Ordered 2 apps, steak and fries and brussels. Both were very good. I highly recommend the steak and fries. The steak was so tender and flavorful and the fries had a three cheese sauce and balsamic glaze that was to die for. For the main I ordered the Western Burger. American wagyu beef with thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese, onion rings, bbq sauce and the sauce that made this a great burger was the habanero aioli. The kick was just right. Not too hot but you still felt it. Other items on the menu included ribeye steak, pork chops, chicken piccata and several salads that sounded delicious. Service was excellent. They stayed right on top of things and handled every request without anything forgotten. I highly recommend Craft & Gather if you're looking for an excellent, chill spot to catch an excellent meal.

Service was excellent. EDITED TO ADD: I would never order the popcorn. The bowling alley itself is rather noisy, but the restaurant has a door that blocks out most of the noise. The nice young lady behind the bar attended to me promptly, and I ordered a small 8" pizza (The Big Four) and just for giggles, a small order of mini-corndogs. Since I was on two wheels, I just had water. The corn dogs came out first, and they were better than I expected. Hot, fresh, corndoggy-ish goodness with mustard to dip them in. The pizza came out while I was chowing down on the corn-dogs, but it was still hot when I finished the dogs and moved on to the main dish. The crust was a mix of thin and hand-tossed, not overtaking the pizza but thick enough to hold the toppings. The sauce was good, the toppings were excellent, and between the two orders I spent less than $20. This place is a hidden gem if you're looking for fast good food without breaking the bank.

Each drink had its own distinct flavor profile, and every cocktail we ordered was delicious. We also grabbed some mixed nuts to munch on alongside our drinks--perfect bar snack territory. Service was quick, and our bartender was incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell they really understood the cocktails and knew exactly how to make the flavors shine. Once you walk through the door, the whole vibe changes. The intimate, speakeasy-style space is cute, moody, and has that "you've discovered a hidden spot" feeling. Unfortunately, our experiences lately have been consistently awful. Every time we walk in, the servers seem genuinely put out that we're there and want to order food or drinks. And don't even try sitting outside--it feels like you've created a major inconvenience simply because someone has to walk a little farther. After placing your first order, good luck seeing your server again for the next 30-40 minutes. What makes it even more frustrating is that this happens even when the restaurant is practically empty. Getting another drink, ordering additional food, or even getting your check turns into an exercise in patience. We've gone back several times hoping we just caught them on a bad night, but unfortunately this has become the norm rather than the exception. It's especially disappointing because Remedy started out as such a great neighborhood spot. At this point, it feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the restaurant is open.
