due to unforseen circumstances I have requested Duluth Trading to 'unsubscribe' me from the email list. After 9, count them 9 times, I continue to receive Duluth Trading emails. I have spoken to them 4 times and have ask an additional 5 times through 'unscribe' emails. It does not surprise me they are a 2 star company. read more

Their return system is the worst! I returned one item on June 12 using their prepaid USPS system ($7 deducted from credit). Had to contact them July 8 to confirm they had received the item. They confirmed they had received it and I could expect the credit in 7-10 days. On July 21 I contacted them again about the refund. I was told there was a technical hangup which now had been corrected and the refund was processed that day. July 30 I filed a dispute with the credit card company against Duluth as the credit is still outstanding. Spent another hour just filling out the bank's dispute form. My time is worth so much more!! Won't ever order another thing from Duluth!!! read more

This place has good clothes but good luck returning anything. My husband sent back a pair of pants that he got me for Christmas on the 27th of December. Today is February 8th and guess what....they still haven't arrived back at the company. Three phone calls to them and he gets the run around each time. Our computers our down, oh it says it will get here in a week, we just updated our computers call us back. Meanwhile, he is out the money, close to 100 bucks. He also ordered the pair that fit so I had them in time for my vacation. I will never do business with them again. I will update my review once we get somewhere with them. 100% satisfaction guarantee is a 100% lie. On a side note, I used the size chart for my pants and it is way off. The pants run big. So if that was correct from the beginning this wouldn't of even happened. Update 2-11-19. Wow amazing today they have the return and money has been refunded. According to them they shut down the main warehouse for inventory the week after Christmas! They are sorry for the delay. read more

I made an effort to order some sale items immediately upon receipt of the email notification, as I know things tend to sell out quickly. I was able to order everything I wanted, but alas, I received a pair of shoes instead of what I ordered! I called customer service and was advised that they were sold out of the item I needed replaced. Of course they are....one of those orderes were the shorts I ordered! No offer to see if the person that got my order and who would probably return it, could be rerouted to me. Nope - they just asked me to take the shoes to a FedEx store and send them back. That is a 40 mile into town and back drive for me. I just cancelled my entire order. No offer of consideration until I asked about it, and then was offered a 20% discount that was good only on regularly or 'red' priced items. I've been a long-time customer of Duluth. Very dissapointed that I have to pay the price for their mistake! I'll give them 2 stars in light of their past performance. It only takes one bad experience to ruin a previous 4 or 5 star rating! read more

Do I HAVE to give you one star? 2 weeks now and still no refund on the $80 coat I sent back, but their policy says 48 hours from receiving the product? I have to continuously email to see what the status is and all I'm told is that "they got it"... yeah, they got it... 5 days ago.... Their "no bull" return policy IS a load of bull. Won't be doing business here again, that's for damn sure. read more

I have some Long-Tailed T's from a few years ago. I loved them because the quality of the cotton was excellent and they breathed well. I ordered some more of the same recently based on this experience, and was disappointed to find that they material is not of the former quality. Apparently they downgraded their cotton quality and now they are far less comfortable. Too bad, they were a premium product. Now they've compromised on quality and their brand is consequently diluted. Back to Tommy Bahama for me. read more

Their advertising worked; I decided to buy a pair of firehose flex carpenter pants. Unfortunately, after wearing them roughly 5 times, I was building a deck one day, barely rubbed past a nail and tore a hole in the seat. I think literally every other piece of work clothing I have is more durable. Absolute garbage. To put the icing on the cake, customer service told me I'm out of luck (in friendlier and more political terms). No refunds or exchanges. If Duluth Trading put some of their marketing budget toward product development, I'm guessing they would have much happier customers (albeit fewer of them... and we all know it's about the almighty dollar). Suffice it to say I will not be patronizing this company again. read more

I have no idea if the product is good because the online order never arrived. After spending much time on the phone, after promises and broken promises , after cancellations and MUCH CONFUSION I am still not sure the package will ever arrive. It has been the most upsetting, confusing online order I have EVER had.. and I order stuff weekly! They need to straighten up there online division if they wish to survive.. Ordered two pair of pants online same size I ordered previously and still wear. Fit too small and returned immediately. The delivery of this order was pathetic with pkg sitting at least 3 times for more than 1/2 day and the final 2 times were about 1/2 hour from my home. They charge $7.99 for a return but gee, they do give you a free return shipping label. I've been attempting for two weeks to get status on my return but no luck. Did an online connection and was given very brief, canned, short replies to no satisfaction. Two years ago, I was happy with my first order but I will never again order from them. Many other good quality outfits will not charge for returns and the returns will be prompt. The heck with Duluth. read more

I used to like this company. Lately, I've given it thought, and decided to never purchase from them again. A few problems. 1. If you order by a certain date, your item will be guaranteed to be delivered byChristmas. I ordered 5 days before the "final day to be shipped by Christmas" 2. I accidentally put the wrong address (fat finger hit one wrong number). When you call, they are unable to edit your address or make changes. This means my item will be delivered to the wrong house (hoping after speaking to the neighbor and telling them the item is being shipped there on accident, they will deliver to me in all honesty) this leaves me to my last complaint. 3. I ordered the same item again, with the correct address. If the neighbor gives me my package, it will be returned. I received an email saying product is backorder which means I WILL NOT get my item in time for Christmas (which was the whole reason I purchased from duluth) I then got another email today 2 days later- stating my first order is also back ordered. This tells me they do not process items in order. My 1st order should have been taken care of before my 2nd. The company should give some kind of coupon to redeemed at a later date. I had free shipping plus 25% off (which was their promotion) I wish they would give me at least that promotion to use at a later date. Instead they just leave you hanging. I was super excited to gift a pair of jeans to my husband that he has been wanting for a long time... and can now fit after a 110 pound weight loss. STUPID duluth ruined that for me. Merry Christmas to you to duluth. read more

I bought my son underwear and undershirt. I paid total of $45.00. But when they arrived it was only one pair of underwear and one undershirt. The underwear was very thin and sewing was not good. Really for that price I only get one pair. Not happy and they charged me $8.00 to ship it back to them. Never buying from them again. Off my list I was just looking for a good quality clothing but not to break my budget. I am a widow and its hard make ends meet. I have only 2 weeks to find him some for Christmas. :( read more

There are some many alternatives out there for the same product, it makes no sense to put up with Duluth's atrocious shipping rates and treatment of its customers. Do a little research - it is easy and well worth it. Signed, Mr. Dungarees read more

I have purchased their products for years. While they are as comfortable as any underwear I've worn, it appears that the quality has dinminished significantly. Skivvies purchased in past years have held up extremely well. However my last purchase of several pairs has shown poor quality as stitching has failed or material has separated at the seams on 3 of the 5 pairs. One would expect better quality for underwear that cost $19 a pair. I am no longer a fan! read more

First time ordering from this company. It's been almost a month and I haven't received anything from them. They haven't even shipped the item I ordered. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON AT ALL!!! Shady, scam company who does not honor what they say they will honor. I have spent over an hour on the phone and still no answer from an "agent". Sketchy company. I FOR SURE will be reporting them to the BBB since I paid for an item I never received. read more

Dear Duluth, I am writing to tell you how dissatisfied I am regarding your Return Policy. I have been seeing your TV ads and talking with my friends and family about how we all want to try your product. When going on your website all your product photos seem to be drawn as a cartoon so it's hard to see what the product would look like in person. I decided to take a chance and bought some underwear and a couple socks. The underwear arrived and looked nice but the socks arrived and are a VERY ugly color, they look nothing like what I imagined them to look like... I had to use my imagination because your product looks like cartoon characters online.  It was a busy Christmas and I didn't have the opportunity to see what your return policy exactly was when purchasing these items. I guess I assumed you were a top notch company similar to Costco or Nordstroms... I was definitely wrong.  The socks were very ugly and I wanted to return them. I got them at a good discount which made me happy but when trying to return them I was informed the return label would cost me $7.99. Meaning I would only get back $4.00. This is disgusting to me! I should've bought the socks somewhere else such as Dicks, Amazon, Fabletics and so many other places who offer free returns.  With this being your Return Policy I will Never buy any product from Duluth ever again. In fact, I will make sure all my family and friends know not to buy from your company. I will be sure to write a Google review regarding your horrible and appalling return policy. Signed your most dissatisfied customer yet! read more

Go to the store if you must, but do not order online. They struggle to fulfill and get you the packages. Forget about getting it on time, if you're like me, you'll never get it. I ordered four shirts at the same time, and sent 2 to my dad for Father's Day and the other two to myself. My dad got his in 2 days, Im still waiting 10 days later. They told me I need to wait longer. Then contact them again. No thanks, just cancel my account and refund my money. read more

I placed an order for multiple items in the beginning of December. The total was $250. That same evening I received an email with a 20% discount for purchases. I sent an email to Duluth requesting the 20% discount. I was pleasantly surprised to have a response the following day. They apologized for the mistake and as soon as the order shipped they'd credit my account. The following day I received a email giving 30%. Again, pleasantly surprised to see the order for $250 along with an additional order for firehose pants and flannel shirt had the 30% discount applied too. I have shopped here a few years in a row for my son and grandson. I'm very satisfied with the quality of Duluth products (the Bloomingdales-of casual wear) Thank you to your customer service department. I'm a very happy customer! read more

Their website is tricky. It will say something is on sale for 29.95, then you put it in your cart and it will just to 69.95. I call immediately and they cannot change the order. I wish I had never known about Duluth Trading Company. Like others had stated, once you place an order, you are stuck with it. These people are such a mess that you cannot get them to cancel an order you just placed seconds ago. Like there is no cancel button on their end. I asked them in live chat to cancel one order of two for me. They said they can't do that because they ship very fast. I highly doubt this since my last order took weeks. But they did say, I could get free shipping for the return. So I asked for the same on my other order too, since now I am fed up with them. NEVER DEAL WITH DULUTH TRADING CO. read more

This is for their online customer service. I have eczema and the fabric of their boxer briefs exacerbates it. Their no bull guarantee states the company will refund it if you are not satisfied with their products if it is associated with the product design or performance. My husband and I loved this store until we went to the one in Ankeny, Iowa. We had face coverings on, but not over our nose. That wasn't good enough and a clerk told us in a very bitchy tone to put the mask over our noses. We did not comply and they would not take a return from us and kicked us out. Never have I been so disgusted with myself. I thought paying $25 for a pack of briefs was beyond the norm for me, but then when it showed up as only one pair in a pack I was in total disbelief. I tried them for one day, one wash and figured they had better have coffee made for me in the morning for that price. I was wrong.
