Although the companies website clearly states their return policy, I believe the store employees should be more clear then informing the customer or the return policy especially in the context of this statement which is posted on their website, "We want you to love our pants, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different, here's our return + exchange policy so you can be happier than ever in our pants."
How is a customer supposed to know if they love a pant if they can't wear the pants during their daily activities? For example, how can a customer know if the pants work as a daily commuter pant when the customer is not allowed to wear on the pants on even 1 commute? How will a customer know if the pants are truly a good stretch pant, when the customer can not wear the pants while doing daily activities such as bending over for laundry, reaching high for a shelf, or picking up a child?
I really wanted to love this company, especially with the types of materials they use in their clothing. Unfortunately I only like their button-up shirts, jackets, and T-shirts. Their pants which I now am stuck with 3 of them, do not stretch or breath well at all. If you live in the Bay Area you do not want to get caught walking in these pants for a long period of time. You do not want to get caught in a hot BART training for any amount of time. If you have children you will not want to pick up your kids in these pants.
This company should read and learn from the return policy of Marine Layer, Lululemon, Vouri, REI, and Nordstrom.
For reference, I have purchased 3 men's pants, 3 button shirts, one t-shirt, and one jacket, 1 women's pant, from the San Francisco location. read more
