After interviewing with several piano teachers, I decided to enroll my grandson Noah who is 5 years old into the Dudley B Sharp's studio. I went to this academy for voice lessons to build up my vocal range + to learn breathing techniques. I also took key board lessons online to help pass the time during pandemic lock down. Mr Dudley is an amazing teacher. I have a 3 year old daughter that I signed up for lessons. He was extremely patient with her and made learning the piano fun. I would highly recommend him for your music lessons needs. I had to unenroll her only because she wasn't mature enough and refused to practice at home. Mr Dudley completely understood. Daryl has been teaching my child piano since she was 4 and has done a great job of keeping her attention throughout their 30-minute lessons. He indulges her stories/distractions just enough, while keeping her on task. He has many exercises for her level of comprehension/dexterity, and covers the instrument, basics of music theory and notation, and other topics in an engaging way.
