This is the grossest deep fried tofu I've ever tasted (and I've tatted an lot of deep fried tofu).

Our family picked this restaurant because it had some good reviews but I was 100% dissatisfied. We get green curry tofu + tofu pad Thai anywhere we go and my 3 boys literally spit this chewy gross tofu out. There goes that dinner!!! I asked the woman about why this tofu is so different and 'mock meat like' and she said they don't use mock tofu instead of meat... duh that's not what I asked. Whatever, waste of money, small portions, rice was dry, red curry tasted weird, pad Thai was ok, duck rolls are unimpressive, disappointed in Thai food in England overall. Bleh.

Friendly folks run this place. Food was good... although I still think Ithaca NY has the best Thai Resturant's (my opinion)

Excellent Thai food at reasonable prices. Enjoyed the pad Thai. Served at our table downstairs at the crown and cushion.

Surprisingly wonderful food. The upstairs is being renovated so fun to have a thai curry in a pub! Nice portions and rather fresh food.

Nice people, nice food with reasonable price. It is upstairs of pub. You need to go inside the pub and go up stairs.

Clearly feeling overwhelmed. Placed an online order that was projected to be ready at 8:10 pm. I got there at about 8:15pm and the woman that greeted me was pretty calm cool and collected even though the place was JAM PACKED- with several people waiting outside to pick up delivery orders or waiting to be seated. She was multitasking for sure- taking orders at tables, dealing with Uber Eats folks, as well as people coming in for a table, and me picking up my online order. It was a bit of chaos but she said to give her 2 mins. I said I'll give you 5 trying to be cool because she was working hard. About 13 mins later a young woman (20s or so) came over and asked me to step outside. I politely told her 'that woman' (pointed in the nice lady's direction) said I could wait here, so I'd rather stay here to get my order. Based on her facial expression and the fact that she went to another employee to obviously complain about me - I wasn't going to budge - and get sent outside to be forgotten about. My order was given to me by the nice woman about 8:45pm- 35 mins after the time stated online. A bit aggravating for sure but thanked the nice lady for being so nice. Speaking from my personal and professional experience people can generally forgive a lot of things if the person they are dealing with is nice. All that to let you know that my family and I thought the food was pretty darn good. I will definitely get the chicken wings again as they were cooked perfectly and with just the right amount of crispness to them.

The restaurant is set up very neat. I loved the decor of the place. The thai tea was not overly sweet or bitter. We also had veggie spring rolls that were so crispy! The pad thai and the pad see ewe had perfectly cooked noodles and the sauce was so flavorful. The coconut rice was delicious. We have been back in the US now for 2 weeks and we are still talking about this place! Can't wait for our next trip to London so we can visit again!

I found this place through OpenTable and only because they also serve Thai food. How bizarre! But then some of my best Korean food ever was decades ago in a Swiss and Korean replace in Berlin. Yes, fondue and bibimbap! We had a little trouble finding the place due to the illogical numbering system of the houses. But once we were here, we were relieved and enthralled. We ordered off the Ethiopian menus which was quite extensive. There were only two of us, and, as usually, we ordered too much. For meat we had the regular kitfo with aye band the awaze tibs. The kitfo was perfect, raw with niter kibbe and just the right amount of mitmita. The Ayer was obviously house made. The awaze tibs were also delicious although perhaps a little overcooked. We also had the veggie combo. The miser wat was superb. Even the mild veggies such as the kik alicha were flavorful. And the gomen actually was made with collards, not spinach like often in Europe. The injera was also good. Service was delightful. And we had a choice of several Ethiopian beers. (I did not try any Thai food here. I am also a Thai food snob! But at our current main residence, we get great Thai but only mediocre to poor Ethiopian. Therefore, our choice today! Definitely a winner!

She can tell right away that I was from the states. She was the only person working there and everything was prepared by her. The minced fish was extremely flavorful as well as the doro special tibs. We also go a beef stew, which was yummy as well. Everything we ordered was very flavorful. You may want to try the injera (Ethiopian flatbread) if you never had it before. I wasn't a fan, but appreciate trying something different.
