They have a vast array of what are exotic groceries compared to other markets. I love to just peruse the isles when I'm there. I wish they had cooking classes. I came in looking for filet mignon, but since they were sold out, he took the time to recommend the next best cut. Not only did he explain why it was a great alternative, but he also taught me what to look for when shopping for steaks in the future.
