If I was you I would go to Dukes or Bestbuy. Yeah you may have to schedule it out in advance or wait, but at least you'll get the full performance out of your speakers or system. I didn't wanna believe the reviews but this dude is super unprofessional. Wanna stand there all day & tell stories while keeping you there all day and customers waiting for service. I called them in a bind with a completely dead audio system in my show car. Despite being booked out for weeks, they told me to bring it in right away--and somehow worked me in for a full diagnostic. What they found was shocking: a blown amp, bad wiring, and crossovers installed in the water catch by the last installer (a major chain). Venard, Chris, and Ty didn't just fix it--they gave my car the system it always deserved. No upselling. Just top-tier workmanship, clear communication, and a sound system that absolutely rocks. After selecting an alarm with the features I wanted, such as the remote alarm, automatic start, and allowing me to operate the features that came with my car, trunk release, and the ability to use my cell phone to operate , same as the key fob. To my horror I arrived early and was there almost to closing . As I got into my car nothing was working as it should have. They didn't even check to see if the job was okay. To my surprise the installer attempted to put blame on my cars age, his boss the owner kept silent to my surprise. They hadn't even connected the trunk release and wanted to charge me extra. Thank God there was a qualified installer that came to the rescue. He went over everything the following day, apologized for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Have photo evidence and time stamp evidence. I highly suggest staying away from this company. It has been nothing but problems. I have delt with other companies like them with no issues. Over the past 10-years or so I've seen the store expand and its fleet of delivery and service vehicles grow. Just spent $70K on a McIntosh home entertainment center? They'll install, balance and dial it in for you. I do not know if they have a service shop but I know from talking to techs in California that this brand seldom needs repairs. Our recent visit was a gathering of like-minded friends with a long history of audiophile (and record collecting) tendencies. We arrived in the last hour or so of their standard work day and were greeted immediately. Our primary interest was listening to the new McIntosh integrated hybrid amplifier ($3500.00) through their demo setups (several rooms with all their high-end brands and speakers). We also got to audition a number of top dollar headphones. One cool thing was they let us rock out (behind closed doors) to just about anything we wanted to hear! One tip, ask about any open boxed specials, factory refurbished deals and possible hookups for like new gear. In this expensive hobby there's always someone with 'upgradeitus' and those looking for low-hanging fruit can sometimes benefit.

The showroom up front features all of the sound equipment and there's a lighting room in back to show off all of the awesome fixtures they have. I was very happy with a recent rental of a subwoofer and mixer. The cost was reasonable and they reviewed the item checklist with me when I brought it back. It is very easy to work and we only need one remote to run our TV, stereo (That has 3 zones to it, living room, kitchen, and outside patio) DVD player, and satellite. He took care of programing the remote. He loaded all the information from the internet to the remote. He even took phone calls from us when we were learning to work the system. Our satellite box had a malfunction and overheated and caused problems to our stereo and Matt helped find me a new stereo that Dish network paid for. He then came out and hooked it all back up and made sure everything worked. When I am ready to finish my basement he will be the first guy I call to set up my theater/ man cave.
