I had a Viper remote car starter installed here, and immediately after the installation my vehicle started having multiple issues that were NOT happening before. Since the install: * My rear passenger window will not stay up * My reverse camera is no longer working properly * The window goes up and then drops back down on its own All of these problems started right after the remote starter was installed, which makes it clear something was done incorrectly during the installation. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I reached out for help, the management guy was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, instead of taking responsibility or offering any kind of solution. I was treated like my concerns didn't matter at all. Between the bad installation, lack of accountability, and horrible customer service, I would never recommend this place. I trusted them with my vehicle and now I'm left dealing with electrical issues and frustration that could have been avoided. Save your money and take your car somewhere that actually knows what they're doing and respects their customers. read more

Showed up at opening time, so early in fact Matthew forgot to unlock the door LOL Took a little longer than expected but I got a beautiful Kenwood stereo with wireless Apple CarPlay installed in my 2016 Subaru legacy 2.5 I, and remote start! I crossed this place off my list. I went in looking a make a purchase and I knew what I wanted and what I wanted wasn't a thousand dollar stereo system wrapped around a dash cam. It was like pulling teeth to get the salesman to show me a basic model. When he did it was very over priced. When I objected to the price he became argumentive and aggressive. Went here for an estimate to install new stereo system in my hubby's SUV as a birthday surprise. Extremely high and the guy who gave me the estimate was condescending and had an attitude. I truly doubt he would have treated my hubby or another guy that unprofessional manner. I walked out. I got my hubby a new stereo system installed at the dealership where we purchased the truck at a lower rate and had a professional experience. I wish I could leave 0 stars to be honest. My mother came in with a problem pertaining to her car alarm system. The bald guy said he'd be able to fix it, he ripped something out of the car, and it wasn't fixed. After a day or two, my mother went back to confront them and the manager I assume, again bald guy, was very rude and started raising his voice at my mother. This guy started coming at me after I told him to not yell at my mother. Very condescending guy. Very unprofessional. He tried and tried to argue with my mother even when she was trying to leave. I'll never give them any business again, took my 02 mustang in to have a new stereo installed. It required a cable for the power amp to run all the speakers and was not installed, the kenwood stereo I bought sounded like crap. I found out about it on you tube,and bought and installed it myself from Crutchfield audio, these guys are great. I also had them check my key fob because it wasn't opening my trunk, charged me 45 bucks,and all that was wrong I wasn't holding the button down long enough. This was the miller rd store. read more

I bought a remote start for a friend from them last year. Then I bought a set of 4 speakers and a relay form them in Feb. of 2017. I went back to the store on Miller Rd. on Feb. 6th to ask a question about the wiring colors on the relay. I was told it would be $25.00 for them to answer the question. The salesman told me the installers get paid commission and that was the only way they would answer my question. I have a small business not far from them and I can guarantee they will lose more than $25.00 in sales. read more

First off they have the most reasonable prices around. I checked ! When there today and had my alarm and remote start put in. I was there for a few hours but when you want a good install you can't rush it! And the guys I talk to seemed to know what they were doing! Great service too! Terrible experience!! Brought in our car, showed them all the brand new, in-the-box components we wanted installed. Given an estimate for 1 day and $850. Had our car for three days, did an incomplete install (didnt tell us that) and charged us over the estimate. We foolishly paid before checking everything out. Found components still in the trunk when we got home. Called the next morning and were told they couldn't figure out part of it, but that we could buy one of their components and pay more labor and they could make it work. We are out $1000 between their bill and car rental and they won't do a thing. We now have to save to take it to someone else to complete. If they didnt have the skills to do the install, they should have let us know. Instead, they tried for 3 days, did what they could, and basically said "well, we tried". They even had the audacity to tell us we got "a deal" on the labor since it took so long (to try to figure out how to do it .. Since it didn't come with a good manual and they had to find instructions online). Total BS. read more
